TGF—β1和HSP70在大鼠肝癌早期诊断中的价值探讨

目的：通过动态检测大鼠肝癌模型造模各阶段血清中TGF—β1和HSP70水平并与传统指标AFP比较,对其在肝癌早期诊断中的价值做综合的评价。方法：用CCL4诱导大鼠肝硬化基础上的肝癌模型。从造模第6周起,每两周心脏采血一次,ELISA法检测大鼠血清中TGF-β1、HSP70和AFP水平,并取部分肝组织行病理学检查。结果：造模第8周发生肝硬化,第10周发生不典型增生及早期肝癌结节。造模第10周TGF-β1和HSP70水平即显著升高,TGF-β1在肝硬化阶段无显著升高,而HSP70则略微有升高,二者特异性分别为90％和60％,阳性率分别为55％和70％,联合检测的阳性率为80％,造模第12周的阳性率分别达85％和90％,联合检测阳性率达100％;AFP水平在造模第12周才有显著升高,肝硬化阶段也有升高并与早期肝癌无显著性差异。其阳性率和特异性分别为60％和30％。结论：传统指标AFP对极早期的肝癌不敏感,特异性不高,而TGF-β1和HSP70均较AFP敏感、特异,二者联合可提高检测敏感性。

The internal structure of Early Cambrian fossil embryo <Emphasis Type="Italic">Olivooides</Emphasis> revealed in the light of Synchrotron X-ray Tomographic Microscopy

Countless fossil embryo Olivooides and the hatched larvae, juveniles and adults （the latter two kinds are Punctatus） are recovered by means of acid maceration from the fine-crystalline to medium-crystalline phosphatic limestone and phosphatic micrite of Early Cambrian Kuanchuanpu Formation at the Shizhonggou section, near Kuanchuanpu Village, Ningqiang County, Shaanxi Province, China. Using the technique of Synchrotron X-ray Tomographic Microscopy, the 3D internal structure of Ofivooides and Punctatus is reconstructed. The morphological and statistic analyses are also given to the stellae structure of Ofivooides and Punctatus, which indicates that this structure is a result of adaptive evolution to a lifestyle of fast-attaching after hatching, probably with the function of mucilage secretion. The internal structure of Punctatus is described and discussed. The ovum-like structure, a common internal feature of Punctatus, is considered as the taphonomic structure, rather than eggs or other biological structure. This structure is thought to be formed after the burial of the animal and before or during the mineralization. The original internal structure of Punctatus is assumed to be tabulae-filled, with soft body grown on them.

华南早燕山中晚期挤压构造事件识别及其成矿效应

华南是中国重要的钨、锡、铋、铜、银、锑、汞、稀有、重稀土、金和铅锌多金属重要成矿省,成矿时代以中-新生代为主。众多学者通过野外调查、构造变形解析、科学深钻、年代学研究等方法对华南各个区域进行构造地质学研究,并取得重要成果。但对整个华南中生代构造演化过程的认识依然存在分歧,这主要归咎于不同学者根据局部研究成果或单一地质要素对华南构造演化进行讨论。系统总结前人在华南研究的成果,对华南早燕山期古地层产出状态、古地理变化、古构造应力场、构造变形样式、岩浆记录等多种地质要素进行归纳。初步认为华南早燕山中晚期处于SEE-NWW或近EW向挤压构造背景下,时间界限大致为170~135 Ma,推测挤压事件可能是成矿大爆发开始的前奏,挤压作用将成矿物质预富集,形成矿化区域,为后期成矿作用提供物质基础及成矿有利空间。
