H2O2稳定剂的研究进展

A possible configuration of H 5 + cluster

On the basis of our previous work, a configuration of H ₅ ⁺ has been presented that is a square center structure, and the energy for the structure of H ₅ ⁺ has been obtained by IACQM. The result showed that there is an extreme energy E_e: −2.45981 [2 Ry] atR = 2.50a ₀. It indicates that the square center structure of H ₅ ⁺ system has the certain stability, which is a possible configuration of H ₅ ⁺ .     

H+7团簇离子及其中性团簇产物H4和H5

实验室模拟脱硫装置及脱硫剂的评价

在小型绝热填料吸收塔和再生塔中，模拟循环法脱硫工艺过程，比较了脱硫剂甲基二乙醇胺（MDEA）浓度分别为w＝0．10和w＝0．30时，不同气液比的选择性脱除H2S的性能。并在恒定脱硫剂循环流量、再生热负荷条件下，以w＝0．30的MDEA水溶液为基准，综合评价了添加部分有机溶剂时脱硫剂对脱效率有选择性因子的影响。实验表明，添加N－甲基吡咯烷酮及环丁砜可显著改善脱硫剂的选择脱友性能。     

a-C∶H/Si太阳电池的研究

本文报导了a-C∶H/Si太阳电池的结构、制备方法和已达到的性能。测试发现电池的暗I-V特性及在200～1000nm波长范围内的反射光谱特性均优于单晶硅太阳电池。进而讨论了这种电池成为一种性能优良的太阳电池的可能性。     

非晶硅太阳电池在反偏压下的光照特性

研究了温度循环和在反偏压下强光照对非晶硅太阳电池性能的影响。电池在90℃,4.5V反偏压下,经550mW/cm~2 的卤钨灯光照后,短路电流增加.光致衰降减小,长波响应改善.用内电场的变化进行了解释.     

ISDN标准接入的多功能数字终端

论述了综合业务数字网（ＩＳＤＮ）及其标准用户──网络接口的基本概念；对用户网络接口的体系结构作了较为详细的说明，给出了具体的软件实现方法和硬件接口电路（ＳＮＩＣ）．在此基础上，提出了ＩＳＤＮ标准数字话音终端和基于基本接入能力（２Ｂ＋Ｄ）的多功能数字终端的设计方案。     

Blue emission from hydrogen-containing a-Si：H／SiO2 multilayers and the investigation of its mechanism

A series of hydrogen-containing a-Si:H/SiO2 multilayers with different a-Si:H sublayer thickness were fabricated by layer-by-layer deposition and in situ plasma oxidation in a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system (PECVD). Optical induced blue emission from the samples was observed by the naked eye at room temperature, which has never been reported in the luminescence study of Si/SiO2 multilayers up to now. Both the photoluminescence (PL) peak and the absorption edge show a blue shift as the a-Si:H sublayer thickness decreases. The origin of the blue emission and the effect of hydrogen are discussed.     

通海海菜花的核型研究

首次报道产于我国云南省的通海海菜花 (Otteliaacuminatavar.tonhaiensish .Li)的体细胞染色体数目和核型 ( 2n =2x =2 2 =1 8m 2sm 2st) .属“2B”型 ,与海菜花属 (Ottelia)的核型非常相近 ,这为进一步研究水鳖科海菜花属的系统演化提供了重要的细胞学资料
