The Future of Systems Thinking

Due to the diminishing popularity of systems thinking, an attempt is done to predict its future in the university world. Two starting points are used: one in the traditional scientific community, being its habitat; and the other in the surrounding society, being its area of application. The investigation shows that systems thinking is highly needed, although its nearest future seems bleak. The systemic challenge to the traditional academic world has unfortunately been taken as a threat against its existence. The scientific and educational impact of systems thinking is therefore opposed as an alternative to the old scientific paradigm. Furthermore, the resistance to new theories moving across disciplinary boundaries seems stronger than resistance to theories within the disciplines.     

Dealing with coercion: Critical Systems Heuristics and beyond

This paper begins with an introduction to the philosophy and methodology of Critical Systems Heuristics (CSH). Following this, various citicisms of CSH are reviewed. One particularly important criticism is that CSH should not be seen as a replacement for other systems approaches, but as complementary to them. It is this idea of complementarity that has led several Critical Systems thinkers to take CSH, along with a number of other systems methods, and try to show that they are most appropriately used in different contexts. CSH, it is said, is at its most useful when we are confronted with coercive situations. However, in this paper it is argued that coercion is usually characterised by closure of debate. Therefore CSH, which depends upon the possibility of communication (or arbitration) between stakeholder groups, becomes redundant when coercion is experienced. It is further argued that coercion can only be addressed adequately by widening our definition of systems practice to include campaigning and direct political action. There is still considerable scope for developing these areas in the systems domain.

液压系统泄漏的现象经常会被遇到,而且,液压站油箱截面积越大,泄漏量就越大.所以,对液压系统油箱油标液位发信器的自动化保护系统等进行调整,对液压系统本身进行整改,加强使用维护,会收到一定的成效.     

不同低蛋白日粮饲喂KM小鼠效果观察

目的探讨不同低蛋白日粮对KM小鼠生产繁殖的影响。方法将120只性成熟的清洁级KM小鼠，雌雄各半，随机分成A、B、C三组，各组均按1：1比例交配，分别喂饲含粗蛋白20％、粗蛋白18％加一定量的赖氨酸、甲硫氨酸和粗蛋白16％的三个水平日粮，观察三组动物的受孕率、平均窝产仔数、平均新生个体体重、平均窝离乳仔数及离乳个体体重。结果A组与B组均无显著性差异，而C组与A组有显著性差异。结论日粮粗蛋白降低2个百分点，同时补充适量的必需氨基酸，对KM小鼠生长繁殖没有不利影响，但进一步降低时则有影响。     

Meditations on Systems Thinking, Spiritual Systems, and Deep Ecology

This paper is written for a broad general readership. It presents a prismatic reflection on systemic thinking, Buddhist philosophy, and deep ecology, with the objective of shedding light on world problems and understanding their gravity. Such an inquiry constitutes a formidable spearhead for the betterment of the world, guiding us towards holism, and moving us away from the partial, fragmented, compartmentalized thinking that is prevalent today. Although no deliberate attempt is made to articulate solutions to specific problems, a brief account of current socially engaged action is described.     

红泥聚氯乙烯(RM-PVC)复合材料光稳定性机理

纯PVC在紫外光照射下也易脱去HCl而生成共轭双键,RM-PVC优良耐光老化机理主要是,红泥中的Fe_2O_3,能强烈地吸收紫外光,以及红泥中的钙、硅等其它一些成分也能一定程度地吸收紫外光,从而使基体PVC基本上免遭光能作用而降解、破坏。

网络延迟对基于高层体系结构/运行时支撑构件的分布交互仿真系统的影响

研究了网络延迟对基于HLA／RTI的分布交互式仿真系统的影响。给出了分布式仿真实验环境的细节，提供了网络仿真的工具，模拟了50ms，100ms，200ms的网络延迟，研究了网络延迟对仿真进程实时性的影响。采用状态数据的时戳技术和状态预测算法，可以降低网络传输时间的影响，实验表明在200ms的延迟下实体定位的偏差可以降到0．5m以下。
