Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

SrGa2S4:Ce blue TFEL in new structure

SrGa₂S₄: Ce blue TFEL device with a novel structure was prepared by electron beam evaporation. The dielectric constant of insulator layer in this structure is far less than that in the conventional structure, so the hot-electrons can be accelerated in SiO₂ layers. The stable TFEL with good chromaticity was achieved and the basic characteristics were investigated.     

The neodymium isotopic characteristic and geological significance of Kuokesu plagioclase amphibolites from the Kuruktag, Xinjiang, China

The plagioclase amphibolites from Kuokesu area, Kuruktag, Xinjiang occur as enclaves embedded in the granodioritic gneiss. In the light of major elements and REE data, the parent rocks of the plagioclase amphibolites belong to weak_alkaline basalts. Their Nd model ages mainly range from 2 832 to 3 075 Ma. The seven plagioclase amphibolites yield a reasonable good isochron age of (828±86) Ma(2σ) with I Nd =0.510 981±82, ε Nd ( t )=-11.5±1.6. Such a case shows the existence of great proportion of the Archaean mafic crustal basement on the Kuokesu area. The strong tectonic_thermal event at about 820 Ma made the Sm_Nd isotope of the metamorphic rocks homogenization. This event would be associated with the Tarim Movement.

The lead compound of substituted 2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazoles were modified by phosphorylation sulfonation and carboxymethylation. The benzimidazoloamidophosphate (6) (7) have better activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The benzimidazolophenoxyacetic acid, phenoxysulfonic acid containing trifluoromethyl, and nitro group have 77%≈85% efficiency for wheat rust disease. 4种植物生长物质及温度胁迫对绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢的影响

利用放射性标记和薄层层析（TIC）分离发现2,4－D,GA3和6－BA可不同程度地促进肌醇－1,4,5－三磷酸（IP3）水平的增加．在最适浓度下的作用效果是：GA3＞2,4－D＞6－BA．但脱落酸（ABA）没有引起IP3含量的变化．低温（0℃）和高温（35℃）胁迫亦引起IP3含量的增加．2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫的共同处理对IP3含量的增加有协同作用．表明2,4－D,GA3,6－BA和温度胁迫促进绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢,ABA也许不参与绿豆黄化幼苗肌醇磷脂代谢．     

7,8-二甲基-3,6-二苯基-5-氧-8-氮螺[2.6]壬-4,9-二酮的合成及其晶体结构

利用手性源（2R,3S）－3,4-二甲基-2-苯基-1,4-氧氮杂-5,7-二酮（1）合成了具有光学活性的7,8-二甲基-3,6-二苯基-5-氧-8-氮螺[2．6]壬-4,9-二酮（3）．测定了化合物（3）的晶体结构,并讨论了在环加成反应中的不对称诱导作用的机理．     

苯酚与甲基叔丁基醚选择性叔丁基化反应的研究

采用甲基叔丁基醚作为叔丁基化试剂,硫酸作为叔丁基化催化剂,研究了苯酚叔丁基化反应,考察了原料配比,反应温度和反应时间对叔丁基化反应的影响。在一定的反应条件下,选择地得到了２,４－二叔丁基苯酚。     

前驱体溶液pH值对溶胶凝胶制备钛酸铋薄膜的影响

采用溶胶凝胶技术在石英玻璃基片上制备钛酸铋薄膜,讨论了前驱体溶液的酸碱度（ｐＨ值）对薄膜结构和结晶性的影响．ｐＨ＜２和ｐＨ＞３５的前驱体溶液所制备的薄膜在晶化过程中出现Ｂｉ２Ｔｉ２Ｏ７和Ｂｉ２Ｔｉ４Ｏ１１杂相．ｐＨ＝２５～３５的前驱体溶液制备的薄膜是钙钛矿Ｂｉ４Ｔｉ３Ｏ１２结构的取向薄膜     

Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜溶胶—凝胶法制备过程中Bi—Ti溶胶的匀胶规律研究

介绍了Ｓｏｌｇｅｌ法制备Ｂｉ４Ｔｉ３Ｏ１２薄膜的工艺过程,研究了ＢｉＴｉ溶胶在Ｓｉ基片上的匀胶规律;用ＴＧＤＴＡ和ＴＥＭ技术研究了ＢｉＴｉ干凝胶的形态,并成功地在Ｐｔ／Ｔｉ／Ｓｉ基片上制备了ｃ轴取向的Ｂｉ４Ｔｉ３Ｏ１２薄膜．     

化学法清洗硅片过程中清除颗粒的机理(英文)

对化学法清洗硅片过程中消除颗粒的机理作了定量的探讨。颗粒的清除是由于化学蚀刻和颗粒与表面排斥力共同作用的结果。首次提出了最浅蚀刻深度和最小蚀刻速度的概念。最浅蚀刻深度可通过颗粒与表面间作用能的关系进行计算。是小蚀刻速度则可通过蚀刻侧形进行计算。研究结果对于优化化学法清洗过程和设计高性能清洗液都具有重要意义。
