流变血栓清除术治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成流变除栓术治疗的临床疗效与安全性。方法:对25例12d内的下肢深静脉血栓形成患,采用经皮穿刺方法置入6F或8F两种型号Oasis流变溶栓导管并与高压注射器连接,将生理盐水以2.5mL/s的流率和5171kPa的压力注入,行流变血栓清除术,并辅以球囊扩张、内支架置入术治疗。观察血管开通、临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果:流变血栓清除术后,25例重建了前向血流,并清除了绝大部分血栓物质,技术成功率(残留狭窄<50%)为72%(18/25);8例附加球囊扩张,其中7例附加内支架治疗;3、6个月的初始血管开放率均为100%,经平均8.5个月的随访,治愈率为84%(21/25),后遗症发生率16%(4/25);本组病例无严重并发症发生。结论:流变血栓清除术治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成是安全有效的。 相似文献

目的:探讨雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(CypherTm)在冠心病(CHD)冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的安全性和有效性.方法:以2004年5月至2005年5月在我科住院的31例植入雷帕酶素支架35枚的冠心病病人作为研究组,以1999年1月至2003年12月在我科住院的30例植入非药物支架的冠心病病人作为对照组.结果:研究组与对照组支架置入的成功率均为100%.研究组一年后再狭窄率0%,对照组一年后再狭窄率13.3%.结论:经皮冠状动脉内支架植入治疗安全可行、疗效确切,药物洗脱支架对防止再狭窄有独到之处. 相似文献

In this paper, the development of existing artificial tracheal stents was briefly introduced. Their structures, strengths and weaknesses were analyzed. A new woven artificial tracheal stent that used leno-based construction was designed and fabricated at last. Additionally, a preliminary mechanical study was carried out on the new artificial tracheal stent, such as the radial supporting force and the elastic restoring force, making foundation for application of the new artificial tracheal stent. 相似文献

Motivated by adhesive proteins in mussels, strategies using dopamine to modified surface have become particularly attractive. In the present work, we developed a novel and convenient method to modify the biodegradable Fe plates with heparin. Iron was first treated by a facile one-step p H-induced polymerization of dopamine, and then a high density heparin was successfully grafted onto the surface via coupling with polydopamine(PDA) active layer. Heparin immobilization contributed much longer blood clotting coagulation time than the pure Fe sample, and hence reduced the risk of thrombosis. Cell viability tests suggested that the heparin modified Fe plates were more favorable to the proliferation of ECV304 cells. In summary, the heparin modified Fe plates with good anti-thrombus properties and inhibiting the proliferation of VSMC cells provide great prospects for biodegradable iron. 相似文献
