论推进贵州文化产业科学发展的路径

2006年,贵州省委、省政府就贵州文化产业能够在5到10年内发展成为支柱产业,作出了科学的判断.省委常委、宣传部长李军在全省文化体制改革工作会议上深刻地阐述了贵州实现文化崛起的必要性、可能性与可行性.这是一个有科学依据、有显著新意和学术增长点的战略构想,而且是贵州文化产业科学发展的必然选择.根据所掌握的信息,就实现这一战略构想的路径问题,即如何聚集贵州文化产业发展的持续力,采用什么方式不断突破、扩大优势和巩固成果等,提出了"本土突围"与"蛙跳前进"设想.     

Three principles for canonical quantum gravity

We outline three principles that should guide us in the construction of a theory of canonical quantum gravity: (1) diffeomorphism invariance, (2) implementing the proper dynamics and related constraint algebra, (3) local Lorentz invariance. We illustrate each of them with its role in model calculations in loop quantum gravity.     

基于非参数核估计方法的中国股市收益率分布研究

利用非参数核估计方法对2006年至2011年五年间中国深圳和上海股市A股收益率服从何种分布进行研究,通过理论和实证分析,借助Matlab和Eviews软件,得到中国股市收益率分布服从正态分布和logistic-分布的线性组合,并且计算出参数得到其准确的表达形式.     

On the notion of free will in the Free Will Theorem

The (Strong) Free Will Theorem (fwt) of Conway and Kochen (2009) on the one hand follows from uncontroversial parts of modern physics and elementary mathematical and logical reasoning, but on the other hand seems predicated on an undefined notion of free will (allowing physicists to “freely choose” the settings of their experiments). This makes the theorem philosophically vulnerable, especially if it is construed as a proof of indeterminism or even of libertarian free will (as Conway & Kochen suggest).However, Cator and Landsman (Foundations of Physics 44, 781–791, 2014) previously gave a reformulation of the fwt that does not presuppose indeterminism, but rather assumes a mathematically specific form of such “free choices” even in a deterministic world (based on a non-probabilistic independence assumption). In the present paper, which is a philosophical sequel to the one just mentioned, I argue that the concept of free will used in the latter version of the fwt is essentially the one proposed by Lewis (1981), also known as ‘local miracle compatibilism’ (of which I give a mathematical interpretation that might be of some independent interest also beyond its application to the fwt). As such, the (reformulated) fwt in my view challenges compatibilist free will à la Lewis (albeit in a contrived way via bipartite epr-type experiments), falling short of supporting libertarian free will.     

密闭呼吸型平板太阳能集热器的设计

通过分析现有平板集热器腔体结构缺陷,提出密闭呼吸型腔体结构技术理念,给出密闭呼吸型平板太阳能集热器的技术解决方案。对改进后的集热器进行强度试验、正压试验、浸水试验、强射水试验。结果表明,该设计解决了一直困扰国内外同类平板太阳能集热器的水雾、渗水、积尘、返潮、吸热膜退化、管板腐蚀和内外压平衡等难题。     

某城镇地籍整体控制网与局部控制网的精度分析比较

在城镇图根控制网布设中有时镇区范围较大,在清华山维平差软件中,有边长输入不能重复输入,角度不能遗漏等缺点,内业角度和边长数据输入较麻烦,往往容易出错,以某城镇地籍图根控制网为例,在全镇图根控制网布设中将其布设成整体控制网和将全镇分成几部分分别布网,布设成几个局部控制网,对整体控制网和局部控制网分别进行平差计算,通过在整体控制网和局部控制网中设置共用边,分别计算共用边上的待定点,通过坐标比较,分析大的测区范围控制网布设成局部控制网的可行性。     

The metaphysics of D-CTCs: On the underlying assumptions of Deutsch׳s quantum solution to the paradoxes of time travel

I argue that Deutsch׳s model for the behavior of systems traveling around closed timelike curves (CTCs) relies implicitly on a substantive metaphysical assumption. Deutsch is employing a version of quantum theory with a significantly supplemented ontology of parallel existent worlds, which differ in kind from the many worlds of the Everett interpretation. Standard Everett does not support the existence of multiple identical copies of the world, which the D-CTC model requires. This has been obscured because he often refers to the branching structure of Everett as a “multiverse”, and describes quantum interference by reference to parallel interacting definite worlds. But he admits that this is only an approximation to Everett. The D-CTC model, however, relies crucially on the existence of a multiverse of parallel interacting worlds. Since his model is supplemented by structures that go significantly beyond quantum theory, and play an ineliminable role in its predictions and explanations, it does not represent a quantum solution to the paradoxes of time travel.     

求解凸二次规划的主对偶积极集法

介绍了求解带有不等式约束凸二次规划的一种主对偶积极集法.通过凸二次规划KKT条件中的一阶最优性条件和补条件计算出主对偶对(x,s)的值,若(x,s)不可行则确定新的积极集,算法继续迭代;算法经有限步迭代后,一定能得到最优解,使算法停止.     

图像处理和识别在制衣行业中的应用及研究

以图像处理和识别技术处理、识别拟缝制的花样图案,可以实现制衣的自动打版工作。该技术主要通过将处理和识别得到的花样图案的外边缘转化为打版工作需要的基本图形（如直线、曲线）,简化复杂版式的设计工作。     

热力直饮机的概念、原理和应用

本文提出一种热力直饮机,上水加热到90℃杀菌而成为饮水后,再通过5℃小温差换热所形成的闭路热焓循环,回收92%的饮水显热,制取仅比上水高5℃的热力直饮水,以实现增加产量、减少能耗、富含氧气的热力直饮机功能,倡导＂绿色直饮＂生活方式。
