论“三个代表”重要思想的提出

江泽民“三个代表”的重要思想是在世界进入大转折、世界社会主义出现大曲折、中国工人阶级地位发生新变化、中国社会主义建设进入新时期、中华民族处于伟大复兴的新起点、中国共产党的建设步入新阶段的历史背景下提出的；先后经过初步提出、进一步丰富和全面阐述三个阶段；“三个代表”重要思想的提出标准着江泽民党建理论的成熟，体现了江泽民建设党的理论与建设国家的理论的统一，丰富和发展了马克思主义的党建理论。

刍议中小企业执行新会计准则的问题与对策

2006年2月15日,财政部门正式发布了新会计准则,并于2007年1月1日首先在上市公司范围内实施。新会计准则的颁布与实施,对我国的会计行业的发展有着重大影响。它所呈现出来的科学性、全面性和国际趋同性等特征,适合于各种行业,各种类型的企业的发展需要。对中小企业的发展而言,也是有利的。但是,由于中小企业的诸多不足,使其在执行新会计准则时也力不从心,困难重重。本文首先分析新会计准则的必然性和其特征;随后又详细分析了中小企业实施新会计准则的必要性;然后从中小企业目前的现状,特别是其执行新会计准则的局限性进行论述;最后提出中小企业执行新会计准则的应对措施。     

Helminths of 26 species of microhylid frogs (Anura: Microhylidae) from Papua New Guinea

Five hundred and sixty microhylid frogs representing 26 species collected from 2002 to 2005 in Papua New Guinea were examined for helminths. Found were three species of Digenea, two species of Cestoda, nineteen species of Nematoda, and two species of Acanthocephala. One hundred and eleven new host records were recorded. Nematodes comprised 73% (19/26) of the species present and 95% (10,581/11,107) of the individuals present. Seventeen of the 26 (65%) helminth species found are currently known only from Papua New Guinea.     

A New Critic Approach to the Irony in The Bluest Eye

As the first African American female Nobel laureate for literature, Toni Morrison is one of the most outstanding black writers in contemporary American literature. Her first novel The Bluest Eye, vividly depicts the physical and mental trauma of black people from slavery and the internalization of the white values with the loss of their own identity. The New Criticism advocates the application of tension, irony and paradox in works to generate a resonant effect. This essay intends to explore the strategy of irony used in The Bluest Eye by adopting the New Critic approach. It digs out the various manifestations of irony and investigates its contributions to highlighting the theme and its contextual significance.     

清末新军建设述评

从20世纪中国军队近代化的宏观角度看,清末新军建设不仅编练了一支新型的近代化军代,而且带来了中国军事制度的根本性变革,堪称中国军事近代化的肇端.但从清王朝练军自求的微观角度看,新军却变成了王朝的掘墓了,不能说新军建设不是一次惨重的失败.封建主义的国家机体难以移植资本主义的军事制度;落后的农业经济承受不起近代化军队建设的重负;动荡的末代政局无法保障军制改革和军队建设的顺利进行,是新军建设失败的3个重要原因.     

建国初期粤北地区土地改革运动述评

解放初期粤北地区的土地改革运动．是在北江地委和北江专署直接领导下开展的一场伟大的社会变革。整个运动从试点开始，经过清匪反霸、减租退押，划分阶级、分配土地，普遍复查、颁发土地证三个阶段，分三批由点带面、点面结合有序进行。虽然在运动中出现过“左”的错误倾向，但大都得到了及时有效的纠正，确保了土地改革运动的伟大胜利。对这一重大历史事件的回顾和评议，有利于正确认识社会发展的道路和粤北农村变革的艰辛。     

New secondary batteries and their key materials based on the concept of multi-electron reaction

Facing the significant applications in energy field, this paper introduces how to construct new high specific energy secondary batteries based on the concept multi-electron reaction and by designing multi-electron electrode materials. Recent progress on those new secondary batteries and their key materials based on the theory of multi-electron reaction are overviewed. Representative multi-electronic electrode materials, such as metal borides, metal fluorides, sulfur composite electrode materials and ferrates are briefly introduced, as well as the new secondary battery systems constructed with these materials. Thus gives the significance of the development based on multi- electron reaction mechanism of secondary batteries and their key materials for new chemical battery systems and related energy materials.
