桂花新品种

在系统调查我国桂花品种的基础上,对37个新品种(四季桂品种群6个、银桂品种群11个、金桂品种群7个、丹桂品种群13个)进行了描述。     

7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的二阶NLO性质对晶体结构的依赖性

研究了7种香豆素衍生物的二阶非线性光学性质，在理论和实验上分析了7-羟基4-甲基香豆素的二阶非线性光学性质对晶体结构的依赖性，表明这是一类热稳定性高、透光性好的化合物，分子在晶体中的趋向对二阶非线性光学响应有重要影响，改良其晶体结构是提高这类材料综合性能的主要手段．     

水相中6-甲基-6-苯基-7-烯-1,5-辛二醇的合成

以DHP为原料,通过在锌介入下水相中的烯丙基化反应,合成目标产物6 甲基 6 苯基 7 烯 1,5 辛二醇.产物结构经核磁共振光谱、红外光谱和质谱得到了证实.     

红皮洋葱新品种西葱2号的激光诱变选育

采用CO2和He-Ne两种激光的三种剂量,分别辐照两个洋葱品种的湿种子,从He-Ne和CO2激光辐照西昌本地洋葱的变异后代中选育出优质、早熟、早期抽薹率低的红皮洋葱新品种西葱2号。     

叶酸修饰聚酰胺-胺负载5-氟尿嘧啶纳米给药体系的制备及其体外性能研究

使用化学键键合的方式分别将叶酸(FA)和5-氟尿嘧啶-1-基乙酸(FUA)偶联于树状大分子聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)制备纳米载药体系FA-PAMAM-FUA,并结合单因素分析法筛选出最佳制备条件为FA∶PAMAM∶FUA的物质的量的比为10∶1∶450,p H值为6.用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和纳米粒度仪对FA-PAMAM-FUA的光学特性、粒径大小和体外释药性能进行了表征.结果表明:优化条件下制备的FAPAMAM-FUA粒径呈正态分布,平均粒径为90.28±20.00 nm,分散度为0.258±0.002(n=3),体系载药量达28.45%,FA-PAMAM-FUA给药体系对药物具有一定的p H敏感特性以及缓释功能.采用MTT法考察了5-Fu、FA-PAMAM-FUA对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制作用,结果表明两者对MCF-7细胞的增殖具有明显地抑制作用,剂量依赖性强,随浓度的增高,FA-PAMAM-FUA对癌细胞增殖抑制作用较5-Fu明显增强.     

泡沫陶瓷基氢氧化高镍催化剂的制备及模拟污水处理研究

本研究以活性炭为造孔剂制备泡沫陶瓷,通过浸渍法使NiCl2负载于泡沫陶瓷,再与NaClO和NaOH混合溶液反应生成NiOOH催化剂.以一定浓度的亚甲基蓝为污水模拟物,亚甲基蓝褪色时间来衡量NiOOH催化剂的催化性能.以催化剂量、次氯酸钠量、pH、温度为变量,分别通过单因素实验和正交试验探究了它们对催化效果的影响以及确定污水处理的较优组合条件.结果表明,在温度为55℃、pH为8、催化剂量为1.0g、NaClO量为15.0mL时,亚甲基蓝的完全褪色时间为131min.各因素对污水处理效果的影响顺序为温度催化剂量pHNaClO量.污水处理的最佳实用组合条件为温度为35℃、pH为8、催化剂量为1.0g、NaClO量为15.0mL.     

UHPLC-MS/MS法同时测定大鼠血浆中汉黄芩素、隐绿原酸和白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷含量

建立了UHPLC-MS/MS同时测定大鼠血浆中的汉黄芩素、隐绿原酸和白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷含量的方法。以芹菜苷为内标,采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.8 μm),乙腈和0.1％甲酸溶液为流动相,流速为0.2 mL·min^-1。结果表明,汉黄芩素、隐绿原酸和白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷线性范围为1～1 000 ng·mL^-1(R2>0.99),最低定量浓度为1 ng·mL^-1,提取回收率、基质效应均符合生物样品分析要求。建立的方法灵敏、准确,可用于大鼠血浆中汉黄芩素、隐绿原酸和白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷的测定及其药代动力学研究。     

A revision of Bovichtus Cuvier, 1831 (Pisces: Bovichthyidae) from Australasia,with description of a new deepwater species from the New Zealand Subantarctic

The genus Bovichtus includes four species from the Australasian region, viz. B. variegatus Richardson, B. psychrolutes Günther, B. angustifrons Regan, and B. oculus n. sp. B. decipiens Regan and Aurion effulgens Waite are junior synonyms of B. variegatus and B. psychrolutes respectively. B. oculus, described from a specimen taken in 847–902 m on the Campbell Plateau in the New Zealand Subantarctic, is the first known deep water Bovichtus species. It differs from all congeners in having a very large eye (horizontal diameter <9·0 times in SL) and, alone with B. psychrolutes, has a patch of ctenoid scales on the body behind the pectoral fin base.     

Membraniporoidea,Microporoidea and Cellarioidea (bryozoa,Cheilostomata) collected by Discovery Investigations

Thirty eight species of anascan Cheilostomata are described from the collections of Discovery Investigations, and other British antarctic expeditions. Ten new species are described, including Stomhypselosaria watersi introduced for Cellaria dubia (Busk) sensu Waters (1904). Two new genera are introduced, and Swanomia nom. nov. is proposed for Mawsonia Livingstone 1928, non Woodward 1907.     

Description of two new species of Guernea (Crustacea,Amphipoda, Dexaminidae) from Japan,with tentative revision of subfamily Prophliantinae

Guernea minor sp. nov. and G. ezoensis sp. nov. are described from Japan. Based on these new species and the literature, a tentative revision of the subfamily Prophliantinae is proposed. The subgenus Prinassus of the genus Guernea is invalidated. The subgenus Haustoriopsis of the genus Guernea is re-elevated to a separate genus from Guernea. Dexaminoculus is transferred from Prophliantinae to Dexamininae.
