3,5—二卤代—4—羟基苯甲腈的合成

对羟基苯甲酸在溶剂中与尿素反应生成对羟基苯甲腈，产物车溴素和氯酸钠、碘和氯气和反应制得相应的３，５－二卤代－４－羟基苯甲腈。     

银杏叶中黄酮类化合物的提取研究(Ⅰ)——溶剂选择

本文对银杏叶用不同浓度乙醇溶液热浸和冷浸两种方法进行了提取黄酮类化合物的试验，结果表明热浸６０％乙醇为溶剂、冷浸７０％乙醇为溶剂时浸取效果最佳。     

Ab initio calculation of structure and Raman and Infrared spectra of Trifluoromethylthiosulphenyl Chloride

The molecular model of Trifluoromethylthiosulphenyl Chloride, CF₃SSCl, was presented.Ab initio method was used to calculate the structure and Raman and Infrared spectra. The results show that CF₃SSCl possess stereoscopic structure ofC ₁ symmetry with a torsional angle of 94.2°. The potential energy distribution and isotope replacement methods were applied to determine the vibrational assignment. The vibrational frequencies and corresponding modes of the molecule were obtained. The calculated vibrational frequencies are in good agreement with experiments. Fe3Al基合金力学性能和显微组织的关系研究

显微组织对Ｆｅ３Ａｌ基合金的室温和高温力学性能以及抗蠕变性能有较大影响。研究表明，减少横向晶并不是提高Ｆｅ３Ａｌ合金室温塑性的最有效途径。通过加大形变量，细化显微组织可以明显改善合金的室温力学性能，但会使其高温性能下降。     

矿山三维地理信息系统中的数据结构

讨论了三维地理信息系统(GIS)的空间数据结构,分析了常用的几种三维空间数据结构.针对矿区井下复杂的开采条件,提出了一种三维拓扑矢量结构,并指出三维可视化实现的必要性.     

外电场对PbTiO_3纳米晶表面光电特性的影响

研究了1000℃（1#）和450℃（2#）条件下烧结的PbTiO纳米晶，在外电场处理前后的表面光电特性．结果表明，外电场的处理对PbTiO3纳米晶表面光电特性的影响具有明显的尺寸效应：经外电场处理后1#PbTiO3纳米晶表面光优响应没有变化；2#PbTiO3纳米晶变化明显．     

远程管理信息系统的设计与实现

本以ＸＷＭＩＳ为例，介绍了一个远程ＭＩＳ的设计和实现，并着重探讨了ＭＩＳ中远程通讯和数据安全性的实现。     

(−)-Epigallocatechin gallate,a polyphenolic tea antioxidant,inhibits peroxynitritemediated formation of 8-oxodeoxyguanosine and 3-nitrotyrosine

Reaction with peroxynitrite at pH 7.4 and 37°C was found to increase the 8-oxodeoxyguanosine levels in calf thymus DNA 35-38-fold. This oxidation of deoxyguanosine, as well as the peroxynitrite-mediated nitration of tyrosine to 3-nitrotyrosine, was significantly inhibited by ascorbic acid, glutathione and (–)-epigallocatechin gallate, a polyphenolic antioxidant present in tea. For 50% inhibition of the oxidation of deoxyguanosine to 8-oxodeoxyguanosine, 1.1, 7.6 of 0.25 mM ascorbate, glutathione or (–)-epigallocatechin gallate, respectively, was required. For 50% inhibition of tyrosine nitration, the respective concentrations were 1.4, 4.6 or 0.11 mM. Thus, (–)-epigallocatechin gallate is a significantly better inhibitor of both reactions than either ascorbate or glutathione. Reaction of (–)-epigallocatechin gallate with peroxynitrite alone resulted in the formation of a number of products. Ultraviolet spectra of two of these suggest that the tea polyphenol and/or its oxidation products are nitrated by peroxynitrite.
