对首次公开发行股票定价的三种模型的假设条件、应用优势和局限性进行了评估.     

我国股票市场的价值基础及价格泡沫研究

借助剩余收益模型测定了我国股票市场1992年至2002年历年年末的市场价值基础,并探讨了股票市场价格泡沫问题.研究结果表明,尽管上市公司的盈利能力不断下降,但市场的价值基础并未出现明显下降;由于市场的不成熟,我国股票市场中的泡沫成分较多;股价指数及市盈率指标不具有价格泡沫及投资价值的判断功能.     

基于代数变换求解P0阵线性互补问题的不可行内点算法

基于代数变换和KMM算法的框架,通过在牛顿方程中嵌入一种自调节功能,提出了一种新的求解P0阵线性互补问题的不可行内点算法,并证明了该算法的全局收敛性.     

温度对荒漠沙蜥在体心脏单相动作电位的影响

采用吸附式电极记录了荒漠沙蜥在不同体温条件下 ,在体心脏的单相动作电位 (MAP:Monophasic Action Potential) .实验温度为 :5℃ ,10℃ ,15℃ ,2 0℃ ,2 5℃ ,30℃和 35℃ 7个温度等级 .结果表明 :(1)在最适温度 (2 0～ 2 5℃ )时 ,荒漠沙蜥心脏单相动作电位的基本波形与高等动物及人类基本相似 ;但也有其特殊性 :动作电位 0期除极期最大幅值为 11.4 2± 2 .5 8m V;复极 2期电位幅值基本保持恒定 ,呈平台期 (PP2 :Plateau Phase2 ) ;在复极 3期末 ,电位基本恢复到 0电位(膜电位为 0 m V) .(2 )随着体温的升高 (5～ 35℃ ) ,荒漠沙蜥心脏单相动作电位时程呈温度依赖性减小 ;0期最大除极速度 (Vmax)呈温度依赖性增加 (5℃为 77.0 8± 4 7.11m V/ms;35℃为 614.63±10 5 . 0 2 m V/ms) ;低于最适温度时 (2 0～ 2 5℃ ) ,在 2相平台期末 ,又出现一次除极电位 (后隆起波 ) .其最大电位为 0 .5 8± 0 .18m V.(3)随着体温的升高 ,荒漠沙蜥心脏单相动作电位复极 1期电位呈温度依赖性降低 (5℃为 2 .2 4± 1.31m V/ms;35℃为 0 .82± 0 .4 9m V/ms) .(4 )心电图 (ECG)的同步记录表明 :心电图中的 QRS波与心脏单相动作电位 0期除极完全相对应 ;T波与动作电位的复极 3期相对应 .

Flow-induced release of adenosine 5′-triphosphate from endothelial cells of the rat mesenteric arterial bed

Adenosine 5-triphosphate (ATP) was released into the perfusate of rat isolated mesenteric arterial beds during each of two consecutive increases in flow. There was no significant difference between the amounts of ATP released on each occasion. Substance P was also released into the perfusate by increased flow, although its release was more variable. Removal of the endothelium of the mesenteric vessels with sodium deoxycholate led to a significant reduction (74%) in the amount of ATP released compared with the release before the endothelium had been removed. This suggests that the ATP released into the mesenteric arterial perfusate during increased flow arises from endothelial cells.     

Determination of erythrocyte pyrimidine 5′-nucleotidase activity by31P nuclear magnetic resonance: Comparison of normal controls and multiple sclerosis patients

Summary A technique to assay erythrocyte pyrimidine 5-nucleotidase activity in situ using³¹P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is presented. The assay is chemically specific, simple and applicable to untreated lysates. A comparison of enzyme levels in normal controls and in multiple sclerosis patients employing the assay yielded no significant differences between both groups. Difficulties encountered in the quantitative analysis of the assay using¹H-NMR spectroscopy are briefly discussed.

Summary Recent data on the immunologication of regulatory peptides and related propeptide sequences in endocrine cells and tumours of the gastrointestinal tract pancreas, lung, thyroid, pituitary (ACTH and opioids), adrenals and paraganglia have been revised and discussed. Gastrin, xenopsin, cholecystokinin (CCK), somatostatin, motilin, secretin, GIP (gastric inhibitory beenrevised and discussed. Gastrin, xenopsin, cholecystokinin (CCK), somatostatin, motilin, secretin, GIP (gastric inhibitory polypeptide), neurotensin, glicentin/glucagon-37 and PYY (peptide tyrosine tyrosine) are the main products of gastrointestinal endocrine cells; glucagon, CRF (corticotropin releasing factor), somatostatin, PP (pancreatic polypeptide) and GRF (growth hormone releasing factor), in addition to insulin, are produced in pancreatic islet cells; bombesin-related peptidesare the main markers of pulmonary endocrine cells; calcitonin and CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide) occur in thyroid and extrathyroid C cells; ACTH and endorphins in anterior and intermediate lobe pituitary cells, -MSH and CLIP (corticotropoin-like intermediate lobe peptide) in intermediate lobe cells; met- and leu-enkephalins and related peptides in adrenal medullary and paraganglionic cells as well as in some gut (enterochromaffin) cells; NPY (neuropeptide Y) in adrenalin-type adrenal medullary cells, etc.. Both tissue-appropriate and tissue-inappropriate regulatory peptides are produced by endocrine tumours, with inappropriate peptides mostly produced by malignant tumours.     

Discovery and character of the Kunlun-Yellow River Movement

Based on geomorphological, tectonic and sedimentary data, a Kunlun Yellow River Tectonic Movement has been recognized in 1 10-0 60 Ma B.P. This tectonic movement, which leads to uplift of the Qinghai_Xizang (Tibet) Plateau from 1 500 to 3 000-3 500 m, is periodic, abrupt and changeable in the movement rate of uplifting and slide slipping.

试样经ＮａＯＨ溶融,水浸取后,使Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ等共存元素形成氢氧化物沉淀与磷分离,滤液中的磷用磷钼黄光度法测定。方法简便、快速、精密度好、准确度高。经对标准物质ＧＢＷ０７２４９测定,结果与推荐值吻合,ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝１０）〈１．４％。
