左旋肉碱的生理功能及应用进展

L－肉碱如同蛋白质、脂肪、水一样,是人体必需的营养物质。随着研究的深入,L－肉碱已被人们广泛接受,并得到普遍应用,在查阅大量文献基础上,综述了L－肉碱的生理功能及应用情况。     

太白贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的含量测定

应用分光光度法对太白山区产贯叶连翘金丝桃素的含量进行了测定,结果表明,其各部位中含量分布为：花＞全草上＞叶＞全草＞果＞全草下＞茎＞根。适宜的采收时间为果前期,花期最佳和科学的采集提取部位为分枝以上部位。     

LMI Approach to Observer-based FD Systems Designing

Increasing the robustness to the unknown uncertainty and simultaneously enhancing the sensibility to the faults is one of the important issues considered in the fault detection development. Considering the L2-gain of residual system, this paper deals the observer-based fault detection problem. By using of H∞?control theory, an LMI approach to design fault detection observer is given. A numerical example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Passivation method of 317L stainless steel used in medicine

The electrochemical performance of 317L stainless steel used in medicine under different conditions of passivation (different contents of HNO₃ solution, different passivation time and different passivation temperatures) was studied. The results show that the pitting potential of 317L stainless steel used in medicine can reach about 1.0 V (SCE) when electrochemically tested in 0.9% NaCl solution after the steel was passivated in 30% HNO₃ solution at 35℃ for 6 h, which indicates that the passivation film has a relatively strong resistance to corrosion. The results also show that the corrosion resistance of the passivation film on the surface of 317SS can be increased after suitable amount of K₂Cr₂O₇ is added into HNO₃ passivation solution.

维药菠里克果果实化学成分的初步鉴定

目的：通过化学成分系统预试对菠里克果果实的化学成分进行研究。方法：采用试管法、圆形滤纸层析法对菠里克果果实的化学成分进行检测。结果：确定菠里克果果实含酚类、有机酸、生物碱、氨基酸、多肽（或蛋白质）、多糖（或昔类）、黄酮及其苷类、皂苷、挥发油等成分。结论：菠里克果是一种具有较高开发价值的药用植物。     

Halin图的L(d,l)标号

给定图G和正整数d,图G的L(d,1)标号是指从图G的顶点集到非负整数集的一个映射f满足:对任意的x,y∈V(G),当dG(x,y)=1时,有|f(x)-f(y)|≥d;当dG(x,y)=2时,有|f(x)-f(y)|≥1。图G的L(d,1)标号数λd(G)是指最小的正整数k使得G有一个L(d,1)标号f满足f(V){0,1,2,…,k}。已知对于最大度为Δ的一般图有λd(G)≤Δ2 (d-1)Δ。讨论了Halin图的L(d,1)标号问题,证明了λd(G)≤Δ 3(2d-1)。     

农杆菌介导人肝再生增强因子转化河套蜜瓜的研究

利用三亲融合法将含有人肝再生增强因子(hum an augm en ter of liver regeneration,hALR)的果实特异性表达载体pPZP-CAN导入农杆菌LBA 4404,转化河套蜜瓜子叶外植体,经诱导与筛选获得了抗性再生植株,PCR扩增、PCR-Sou thern和斑点杂交检测证明hALR已整合入河套蜜瓜再生植株基因组中.
