论知识经济时代下高职教育创新

该文论述了高职教育必须提高思想认识,构建合格的“双师型”教师队伍,改革教学方法手段和内容,实行开放式办学,转变教育体制,实现教育观念、师资队伍建设、教育体制、教学方法手段和内容以及办学方式的创新,以迎接知识经济的挑战,培养合格的创新型高职人才,保持高职教育自身得以生存与发展。     

基于产生式系统的不确定性知识表示及推理研究

不确定性知识表示及推理是人工智能研究领域的重要内容之一。通过对不确定性知识表示及推理的问题的探讨，提出了不确定性知识程度（Uncertainty Knowledge Degree，UKD）的表示法，为提高不确定性推理结果的可信度提出了一些新的技术和方法，并通过实例验证了本方法的可行性和有效性。     

最早传入中国的西方地震学知识

龙华民(Nicolas Longobardi,1568~1654)和高一志(Alphonsus Vagnoni,1566~1610)都是明末西方来华传教的意大利传教士群中的两位,前者的《地震解》和后者的《空际格致》曾将当时欧洲的地震学知识介绍到中国来,其内容包括地震的起因、地震的等级、发生地震的季节和时辰、地震之前兆、地震后的状况(灾情)、发生地震之地点、地震持续时间等等.文章将一一加以叙述,并加以评论,可见用"气成说"解释地震之成因并不正确.但是所言火山爆发、地下岩浆沿着地壳裂隙涌出地面,确为地震成因之一.至于所言地震之预兆和地震后之破坏情形(灾情)等,与今人所见大致相同,仍然值得今人参考.

校训"厚德博学,知行合一"具有深厚的孔学渊源。"厚德"是孔学从《易传》继承和发展的思想,是孔学的教育目标;"博学"是孔学的教学原则;"知行合一"的最初理论来源是孔学在伦理道德层面上的知行统一学说,是孔学的教育教学方法。

加扎里的《精巧机械装置的知识》一书在中世纪阿拉伯机械史研究中具有重要意义。书中叙述了六大类共50种他所设计的自动机械装置的制作方法和工作流程。在肯定本书对于机械装置制作工艺的严谨和详细描述以外,同时探讨阿拉伯自动机械设计风格中突出强调娱乐性的特点。

This article,according to the author's working experience in a hydropewer project,briefly introducessome basic knowledge about bidding process and sample contract document.It is aiming at giving a commonknowledge to the students who will be involved in work relating to bid after their graduation in the college.It ishoped that this kind of knowledge can help people properly use funds for a project and thus corruption can beminimized.

本提出一种新型Petri网－规则Petri网RPN－Rule Petri Net)，对产生式知识系统进行有效的表达和提纯，并给出了对知识的冗余、矛盾等问题进行了分析、检测和消除的方法。     

The Knowledge Age or the Age of Ignorance and the Decline of Freedom?

Increasingly knowledge has become a determining factor in achieving life’s potential and is the currency of the age. Without access to Information an individuals’ knowledge base cannot be enriched and without knowledge the individual becomes increasingly powerless. Advances in technology have provided opportunities for some to add to their stock of knowledge but access to sources of information is uneven and can lead to social unrest. The availability of information is an important factor in managing change and empowering citizens. The question about information and power then becomes one of ownership or sovereignty of the information. If we are to create an open society then we need to ensure that there is open access to knowledge through flexible and intelligent information systems that are available for all. In this paper we consider if we are truly entering the knowledge age or the age of ignorance.

本文实现对心血管系统中扩张,型心肌病、冠心病、心包积液和风心病的鉴别诊断,用LISP语言实现,全文由五部分组成1知识库、2数据库、3推理机、4学习机、5解释系统。
