论元代货币在海外贸易中的流通

元代货币作为海外贸易中的纽带,连接交易双方至关重要。纸钞、铜钱、金银、子的国内流通与海外需求,催生了禁运条令的颁行,给元朝和通商国家造成了不同程度的改变及影响。     

一维螺旋链状配位聚合物[Zn(pam)(bpa)]n的水热合成及晶体结构

通过水热反应,合成了标题化合物[Zn(pam)(bpa)]_n(1),(pam=4,4'-亚甲基二(3-羟基-2-萘甲酸), bpa=2,2'-二吡啶胺),对该化合物通过X-射线单晶衍射、红外和荧光光谱进行了结构表征。X-射线单晶衍射表明,目标化合物中的锌(II)离子分别与来自两个不同4,4'-亚甲基二(3-羟基-2-萘甲酸)中的羧基氧和同一个2,2'-二吡啶胺中的两个氮原子配位形成四配位的扭曲四面体结构。该配合物通过锌(II)离子的连接形成有趣的一维螺旋长链,链与链之间通过氢键作用形成二维片状结构。     

名医的封号与尊称刍论

民间信仰中名医的封号多种多样，封号主要来自于封建政权的敕封和民众仿照敕封样式的拥戴。名医封号并不完全与正史相符，但却反映了民间信仰的本真样态。民间对名医的尊称以“医圣”和“药王”最具代表性，二者均是泛称。医圣专指张仲景，药王专指孙思邈，至清代才广泛熟知。但二者泛称的性质没有改变，依然不能作为专称。     

基于现代性视域下的高校基层党支部建设问题思考

对高校基层党支部建设的研究探讨,应将其置于现代性视域下,考察其受到特定时期政治经济文化影响的情况,分析其建设与发展所面临的问题与挑战,有针对性的提出提升建设成效的重点领域。     

DanHong Injection inhibits the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms in apoE knockout mice

Clinical observations indicate that DanHong Injection （DHI） can increase blood flow and reduce various syndromes in patients with cardiovascular disease. How- ever, it still needs to define the function of DHI and the involved mechanisms in details, such as the protective effect on the development of primary abdominal aortic aneurysms （AAAs）. In this study, we determined whether DHI is able to inhibit AAA in apoE knockout （apoE-/-） mice. Thirty apoE-/- male mice on high-fat diet （0.5 % cholesterol, 21% fat） were randomly divided into two groups and received i.p. injection of saline （100 μL/day） and DHI （100 μL/day）, respectively, for 16 weeks. At the end of experiment, we determined the development of atherosclerosis in en face aorta and aneurysms,pathological morphology of arterial wall, and serum lipid levels. We also determined the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 （MCP-1）, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall using real-time RT-PCR. Our results indicated that high-fat diet induced the development of AAAs in apoE-/- mice, but the induction was totally blocked by DHI （P 〈 0.01）. The result of staining of abdominal aortic cross sections showed that DHI main- tained the collagen content in arterial wall, thereby pre- venting the animals from the development of AAA. Although DHI had little effect on serum total- and LDL- cholesterol levels, it reduced the expression of MCP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9 mRNA in aortic wall （P 〈 0.01）. Taken together, our study suggests that DHI can inhibit the high-fat diet-induced AAA formation. The inhibitory effects may be related to the maintenance of the collagen content and inhibition of expression of AAA-related genes. Our study may suggest a new application of DHI in clinics.

针对仓显先生的辩护，对苏北提供的《处士施公廷佐墓志铭》、释满家的《施氏家簿谱》、杨新的《故处士施公墓志铭》、王道生的《施耐庵墓志》以及《兴化县续志》所载的《施耐庵传》进一步阐述本人的观点，加以再批判。     

任务型教学法在民族高校大学英语教学中的重要作用

民族高校的地缘和生源特点等诸多因素,决定了教师在开展大学英语教学过程中必须采用适合自身特点的教学模式和教学策略。任务型教学法从学生的基本心理需求出发,强调用语言做事,注重学生交际能力的培养,符合大学英语现行的培养目标。从分析任务型教学法的特点以及任务型教学实践入手,阐述了任务型教学法在民族高校大学英语教学中的重要作用。     

《十二楼》与明末清初中篇通俗小说

中篇通俗小说是介于长篇通俗小说和短篇通俗小说之间的一种小说形态，是中国古代通俗小说的一个重要品种，却长期为人们所忽视。明末清初诞生了一大批中篇通俗小说作品，取得了相当可观的成绩。烟水散人徐震是当时最多产的作家，而李渔《十二楼》的水平最高，影响也最大。明末清初中篇通俗小说的艺术成就和经验教训值得总结和汲取。     

Antiinflammatory and analgesic effect of herbal cocktail Hongbaekjeong via inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines and prostaglandin E2 release

Though Hongbaekjeong(HBJ),a hebal mixture of three medicinal plants,has been traditionally used for arthritis and muscular pain,its scientific evidence still remains unclear.Thus,in the present study,analgesic and anti-inflammatory mechanism of HBJ was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.HBJ significantly reduced NO production and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)release and also attenuated the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2)in lipopolysaccharides(LPS)and interferon(IFN)-c treated RAW 264.7 cells.Furthermore,HBJ abrogated the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin(IL)1b,IL-6,IL-8 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in LPS and IFN-c treated RAW 264.7 cells.In addition,HBJ significantly decreased the number of writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid,and also increased latency in hot-plate method and tail flick test in mice.Consistently,HBJ significantly reduced the edema volume in the hind paw of the rats with arthritis induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA)compared to untreated control.Collectively,our findings demonstrate the antiinflammatory and analgesic potential of HBJ via inhibition of proinflammatory cytokines and PGE2 release for treatment of arthritis and muscular pain.     

HPLC-ICPMS联用技术测定玩具中的三价铬和六价铬

采用HPLC和ICPMS联用技术,将玩具中的Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)同时进样分离检测。该方法采用不含铬的惰性色谱柱,优化EDTA与Cr(Ⅲ)的络合温度,保持Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)稳定的p H值。结果发现,在70℃水浴温度下,p H值为7.0~7.1,Cr(Ⅲ)与EDTA络合更完全,得出线性相关系数大于0.999 5,检出限满足欧盟玩具标准中三类样品检测要求,常规样品的检测回收率在80%~100%,精密度小于5%,验证了该方法的准确性与可行性。
