20钢手锯条无毒液体化学热处理研究

轻烃溶剂超临界分离途径的选择

轻烃溶剂在超临界条件下溶解脱沥青油的能力与其密度有关。控制超临界状态下的压力和温度,可以完成溶剂的分离与循环。以丙烷为例,在比容固定的前提下,不同的抽提温度有不同的分离途径可供选择。从丙烷的压焓图上计算了单一升温、单一节流降压以及升温与降压适当组合等各种分离溶质并循环使用溶剂的途径的有效能总损耗量,比较并评价了它们的用能合理性。对其它轻烃或轻烃溶液,由于有效能损耗与分离条件之间函数关系的不单调性,需要用最优化方法来解决。     

Twin structure of the lath martensite in low carbon steel

It has been well accepted that the martensites in quenched carbon steels exhibit two typical morphologies which are closely dependent on the carbon content, i.e. lath martensite in low carbon steels and lenticular martensite in high carbon steels. Based on conventional belief, the lath martensites in low carbon steels are with high density dislocations as the substructure, in contrast to twin substructure in lenticular high carbon martensite. In the present work, an intensive transmission electron microscopy investigation was made to characterize the microstructures of the lath martensite in a low carbon steel of 0.2 wt%C. It was found that lots of lath martensites consist of twin as their substructure, rather than high density dislocations. In addition, nanoscale precipitates cohering with ferrite matrix were found at the twin interfaces. The orientation relationships between the precipitates and the ferrite matrix are in good agreement with that of primitive hexagonal ω phase in titanium alloys and other bcc metals or alloys.     

Motion Geometric Active Contours： Tracking Nonrigid Objects in Clutter Background

MGAC (Motion Geometric Active Contours), a new variational framework of geometric active contours to track multiple nonrigid moving object‘s in the clutter background in image sequences is presented. This framework, incorporating with the motion edge information, consists of motion detection and tracking stages. At the motion detection stage, the motion edge map provides an approximate edge map of the moving objects. Then, a tracking stage, merely using thestatic edge information, is considered to improve the motion detection result. Force field regularization method is used to extend the capture range of the edge attraction force field in both stages.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed framework is valid for tracking multiple nonrigid objects in the clutter background.     

基于时间序列相关处理的三维超声成像检测方法

针对固体火箭发动机药柱缺陷的检测要求，提出了一种利用超声波透射原理的数字成像检测方法，该方法不仅可以解决用单探头反射法无法解决的穿透问题，而且可以解决传统的双探头透射法不能解决的缺陷定位问题，经原理性实验验证，该方法切实可行。

气-液两相流界面迁移现象的数值模拟研究

借助于LevelSet函数,建立了气-液两相的统一控制方程组,并在交错网格中进行离散.用两种格式,即Superbee TVD格式和5阶WENO格式求解LevelSet函数的输运方程,用SIMPLER算法的思想对主流场控制方程的求解方法进行改进.数值实验结果表明,在求解LevelSet的控制方程时,5阶WENO方法比Superbee TVD格式的结果更准确;用改进的数值算法可成功实现对密度比大于1000/1的气-液两相流界面迁移问题的数值模拟.对几种典型大密度比气-液两相流问题的计算结果与实际问题的物理规律完全一致,验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性.
