环氧树脂改性氰酸酯复合材料的性能研究

采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)研究了双酚A型氰酸酯(BADCy)/双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)体系的共固化机理,通过热重分析(TGA)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了复合材料的耐热性能、断面形态,并测试了材料的冲击强度和介电性能。结果表明E-51的加入对BADCy/E-51体系固化反应有促进作用,并能显著改善材料的韧性和冲击性能。当E-51含量为30%(质量分数)时,材料的冲击强度可达14.38 kJ/m2,且复合材料仍能保持良好的热稳定性和介电性能。

提出一个基于可信第三方的Android应用完整性验证模型.采用特征选择算法、XML解析和反编译来获取Android系统完整性信息,终端通过与可信第三方进行验证来保证应用的完整性.对比实验结果表明了系统的有效性和可行性.     

Effect of Al on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-extruded Mg–1Mn alloy sheet

The effect of Al addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot extruded Mg–1 Mn alloy sheet was investigated. The results revealed that the dynamic recrystallization was promoted by increasing Al content. The ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increased with the increase of Al content. The Mg–9 Al–1 Mn alloy exhibited the highest strength, with tensile strength of 308 MPa, 307 MPa, 319 MPa, yield strength of 199 MPa, 207 MPa, 220 MPa and the elongation of 20.9%, 20.1%, 19.2% in 0°, 45°, 90°, respectively.The high strength was mainly attributed to the formation of fine dynamically recrystallized grains and large amounts of the second phase. The strengthening mechanism of the alloys was explained.     

What is the matter with Corbicula fluminea (Mollusca: Bivalvia: Cyrenidiae)? Occurrence of unusual shell erosion in Northern Italy

ABSTRACT

Corbicula fluminea is a bivalve considered to be among the 100 worst invasive species in Europe due to its economic and ecological impacts in freshwater ecosystems. Here, we report for the first time a phenomenon of shell erosion observed in two distinct populations of C. fluminea collected in 2015 from two semi-natural small streams of the River Ticino hydrographic basin (Northern Italy). We measured several biometric variables in order to quantify the shell damage: length and thickness of the right valve and the shell free dry weight of each specimen and compared results with those of ‘normal’ populations from another stream of the same area. Our results confirmed that there was abnormal shell erosion and a reduction in shell thickness in both populations. We hypothesised several potential causes for the observed erosion, but none of them could provide sufficient explanation: neither the pH of the water, nor the level of calcium or total hardness of the water or granulometry of the substrates differed among streams. Similarly, predation pressure cannot be considered a reasonable explanation, since in the study area only a few animals actively prey on these bivalves and the marks they leave on the shells are completely different from the ones observed on our specimens. Lastly, we hypothesised that the bivalves may have been affected by a disease or parasitic infestation that had weakened their shells or prevented them from self-repairing and identified a fungal parasite that could possibly cause a disease to C. fluminea, namely the Ascomycota Geotrichum candidum. However, this species occurred only in one of the two abnormally eroded populations. In conclusion, a valid explanation for the morphological alteration that our study revealed has yet to be found.

Enhanced performance of nano-sized SiC reinforced Al metal matrix nanocomposites synthesized through microwave sintering and hot extrusion techniques

In the present study, nano-sized SiC (0, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 vol%) reinforced aluminum (Al) metal matrix composites were fabricated by microwave sintering and hot extrusion techniques. The structural (XRD, SEM), mechanical (nanoindentation, compression, tensile) and thermal properties (co-efficient of thermal expansion- CTE) of the developed Al-SiC nanocomposites were studied. The SEM/EDS mapping images show a homogeneous distribution of SiC nanoparticles into the Al matrix. A significant increase in the strength (compressive and tensile) of the Al-SiC nanocomposites with the addition of SiC content is observed. However, it is noticed that the ductility of Al-SiC nanocomposites decreases with increasing volume fraction of SiC. The thermal analysis indicates that CTE of Al-SiC nanocomposites decreases with the progressive addition of hard SiC nanoparticles. Overall, hot extruded Al 1.5 vol% SiC nanocomposites exhibited the best mechanical and thermal performance as compared to the other developed Al-SiC nanocomposites.
