外商直接投资对我国就业的影响

利用外商直接投资（FDI）是我国政府增加和扩大就业的政策措施之一。外商直接投资在为我国带来资金和技术的同时，也对我国就业产生不可忽视的影响。我国应该继续有效地调整外商投资方式扣投资结构，将外资引向劳动密集型产业。同时应注意培养适应型技术人才，建立健全外商投资的各项法律法规，外商直接投资才能更好地发挥促进我国经济发展扣吸纳劳动力的作用，以此减少我国就业压力，提高就业质量，促进国民经济持续、稳定、健康发展。

Disaster Management Systems——A Placeholder for Decision Support Sub-Systems

Aspects of techniques for understanding and developing a system which is useful in the context of Disaster Management are outlined in the paper. The emphasis is on techniques for the development of requirements and software-specifically here for the basic, underlying computing system whose application packages (amongst others: Decision Support Sub-Systems) shall support Disaster Prediction, Relief (Damage Assessment & Mitigation) and Recovery. Throughout the body of the paper we shall be making frequent references to Decision Support Sub-Systems. As acronym for the subject domain the author has chosen: DiMaCS: Disaster Manegement Computing Systems.     

The Systemic Approach of SSM: The Case of a Brazilian Company

This paper aims to describe the application of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) to the reality of a Brazilian enterprise. Systemic practices are ways of putting to use systemic thought in the real world, using the precepts of the systemic approach, which is very important for knowledge management and globalization. The systemic practice SSM is used in the resolution of ill-defined problems, which often involve behavioral variables and, thus, cannot be addressed by the so-called hard methodologies. In this paper, SSM is applied to the problematic of a middle-market business, an auto supply distributor, whose managers consulted the authors of this paper as regards proposing improvements of its performance. As a result of this work, the authors were able to propose core changes in attitudes, leading to changes in structure and process.

本文介绍一个在MC-68000微机上开发的面向大、中型企业的生产管理系统。在研制过程中,综合应用了系统工程、现代化管理和计算机技术。其中包括:采用目标规划数学模型确定工厂年、季、月生产计划,采用A-B-C分类法作出物料需求计划;提供多种模拟优先原则安排车间作业计划,还建立了一个用于生产管理的关系式数据库。系统具有投资少、功能强、使用方便、有良好的扩展性等特点。适用于单件、小批量、多品种或兼有多种批量、生产类型复杂的大、中型企业。
