Self-assembly of two-dimensional DNA crystals

Self-assembly of synthetic oligonucleotides into two-dimensional lattices presents a 慴ottom-up?approach to the fabrication of devices on nanometer scale. We report the design and observation of two-dimensional crystalline forms of DNAs that are composed of twenty-one plane oligonucleo-tides and one phosphate-modified oligonucleotide. These synthetic sequences are designed to self-assemble into four double-crossover (DX) DNA tiles. The 憇ticky ends?of these tiles that associate according to WatsonCrick抯 base pairing are programmed to build up specific periodic patterns upto tens of microns. The patterned crystals are visualized by the transmission electron microscopy.     

Preparation and characterization of compact TiO2 film used in Grǎtzelsolar cells

We report for the first time the preparation method of compact TiO2 film using titanium butoxide-petroleum ether solution, by means of dipping and sintering. Our estimation of the component of this thin film was confirmed by XPS test. Studies of AFM showed the influence of preparation condition upon surface morphology. The transmitted spectrum of this compact TiO2 film was also investigated, which presented an excellent transmittance of this film in the visible light region. We arrive at a conclusion,according to the I-V characteristics of solid-state Grǎitzel solar cells utilizing this kind of compact film, that this compact TiO2 film functions well in secluding the conducting substrate from the hole-conducting material.     

轧机微尺度行为和油膜轴承寿命

轧机油膜轴承的长寿可靠性,不单是轴承结构、流体润滑冷却、密封以及安装到位等自身问题.目前存在的规律性偏载难题,足以证明单靠油膜轴承自身结构是不可能的.适应空载的轧机辊系,在重载下的微尺度行为,完全破坏了辊系的静定条件而成为超静定辊系,导致无法维持支承辊辊颈和轴承座沿轴向均载的条件,亦即衬瓦和锥套外表面沿轴向不能保持等油膜厚度的自位条件,偏载是不可避免的.轧机辊系微尺度行为是规律性且可控的,非"随机现象".无键连接的弹性结合锥套也存在微尺度行为,等过盈弹性结合锥套可靠性低,必然导致频繁的粘结事故.     

用机械破碎方法提高印刷碳纳米管薄膜的场发射性能

提出了一种可显著改善丝网印刷碳纳米管(CNTs)薄膜场发射特性的后处理方法,用机械压力通过隔离层对附着于CNTs表面的无机物进行原位破碎,并用高速气流清洁薄膜表面.同其他方法相比,机械破碎方法既不会在处理后的阴极表面留下残留物,也不会使薄膜受损.场发射特性测试表明,与未处理薄膜相比,经过处理的CNTs薄膜的开启场强从2.7V/μm降低到1.7V/μm,同样面积的薄膜(印刷面积为40mm×40mm)在4.2V/μm场强下的发射电流由70μA提高到了950μA,说明机械破碎处理对于提高薄膜的场发射特性有明显作用.该方法在碳纳米管场发射显示器的制作中具有很好的实际应用价值.

维生素C与常见氧化剂反应比较探索

初步对维生素C与常见氧化剂的反应进行了比较探索，常温下KMnO4、K2Cr2O7、I2、AgNO3等氧化剂与其发生氧化还原反应并且实验现象明显，FeCl3、Fe（OH）3、CuSO4、Cu（OH）2等氧化剂与其反应实验现象明显却不一定发生了氧化还原反应。     

液体膜切变波共振吸收谱仪的研制与应用

自行研制了液体膜切变波共振吸收谱仪,给出了该仪器的工作原理和技术指标,应用该仪器对厚度为0.1 mm的水膜进行测试,在150-550 Hz的频率范围得到8个共振吸收峰,并发现系统的共振频率由空载时的150 Hz以下移至550 Hz以上,显示水膜已参与了振动,提供回复力矩,故全部的峰均可能是水的共振吸收峰,其中178Hz和476Hz的吸收峰有可能是固体起振Cu丝与水相互耦合的共振吸收峰.     

Photocatalytic Oxidation of NOx with Porous TiO2 Nanometer Thin Film

A new kind of porous nano-TiO2 composite films was prepared on the glass substrate with the water glass as hinders and the sodium fluorosilicate as solidifying reagent. The morphologies of the films were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The UV-Vis spectrophotometer was also used to investigate the absorption of the films. The gasphase photocatalytic oxidation of nitrogen oxides on the composite film was carried out in TiO2 UV system, and some important factors affecting the photocatalytic oxidation were also studied such as the catalyst concentration, vapor pressure and the presence of oxygen. The results showed the conversion of NOx reached 97.5% after 2 h UV-irradiation. The final product of photo-oxidation was detected to be HNO3 hy FT-IR. The way of photocatalytic oxidation of NOx was possibly useful in the practical application.     

原油减渣馏分油水界面膜的扩张粘弹性研究

采用超临界流体萃取分馏技术，按平均相对分子质量将伊朗重质减压渣油精细分割成15个馏分，并对其中6个馏分的油水界面粘弹性进行了考察。结果表明，伊朗重质减渣馏分的扩张粘弹性参数随馏分的增重以及扩张频率增大而递变。随馏分的增重，扩张模量、扩张弹性、扩张粘度逐渐增加，相角逐渐减小；随扩张频率的增加，扩张模量、扩张弹性逐渐增大，而扩张粘度、相角逐渐减小。轻馏分界面膜可压缩性好，缓冲作用强，扩张粘弹性参数随扩张频率及馏分的递变幅度小；重馏分界面膜刚性强，扩张粘弹性参数随扩张频率及馏分的递变幅度大。温度升高，界面膜强度降低，馏分扩张模量、扩张弹性及扩张粘度在50℃（实验最高温度）时最低，同时馏分分子间的相互作用更加剧烈，界面膜对外界的作用反应更迅速，相位差与相角减小。
