水陆两栖飞机抑波槽高度对喷溅性能影响研究

抑波槽作为近年来抑制水陆两栖飞机喷溅效果较佳的措施之一,抑波槽高度合理性直接影响抑制喷溅的效果。通过两个抑波槽高度的单船身模型拖曳水池对比试验,比较同一状态两者喷溅包络线,分析抑波槽高度变化对飞机喷溅性能影响,表明减小抑波槽高度对螺旋桨处喷溅高度影响较小,但减弱了抑波槽抑制襟翼处喷溅的效果。     

动车组辅助电源装置故障分析与试验研究

为解决高速动车组行车途中发生车头照明灯熄灭不能重新自启状况，在排除高压供电线、380 V 母线、 负载侧影响后，将故障原因锁定在110 V 母线系统及网络控制系统使断路器跳闸; 综合运用计算机控制、变频 调压、传感器测量等技术，结合上位机控制，搭建成一套测试系统，经验证，该系统能快速寻找出故障源。     

Effect of testosterone on the kinetics of the development of suppressor cells in adjuvant arthritis

Summary The induction of unresponsiveness to mycobacterial adjuvant took a longer time in male DA rats than in female rats. A shift in the induction time of unresponsiveness in males toward the female type was brought about by castration, but could be reverted to the male type by the application of testosterone. The transfer study revealed that cells capable of preventing arthritis required a longer incubation time for their development in males than in females. This suggests that testosterone inhibits the development of suppressor cells in adjuvant arthritis.Acknowledgments. We are grateful to The Naito Foundation Research Grant for 1983.

研究分析数字ＰＩＤ控制器在过程控制应中经常出现的积分饱和现象及其相应解决办法。通过深入分析引起积分饱和现象产生的根本原因,及其造成的后果,并结合实例,从数字ＰＩＤ控制器的组成结构着手,针对给出问题提出了在积分控制器中加入抑制因子的解决办法,并给出了一种通用的避免产生积分饱和的因子函数的具体形式。在积分控制器中加入抑制因子能较好的避免因系统状态信号的突变引起的积分饱和现象。

猪SOSC5和SOCS6基因克隆及组织表达研究

本文以长白猪(Landrace)大脑cDNA为模板,克隆得到长白猪细胞因子抑制因子SOCS-5基因和长白猪SOCS-6基因.序列分析结果显示:长白猪SOCS-5基因cDNA全长1688 bp,编码一个含有536个氨基酸的前体蛋白,与人、牛、小鼠和大鼠的氨基酸序列一致性分别为97％、97％、94％和95％;SOCS-6基因cDNA全长1645 bp,编码一个含有535个氨基酸的前体蛋白,与人、牛、小鼠和大鼠的氨基酸序列同源性分别为:92％,97％,85％,82％.氨基酸结构分析显示,长白猪SOCS-5和SOCS-6基因都具有典型的中央SH2结构域和C末端有40个氨基酸的SOCS Box结构域;组织表达图谱分析结果显示:长白猪SOCS5基因在大脑、心脏、脾脏、肌肉组织大量表达,在下丘脑、肝脏、肾脏、小肠中也有表达;SOCS6基因在大脑、下丘脑、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉及小肠均大量表达.此外,本研究还将SOCS-5和SOCS-6基因编码区序列克隆转入真核表达载体pcDNA3.1(+)中,为下一步功能验证做准备.     

Induction of human β-defensin-2 in airway epithelial cells by Streptococcus pneumoniae： involvement of IP3-dependent intracellular calcium release and NF-κB

Human β-definsin-2 （hBD-2） is mainly induced by bacterial factors and pro-inflammation mediators in epithelial cells. As the major cause of community-acquired pneumonia, whether Streptococcus pneumoniae （S. pneu-moniae） stimulation induces hBD-2 expression in airway epithelial cells is elusive. In this study, we found that S. pneumoniae stimulation induced hBD-2 expression in a time-and concentration-dependent manner in primary human airway epithelial cells. To further reveal the mechanism of S. pneumoniae inducing hBD-2, we found that S. pneumoniae stimulation activated NF-κB signaling pathway. Specific NF-κB inhibitor, PDTC, could reverse the induction of hBD-2 by S. pneumoniae. We also found that cellular inner Ca^2＋ signaling is involved in the S. pneumoniae-induced hBD-2. Taken together, our find-ings indicated that S. pneumoniae can stimulate the expression of hBD-2 in airway epithelial cells and NF-κB and inositol triphosphate-dependent intracellular calcium release is involved in this induction.     

DNA甲基化在肿瘤形成中的作用（综述）

DNA甲基化改变是肿瘤细胞中常见的现象,DNA甲基化与肿瘤的发生有密切关系。从以下几方面对此做一综述。（1）简介哺乳动物细胞的DNA甲基化;（2）DNA甲基化与肿瘤基因突变;（3）肿瘤DNA甲基化的基因外作用,其中包括：原癌基因的低甲基化和抑癌基因的高甲基化。
