基于径向基函数网络的非线性系统内模控制

针对非线性系统的内模控制，从理论上分析了神经网络控制器的可实现问题，并且用径向基函数(RBF)神经网络实现内部模型及逆模控制器，同时改进了径向基函数中心的学习算法。仿真结果表明，基于RBF网络的非线性系统内模控制的动态性能较好，对于对象参数扰动具有一定的抗扰性。

光纤通信技术的问世与发展给世界通信业带来了革命性的变革。特别是经历近40年的研究开发,光纤、光缆、器件、系统的品种不断更新,性能逐渐完善,已使光纤通信成为信息高速公路的传输平台。本文探讨了光纤通信的发展趋势、它在传送容量和传送距离等性能方面的进展及网络技术方面的应用。     

Variability and reduction of atmospheric pollutants in Beijing and its surrounding area during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Atmospheric Environment Monitoring Network was established by the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The goals of the network were to monitor and provide warnings of the atmospheric quality in Beijing and its surrounding area during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The results showed that the atmospheric complex pollution exhibited high concentrations of ozone and fine particles and oxidation in summer, with a ubiquitous regional source. The regional mean concentrations of SO₂, PM_2.5, NO₂, and O_{3_8h max} (the maximum daily 8 h mean) and O_x were 22±11, 90±40, 25±5, 136±35 and 112±21 μg/m³ in summer, respectively. During the Olympic Games, the mean concentration of SO₂, PM_2.5, NO_{2, O3_8h} max, and O_x were 12.5±4, 56±28, 23±4, 114±29, 95±17 μg/m³ in the region, respectively, and fell by 51.0%, 43.7%, 13%, 20.2%, and 18.9%, respectively, compared to the prophase mean before the Olympic Games. The concentration of atmospheric pollutants declined significantly and achieved the “Green Olympics” control goal of air quality. After the Olympic Games, SO₂, PM_2.5 and NO_x increased significantly as the temporary atmospheric pollution control measures were terminated.     

A Layered Zone Routing Algorithm in Ad Hoc Network Based on Matrix of Adjacency Connection

The hybrid routing protocol has received more attention recently than the proactive and the reactive, especially for large-scale and highly dynamic connection, in mobile ad hoc network. A crucial reason is that zone-layered is being utilized in the complex systems. A hybrid routing algorithm which is layered zone based on adjacency connection（LZBAC） is put forward under the background of a few members in network with steady position and link. The algorithm modifies storage structure of nodes and improves routing mechanism. The theoretical analysis and simulation testing testify that the algorithm costs shorter time of route finding and less delay than others.     

应用流量控制设备打造高效校园网

本文首先提出了目前在校园网中所面临的带宽饥渴问题，并且对其起因进行了探讨，提出了解决带宽饥渴的首要措施是对校园网进行流量管理的观点：进一步以实例说明了流量控制设备的功能、部署过程、实际效果，提供了一个应对流量问题的思路。     

三网合一——有线电视传输网络探讨

目前，广电总局已经批复有线数字电视试点城市49个，遍及26个省（区／市）。2015年停止模拟电视的播出，广电网络作为数字电视传输的主要平台之一，为了适应今后的数字化、双向化、个性化、综合化发展的需求，为了最大保障现有有线电视运营商的利益，为了减少网络改造的投资，不破坏现有网络的结构，合理利用现有资源的情况下，我们提出了“三网合一”的传输网络的数字传输网络方案，包括从过渡型网络到接入网机房到数据网络最终解决方案，可以说是层层递进，即可以分步实施，也可以一步到位实现，具有较强的可操作性。     

《光学零件工艺学》网络课件的制作与思考
