饱和传染力反应扩散方程D-SIS流行病模型渐近分析

利用反应扩散方程单调方法和不变区域理论，研究具有饱和传染力的反应扩散方程D-SIS流行病模型，证明了解的存在惟一性，得到了疾病绝灭与持续的阈值——基本再生数，分别证明了无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局渐近稳定性．该研究将相应常微分方程模型的研究结果推广到了偏微分方程D-SIS模型，对疾病的预防与控制具有实用参考价值．     

阿尔茨海默病PS-1基因突变的研究

采用聚合酶链反应及基因测序技术探讨阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer病，AD）早老素-1（Presenilin-1，PS-1）基因第3、4、5、8外显子的突变特点，对13例散发性Alzheimer病（sporadic Alzheimer＇s disease，SAD）患者、12例血管性痴呆（vascular demendia，VD）患者及31名正常老年人的PS-1基因第3、4、5、8外显子片段进行扩增与序列分析．编号为SAD5的患者PS-1基因第3外显子扩增片段上存在1个缺失突变位点，编号为SAD3的患者PS-1基因第8外显子扩增片段的近3’端处发现2个插入突变位点．12例VD患者与31名正常老年人的PS-1基因第3、4、5、8外显子均未发现突变．实验结果表明，SAD患者PS-1基因中存在第3、第8外显子的突变．     

SARS经济预测模型

利用经济预测方法，建立了非典数学模型，分别利用0．618法、时间序列的指数平滑技术及温特法对数据进行纵向和横向处理，得出了数据预测趋势走向图和统一预测公式．     

沥青混凝土路面的病害与防治

分析了沥青混凝土路面经常出现的一些病害(如路面裂缝、松散、坑槽、沉陷、车辙等)产生的原因，并提出了相应的处治方法和防治措施。

中国大陆对虾高位池对虾养殖自1994年在广东徐闻县首次试验成功以来已有10a历史,在广东、广西、海南三省区获得了成功并得到快速发展,平均单产凡纳滨对虾9000 kg/hm2,最高单产达30000 kg/hm2以上.地膜养虾模式自1998年在我国大陆创立以来也得到较快的发展,在传统池改造中愈加发挥重要作用.笔者将10年来从事高位精养虾池(简称高位池)及地膜精养虾池养虾经验及研究予以总结.详细介绍了高位虾池及地膜虾池结构包括进水系统、排水系统、增氧系统等,并对高位精养虾池及地膜精养虾池的养殖管理及病害防治技术作了系统介绍.     

沥青混凝土面层早期病害的施工预防对策

针对沥青混凝土面层早期出现的主要病害，分析其特征及成因，提出在施工期间开始预防这些病害的具体技术措施。     

Inducing dopaminergic differentiation of expanded rat mesencephalic neural stem cells by ascorbic acid in vitro

Ascorbic acid (AA) induced differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) into dopaminergic (DAergic) neurons is reported.NSCs derived from rat mesencephalon were maintained and expanded in a defined medium containing mitogens of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF).Compared with the control, ascorbic acid treatment led to more DAergic neuronal differentiation as indicated by the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and dopamine transporter (DAT), which are specific markers of dopamine neurons.AA induction also enhanced expression of Nurr1 and Shh.PD98059, an inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (MAPK/ERK) pathway, could block AA-induced Nurr1, TH and DAT mRNA expression.The results might suggest a new strategy to provide enough dopaminergic cells for the therapy of Parkinson's disease (PD), and Nurr1 and ERK signaling pathway might participate in the AA-induced DAergic differentiation.     

梯恩梯的危害及其防治

引用了一些国内外梯恩梯毒理学的研究资料，分析了梯恩梯光解产物对环境的污染以及梯恩梯毒性对人体健康的危害，在此基础上，提出了一些保护环境，有效减少梯恩梯危害的对策和措施。     

Distribution of correlation dimensions of synchronous 12-lead ECG signals

Correlation dimensionsD ₂ of the synchronous 12-lead ECG signals have been investigated for the first time by distributed multi-sensor (multi-electrode) technique. The results show that correlation dimension of heart has the distributed characteristics.D ₂ calculated from different lead ECG signals is not a constant regardless of a healthy person or a coronary heart disease (CHD) patient with sinus rhythm. But with the same lead signal,D ₂ of CHD patients is evidently smaller than that of a healthy person except I, II, III leads. A healthy person and CHD patient can be identified byD ₂ statistically andD ₂ shows the potential application in the diagnosis of the CHD patients.
