石油降解菌的分离、表征及其降油最适状态研究

从油田污泥中分离到两株能有效降解石油烃的革兰氏染色阴性、好氧细菌。x-1菌株,呈粗杆状(1.0-1.2×2.2-3.7μm),两端圆,主要成连也有成对,周生鞭毛。x-3呈短粗杆状(1.0-1.3×1.6-3.4μm),两端圆,成对或成短连,也有单个。经初步鉴定均为无色杆菌属(Achromobactersp.)。研究了影响菌株降油能力的主要影响因素,并确定两种菌株的适宜降油条件,其中x-1菌株在35℃,pH7.5和油浓度5000mg/L的条件下以及x-3菌株在25℃,pH7.5和油浓度1000mg/L的条件下具有较好的石油降解能力。     

Double cone mosaic pattern in the retina of larval and adult piranha,Serrasalmus spilopleura

The mosaic pattern of double cones of retinas in larval and adult piranha,Serrasalmus spilopleura, was examined. Samples from two habitats in the same reservoir, characterized by different light conditions, were examined. The same square pattern was found in all sampled retinas indicating that, for this species, there is no apparent relation between the patterns of double cone arrangement and environmental luminosity.     

Tingia unita sp. nov. （Noeggerathiales） with strobilus from the Lower Permian of Wuda, Inner Mongolia, China

A number of specimens recently collected from the Early Permian Shanxi Formation of Wuda, Inner Mongolia demonstrate that the leafy shoot and strobilus of Tingia unita sp. nov. are both sprouting from a common stem, and consequently improve our understanding of the whole plant mor- phology of this enigmatic taxon of the Cathaysian flora. The strobili are cylinder-like, 1.7-2.5 cm in diameter and over 20 cm in length, with a basal stalk 7―8 mm in width and about 7 cm long. Sporophylls are verticillate, with approximately 8-10 in a whorl. On the adaxial side of each sporophyll a sporangium is attached. The strobilus is heterosporous and the microspores are of the Punctatisporites type. Large leaves vary from linear to oblong with entire lateral margins but are slightly lobed at the apex. Small leaves are generally the same as the large leaves but much narrower. The whole plant is probably a small arborescent tree with leafy shoots and strobili forming a crown, rather than a water plant with larger leaves floating on the surface of the water as previously understood. Features of the new species are in favor of the close affinity between Tingia Halle and Noeg- gerathiales, and accordingly the affinity of Noeg- gerathiales to Progymnospermophyta.     

假单胞菌80-B假溶因子和乳化因子的分离及其性质的研究

解烃假单胞菌（Pseudomonas sp.）80－B在以十六烷为碳源培养时，其无细胞培养液中可检测到对十六烷的假溶活性和乳化活性。经分离提取得到假溶因子和乳化因子，其产量分别为0．33g/L和0．2g/L。经分析证明其化学本质分别为糖蛋白和脂蛋白，分子量分别约为14400和20100。并探讨了温度和钙离子浓度对假溶活性和乳化活性的影响。     

渤海湾虾蟹类的复殖吸虫

初步了天津渤海湾几种虾蟹寄生复殖吸虫的状况。其中日本大眼蟹（Ｍａｃｒｏｐｈｔｈａｌｍｕｓ ｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓ）体内已发现有２种吸虫囊呦,经体外培养,获得一种策茎科成虫－后睾异类茎吸虫（Ａｌｌｏｍｉｃｒｏｐｈａｌｌｏｉｄｅｓ ｏｐｉｓｔｈｏｒｒｃｈｉｓ）和另一种隐孔科侧孔吸虫（Ｐａｒａｇｏｎｏ ｓｐ．）的童虫。此项研究发现了后睾异类茎吸虫的中间宿主,囊蚴的形态和新的囊蚴分布区,进一步描述了侧孔吸虫的     

转小鼠金属硫蛋白基因集胞藻6803及其野生藻培养

通过摇瓶培养考察转小鼠金属硫蛋白基因集胞藻６８０３及其野生藻的光合自养培养过程中碳源浓度、氮源浓度和光照度对这两种藻生长的影响。野生藻的最适生长碳源浓度（０．０５－０．５ｇ／Ｌ）比转基因藻的最适生长碳源浓度（０．０２－０．０５ｇ／Ｌ）高。氮源浓度对转基因藻和野生藻的影响趋势相同。在０．３－４．５ｇ／Ｌ范围内,随着氮源浓度的增高,藻体生长的最大细胞浓度降低。转基因藻生长的最佳光照度为１５００ｌｘ,野     

聚类分析在棉花枯萎菌生理小种鉴定中的应用

为找到一种较为客观地鉴定生理小种的方法,对采用鉴别寄主法鉴定枯萎病菌生理小种的一些数据运用UPGMA聚类分析的方法进行处理,结果两者基本一致,且聚类分析可将传统方法分类不明确的菌株有个较明确的归属,传统试验方法结合 类分析能使棉花枯萎菌生理小种的划分更加科学、准确。     

四川省攀蜥属一新种（蜥蜴亚目：鬣蜥科）

报道了爬行纲、蜥蜴亚目、鬣蜥科、攀蜥属一新种,命名为巴塘攀蜥（Japalura batangensis)。新种与草绿攀蜥（Japalura flaviceps Barbour and Dunn)相似,但又与后者有显著差别;颈侧褶下具有发达的小腔,体背具7－9条连续或不连续横纹,雄性体背两侧各有一条灰白色纵纹,体侧大棱鳞多为白色。     

支链淀粉酶产生菌的筛选及发酵条件的研究

从淀粉加工厂附近的土壤中分离出一株产耐热、嗜碱性支链淀粉酶的菌株 ,初步鉴定为嗜碱芽孢杆菌 SX- 12 .优化后的最佳发酵培养基为 :可溶性淀粉 3.0 g,蛋白胨 1.0 g,酵母膏 0 .5 g,K2 HPO4 0 .2 g,Mg SO4 · 7H2 O 0 .0 5 g,最适 p H 8.5 ,最适温度 4 0℃ .酶活从最初的 2 .4 u/ m L提高到 4 .6 2 u/ m L .酶的最适 p H 9.0 ,最适温度 5 5℃ .Ca2 + ,Mn2 + ,Mg2 + 等离子是酶的激活剂 ,Zn2 + ,Hg2 + 等离子是抑制剂 .
