控制肉鸡早期生长速度防制肉鸡腹水综合征

肉鸡腹水综合征（Ascites sydrome in broilers）的病因较复杂，早期生长速度快和饲料搭配不当是导致该病发生的主要原因。本研究结果表明，通过控制肉鸡早期生长速度，对于防制肉鸡腹水综征的发生，效果良好。     

林肯链霉菌林肯变种谷氨酰胺合成酶的研究

林肯链霉菌林肯变种是林可霉素的产生菌,研究中发现其菌丝体中谷氨酰胺合成酶的比活力与林可霉素的生物合成存在正相关性。在此基础上,报道了ＧＳ的分离纯化,分子特征,酶学性质和活力调节特性,采用硫酸铵分级沉淀,ＤＥ－５２离子交换层析,Ｓｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅ ６Ｂ凝胶过滤等方法,从林肯链霉菌林肯变种中分离纯化了ＧＳ,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳鉴定为单一组分。

企业年金的市场化运作中存在市场失灵,从而使得政府监管成为一种必需.政府监管的制度安排应着手于公平的年金制度设计,完善的法律体系保障,健全的协调监管机制来消除市场失灵,推进年金市场运行的逐步完善.同时在实践中政府监管还应在监管时机、监管程度及监管的缺位越位等方面注意策略选择.     

Locating the ‘culture wars’ in laboratory animal research: national constitutions and global competition

The increasingly global scope of biomedical research and testing using animals is generating disagreement over the best way to regulate laboratory animal science and care. Despite many common aims, the practices through which political and epistemic authority are allocated in the regulations around animal research varies internationally, coming together in what can be identified as different national constitutions. Tensions between these periodically erupt within the laboratory animal research community as a ‘cultural war’ between those favouring centralised control and those advocating local flexibility. Drawing on long-term engagement with key events and actors in these policy debates, I propose these national differences in the constitution of animal research can be understood through the intersection of two key variables: i) the location of institutional responsibility to permit research projects and ii) the distribution of epistemic authority to shape research practices. These variables are used to explain the development of different policy frameworks in the UK, Europe, and the USA, and identify where there is convergence and divergence in practice. Concluding, I suggest the way these approaches are combined and enacted in different countries reflects different national civic epistemologies, which are coming into conflict in the increasingly global networks of laboratory animal science.

2007年10月生效的《物权法》将宅基地使用权性质定为用益物权,然而对宅基地上私权流动问题未予回答,为实务中的理解和适用制造了混乱,更不利于农民利益的保护。对宅基地进行登记并重新界定房地关系,力求平衡宅基地使用权和所有权人的利益,确保相关法律的规定和现实产生的冲突得以缓解,从而完善宅基地上私权流动的方式和方法,最终保护农民的合法权益,实现利益共享。

股票技术分析方法正朝着综合性、多学科性纵深方向发展,本文从物理学的部分规律为出发点,综合分析了股市中测不准原理、冲量的聚变、价量守恒等变化规律,推理验证了股票报酬的时间序列是随机性的,是未来值不可预测的原因及股票指数改变量的机率分布函数呈现非高斯的尺标性规律,从而对股票技术分析探索出更为科学的物理学方法.     

Recent advances in fermentative biohydrogen production

Hydrogen energy, as a kind of clean energy with great potential, has been a hotspot for study worldwide. Based on the recent research on biohydrogen production, this paper gives a brief review on the following aspects： fermentative hydrogen production process and the engineering control statagy, key factors affecting the efficiency of hydrogen production, such as substrates, cysteine, metal ions, anaerobic fermentation terminal products, and formic acid and ammonia. Moreover, anaerobic fermentative hydrogen-producing strain and regulation and control of enzyme gene in fermentative hydrogen production are also discussed. Finally, the prospect of anaerobic fermentative biohydrogen production is proposed in three study areas, namely developing new techniques for breeding hydrogen-producing bacteria, exploitations of more strains and gene resources, and intensifying the application of microbial molecular breeding in hydrogen production.     

New insights into mTOR structure and regulation

The mammalian target of rapamycin, mTOR, forms various protein-protein complexes to regulate cell growth in response to the nutrient and energy status of the cell. Recently, the first crystal structure of large HEAT repeat protein mTOR revealed that the FAT domain interacts with the kinase domain through electrostatic effects and hydrophobic interactions. Based on the structure, the previous researches on how FAT domain regulates mTOR activity are reviewed. DEPTOR is currently known as an endogenous mTOR inhibitor, which may interact with roTOR FAT domain to suppress mTOR activity in vivo. The possible interactions of DEPTOR with the mTOR FAT domain are analyzed, too. In addition, the inhibition mechanism of DEPTOR may be similar to members of HEAT-involved RanGTP complex family, providing new mechanistic insights into mTOR kinase regulation.

铜绿假单胞菌铁与群体感应系统的调节

目的分析总结铜绿假单胞菌铁调节机理及其与群体感应系统之间的调节关系。方法汇总实验室有关铁调节和群体感应系统的研究结果,并结合相关文献资料进行分析总结。结果铜绿假单胞菌可以通过多种途径吸收利用不同来源或状态的铁源,在各种铁吸收途径中以铁载体介导途径尤为重要。Fur蛋白作为调节中心,与小RNA和ECF sigma因子共同对铁平衡进行精巧调节,而铁调节和群体感应系统相互影响,共同调节着相关基因的表达。结论铜绿假单胞菌中铁和群体感应系统协同作用,形成一个复杂的全局性网络,调节菌体毒性因子的表达等多种生理过程,影响着细菌感染的进程。
