鲜枣塑料袋贮藏技术的研究

用不同通气面积的塑料袋贮藏鲜枣，结果表明：襄汾圆枣通气面积为6.4cm^2/kg、蛤蟆枣为3.2cm^2/kg，能够防止二氧化碳伤害、乙醇的多量积累和果实的软化，本项研究为鲜枣的塑料袋贮藏提供了技术参数。     

Zircon (U-Th)/He thermochronological constraints on Cretaceous thermal extension of Dabieshan orogen

：(U-Th)/He ages of 13 samples from Yuexi-Luotian core and its flanks in Dabieshan orogen fall in the range of 155～85 Ma. He ages for samples from the core range between 85～107 Ma, while those from the flanks range between 114～155 Ma. The result shows that the Yuexi-Luotian core was a thermal dome in Cretaceous with core temperature being much higher than those of the flanks. The thermal extension which resulted in the formation of Dabie core complex lasted until ca. 85 Ma. The magnitude of exhumation in the core is approximately 1528.8 m more than that in the flanks.     

水电工程投资控制研究

以我国目前在建的世界上最大的水电工程－三峡工程永久船闸的工程变更为案例，从一个侧面反映了水电工程建设过程中工程变更发生的客观必然性，说明了影响工程发生变更的主要因素及工程变更对水电工程投资控制的影响。结合我国已经加入WTO和国际建设工程管理的要求，说明了规范水电工程建设市场的迫切性及与国际工程管理接轨的必要性。     

我国水资源可持续发展模式探讨

分析了我国水资源特征，针对中国水资源发展所面临的问题，运用可持续发展理论，说明我国水资源发展走可持续发展道路是唯一选择，并提出具体发展模式。     

基于神经网络的多目标综合评价

本文提出了基于神经网络的多目标综合评价方法。这种方法通过利用神经网络对于以往成功的评价样本的学习, 使得神经网络反映评价指标的偏好, 从而代替评价人进行评价。文章研究了神经网络学习的BP算法, 并分析了某大型水利工程水位方案评价问题。     

国防科研中有关项目选题的探讨

在国防科研领域中 ,项目从选题、投资到研究开发都应遵循内在的科学规律。在分析国防项目主题发展一般规律的基础上 ,就科研项目选题原则和切入点问题展开讨论。引入“两头大象”理论 ,形象地揭示选题的内在依据。最后以一个由师生组成的典型科研小组为背景 ,就工程和基础理论两类研究的投入时机和权重问题建立决策模型 ,并给出了模型的数值结果及一些结论。     

基于真实IPv6地址环境下的安全DNS系统设计

网络的安全保证变得日趋重要,在下一代互联网上这种要求更为迫切.以真实IPv6地址接入技术为平台,结合PK I的证书分发机制对密钥的分发实现安全便捷的管理,利用密钥机制对DNS全程数据通信进行签名加密保护进而可以实现下一代互联网络体系结构中DNS系统的安全,包括安全的域名更新、安全的域名查询以及抵御常见的DNS攻击.     

毕业设计中软件工程的应用探讨

针对毕业设计过程中存在的问题,结合作者在指导计算机软件专业学生毕业设计过程中的经验和体会,本文主要研究学生在毕业设计时如何综合运用软件工程学的原理、技术和方法来组织和管理软件生产,以保证学生达到学以致用的目的.     

Scanning for sisnatures of geosraphically restricted selection based on population genomics analysis

Natural selection, as the driving force of human evolution, has direct impact on population differentiation. However, it is still unclear to what extent the genetic differentiation has been caused by natural selection. To explore this question, we performed a genome-wide scan with single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） data from the International HapMap Project. Single locus FsTanalysis was applied to assess the frequency difference among populations in autosomes. Based on the empirical distribution of FsT, we identified 12669 SNPs correlating to population differentiation and 1853 candidate genes subjected to geographic restricted natural selection. Further interpretation of gene ontogeny revealed 121 categories of biological process with the enrichments of candidate genes. Our results suggest that natural selection may play an important role in human population differentiation. In addition, our analysis provides new clues as well as research methods for our understanding of population differentiation and natural selection.     

在维修电工实训中引入PLC项目教学

我国的高等职业技术教育已进入了一个快速发展期,高等职业教育的目标是培养具有高尚职业道德、熟练职业技能,较强基础理论知识、较强实践能力、自学能力、协作能力和创新能力,工作在职业岗位第一线的高等技术应用性人才。在高等职业技术院校维修电工实训中引入PLC项目化教学,是实现高职培养目标的一种十分有效的教学方法。
