“民法学3”课程合作性学习教学模式探讨

为培养法科学生自主学习精神与学习习惯、团队合作意识及将理论知识运用于实践之能力,研究者以“大班授课、小班研讨”为模式,引入“合作性学习”机制,采用了学习研讨、学理案例研讨、实务案例研讨、合同谈判与文书制作研讨等不同研讨类型,在“民法学3”课程教学中提出并实施了一系列富有成效的教学改革,并对今后如何进一步提升改革效果进行了相关思考。     

从产学合著论文看中国产学科技知识生产合作——以中国制药工业为例

基于2001至2010年中国知网(CNKI)收录的15种药学类核心期刊上的产学合著论文的统计研究和社会网络分析,对中国制药工业产学科技知识生产合作的基本表现和主要特征进行了研究。这期间,产学合著论文不断增长,合作网络规模快速增大,网络密度严重偏低且呈明显下降趋势,合著受地域限制明显且国际化偏低,部分一流研究型大学和重点医药集团的主导作用十分显著。总体上看,中国制药企业科技知识生产能力需要提高,与大学合作力度尚待增强。     

国外研究BPR文献的统计分析——以WOK为例

利用WOK工具,检索得到关于BPR研究的703篇论文,对这些论文的年度分布、作者、刊源、文献语种、主题分布等进行了分析。     

随机需求下半导体生产车间的物流系统仿真优化

针对随机需求下具有“添加/卸除机器”特点的动态多阶段生产布局问题,建立其数学模型和批次到达速率公式.通过研究机器的添加/卸除规则,分析了添加和卸除机器事件以及3种调度准则,建立了随机需求下的仿真优化算法.通过算例验证了仿真优化算法的有效性以及仿真系统的有效性.     

A predicting system based on combining an adaptive predictor and a knowledge base as applied to a blast furnace

In this paper a system is proposed and applied to predicting silicon content in pig iron for a blast furnace. It combines an adaptive predictor with a knowledge base. On-line experiments show that the prediction accuracy of the system is much better than that of an experienced operator or of an adaptive predictor alone. Such a system will be helpful to operators in selecting desirable control methods.     

基于知识的图文综合信息分析管理系统的开发和应用

图文信息直观方便易于理解,是用户喜闻乐见的一种信息表达方式。本文提出了一个开发图文综合信息分析管理系统的方法。该系统从技术上来看,归结为图文解释器(推理机)和图文的知识表示两大部分,并提出了一个称之为“面向问题的信息导向器(Question-Oriented Information Navigator)”的图形信息组织结构。图文解释器是该系统的核心,它在运行过程中根据用户提出的问题或对问题的选择来自动组织并解释知识库中的知识,以图文并茂或动态图形变化的形式显示在屏幕上或打印出来,使决策者能迅速直观地了解各方面的信息,对决策过程提供有力的支持。最后,给出了该系统应用在“宏观经济智能人—机决策支持系统(MEIDSS)”中的实例。     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">The Art of War:</Emphasis> Innate and adaptive immune responses

Research over the last several years has greatly advanced our understanding of the mechanisms by which the immune system functions. There exist two main branches of immunity, termed innate and adaptive immunity. Innate immunity uses the genetic memory of germline-encoded receptors to recognize the molecular patterns of common pathogens. Adaptive immunity, akin to somatic memory, is a complex system by which the body learns to recognize a pathogens unique antigens and builds an antigen specific response to destroy it. The effective development of the overall immune response depends on careful interplay and regulation between innate and adaptive immunity. Here we review our current understanding of how these integrated systems distinguish targets against which a response is appropriate and neutralize potentially pathogenic challenges.Received 8 May 2003; accepted 2 June 2003
