铝对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响

用不同浓度的三氯化铝分别处理大蒜根尖6h,18h,24h,结果表明:各处理组均对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂产生抑制。随着处理液中铝浓度的升高及处理时间的加长,有丝分裂指数呈现规律性的变化:染毒的根尖细胞有丝分裂指数明显低于对照组,并随着作用时间的延长快速下降,随着浓度的升高先减后增再减,说明三氯化铝具有细胞分裂抑制剂的作用。不同浓度的三氯化铝在不同处理时间内均能诱使大蒜根尖细胞发生染色体畸变。

Mining the Change of the Quality of Stored Grain

The quality of grain changes continually during its storage, including the change of its physical characteristics and physiological characteristics. This paper presents an approach to predict the change of the quality of stored grain with data mining technology. Logistic Regression, Decision Tree and Muitilayer Perceptron are applied to predict the change of the grains＇ quality control index and to obtain the grains＇ quality change probability. The grain sampling with higher probability can be processed earlier.

Mg-(6～8)A1-0.7Si合金的组织和力学性能分析

通过金相观察、扫描电镜、X衍射分析和拉伸实验等方法,研究了Mg-(6~8)A1-0.7Si合金的铸态组织和力学性能.研究结果表明:添加了少量Sb和RE的Mg-(6~8)%A1-0.7%Si的铸态组织主要由α-Mg基体、Mg17A l12相、Mg2Si相、Mg3Sb2相和少量针状A l4Si2Mn2Y相组成,并且随着A l含量的增加,试验合金组织中的Mg17A l12相增多,共晶析出物变得更加连续.同时,力学性能的测试结果表明:A l含量变化对于试验合金抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率的影响呈现出不同的变化规律.     

基于ANSYS的结构设计优化

优化设计是工程界较为关注的领域,阐述了ANSYS软件设计优化程序的原理及具体设计步骤,针对两个实例分别采用GUI交互式和命令流式介绍ANSYS在具体结构优化设计中的实现方法。结果表明:基于ANSYS的合理结构设计能够在满足安全性的前提下节省材料。获得很大的经济效率。相对于交互式来说。采用ANSYS程序的命令输入整个优化文件并进行优化的方法是采用计算机解决工程实际问题的简单易行、快速可靠的方法。     

硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的开发

以废聚酯(瓶)为原料,研究了废聚酯瓶料醇解成芳香族聚酯多元醇的工艺。探讨了聚酯多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂及催化剂等原料对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料制备的影响。     

所有制结构与吉林省经济增长的关系分析

通过C-D生产函数衍生得到的计量模型,分析公有制和非公有制经济生产中投入要素劳动和资本的变化对吉林省经济增长的效应。结果表明,非公有制经济中劳动投入的增长,是通过提高总劳动的效率而提高经济总产出;非公有制中资本投入的增长,是通过提高总资本的效率而拉动经济增长。因此,加快所有制结构调整,增加非公有制投资比例,对推动我省经济发展具有重要意义。     

新型固体酸催化剂SO42-/Al2O3-Al的制备

采用铝阳极氧化法和浸渍法制备出新型SO42-/Al2O3-Al固体酸催化剂,通过BET,XRD,XPS等物性表征,考察了阳极氧化时间、焙烧温度等对催化剂制备的影响。BET结果表明,催化剂的比表面积要小于载体Al2O3的比表面积;XRD结果表明,载体Al2O3为无定形结构,且负载SO42-后,催化剂的物相结构没有发生改变;XPS结果表明,催化剂表面主要由SO42-和Al2O3组成。活性评价表明,该催化剂对酯化反应具有较好的催化活性。     

基于3S的土地利用时空特征研究——重庆市北部新区为例

在3S（GIS，RS，GPS）技术的支持下，通过建立数学模型对城市土地利用时空特征进行研究，并以重庆市北部新城为试验区域，对该区域土地利用类型、土地利用程度、城市扩展等时空特征进行了动态分析，取得了良好的效果，为定性定量研究区域土地利用、土地覆盖的时空演变提供了一种新思路和新方法。
