建立基于3DGIS技术的重大危险源信息系统,以三维动态视景形象,直观地向用户展示重大危险源的现实状态及事故模拟结果,有针对性地提高化工企业重大危险源监管水平及事故应急救援能力,对预防和控制重大事故有重要的意义.文章介绍了系统的目标、任务、体系结构和数据库的设计,以及系统的主要功能与关键技术.     

白垩纪若干重大地质事件的耗散结构分析

应用耗散结构理论对白垩纪若干重大地质事件进行了分析,认为海底火山作用的发生和演化是一个动力学过程,海底火山的非平衡定态失稳是在非平衡态下宏观体系的自组织现象具体表现;大洋缺氧事件发生是同位素的共生组合、赋存状态和分散状态在特定条件下开放地球化学系统所处的非平衡定态的质和量的局域扰动触发定态失稳的结果;超静磁带事件意味着地球核幔相互作用和外核流体运动可能处于能量最低的状态,地球磁场系统通过不断地与外界交换物质和能量,维持一种空间或时间的有序结构.这种结构为系统发生能量耗散所致.     

Evolution of the East Asian monsoon and its response to uplift of the Tibetan Plateau since 1.8 Ma recorded by major elements in sediments of the South China Sea

Evolution of the East Asian monsoon and its response to uplift of the Tibetan Plateau has been investigated in the study of global change. Core sediment samples drilled in the South China Sea during ODP Leg184 are the best materials for studying long-term variability of the East Asian monsoon. R-mode factor analysis of major elements in the fine grain-sized carbonate-free sediments (<4 μm) of the upper 185 mcd splice of ODP Site 1146 drilled during Leg184 in the South China Sea shows that Ti, TFe2O3, MgO, K2O, P, CaO, and Al2O3 are representative of a terrestrial factor. The variation in the terrestrial factor score is subject to chemical erosion in the source region and thus indicates the evolution of the East Asian summer monsoon. The terrestrial factor score has three stepwise decreases at ~1.3 Ma, ~0.9 Ma, and ~0.6 Ma, indicating the phased weakening of the East Asian summer monsoon is related to wholly stepwise, quick uplifts of the Tibetan Plateau since 1.8 Ma. The periodic fluctuation of the terrestrial factor score since ~0.6 Ma indicates that the glacial-interglacial cycles have been the main force driving the evolution of the East Asian monsoon. As in the case of Chinese loess, the long-term evolution of the East Asian monsoon recorded in sediments of the South China Sea reflects a coupled effect of the glacial-interglacial cycle and uplift of the Tibetan Plateau.

主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)是免疫球蛋白超基因家族中的一个大类,MHC分子作为个体标志抗原早已为大家所熟悉,因而在脊椎动物进化中扮演着不可替代的角色.到目前为止,我们已经完成了包括从真兽亚纲(胎盘动物)到非哺乳动物的部分物种,包括鸟类、硬骨鱼及软骨鱼(如鲨鱼)的MHC的基因结构图,但是由于在非哺乳动物和哺乳动物中MHC的基因结构和复杂度不一样,所以很难对非哺乳动物向哺乳动物进化的这一时间段进行有效的进化史或系统演化史研究.研究人员推测,原始MHC分子的进化最初是与发育调控需求相关的,就其进化机制及进化意义做一综述.     

小组合作探究式教学在高校体育中的应用与对策

小组合作探究式教学顺应了学生自主发展的需求,显示出了一定的教学优势。笔者结合当前高职体育教学中的发展困惑,探讨小组合作探究式教学的重要作用,并对于重新认识体育课堂,重新构建体育课堂,利用小组合作探究式教学方式强化高校体育教学提出了自己的一些思考。     

电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定铅黄铜中常微量元素

研究了用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对铅黄铜合金中多元素分析的基本条件,确定了合适的谱线,采用相邻峰背景扣除法对光谱干扰进行了校正,探讨了酸度对光谱强度的影响,同时测定了各元素的检出限.测定元素的回收率为92%~107%,精密度为0.25%~2.75%.     

Win32 PE病毒研究

计算机病毒在近年来发展很快,从早期的DOS病毒到现在的W in32病毒,它成为直接威胁计算机信息安全主要因素.W in32 PE文件格式是W indows操作系统主要的可执行文件格式.主要介绍Win32 PE文件病毒的机理、关键技术及其传染的过程,以期对其的破解和控制有助.     

非电子类电工电子实验模块构建及考核标准

通过对全日制普通高校非电子类专业开设的电工电子实验教学中实验模块构建及考核标准优化问题的研究分析,进行了相应的思考,并提出了对策方案.     

Vaults and the major vault protein: Novel roles in signal pathway regulation and immunity

The unique and evolutionary highly conserved major vault protein (MVP) is the main component of ubiquitous, large cellular ribonucleoparticles termed vaults. The 100 kDa MVP represents more than 70% of the vault mass which contains two additional proteins, the vault poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (vPARP) and the telomerase-associated protein 1 (TEP1), as well as several short untranslated RNAs (vRNA). Vaults are almost ubiquitously expressed and, besides chemotherapy resistance, have been implicated in the regulation of several cellular processes including transport mechanisms, signal transmissions and immune responses. Despite a growing amount of data from diverse species and systems, the definition of precise vault functions is still highly complex and challenging. Here we review the current knowledge on MVP and vaults with focus on regulatory functions in intracellular signal transduction and immune defence.
