Hot-corrosion behavior associated with the evolution of corrosion scales of a Ni-based superalloy in molten salts

The degradation of Ni-based superalloys in molten salts is closely related with the evolution of corrosion scales. In this work, the evolution of corrosion scales, the characteristics of the scale/alloy matrix interface associated with the corrosion mechanisms and the corrosion kinetics of a Ni-based superalloy Ni–20 Cr–18 W in molten salts were investigated. Microstructure/texture evolution maps to optimize hot deformation process of near-α titanium alloy

The microstructure/texture evolution(MTE,for short) map and processing map of a new near a titanium alloy Ti65 were constructed in order to investigate the workability and microstructure evolution of hot deformation.The processing map illustrated four domains,two summit domains and two instability domains.The morphologies of the a phase changed from the spheroidization(α+β region) to the deformed and elongated β grains(near the βtransus temperature T_β),and then to the obvious dynamic recrystallization(DRX)(β region) with the temperature rising from 930 ℃ to 1140℃.Deformation in the α+β field mainly generated the texture component with [0001]or [0223] parallel to radial directions(RDs).While deformation in the β phase field formed two types of texture component with [0001] parallel to RDs and [2110] parallel to compression direction.An optimized processing map was summarized by overlaying the macro-instability map on the original processing map,and the instability domain of Ti65 alloy was confirmed in the area with the strain rate higher than 0.01 s~(-1).     

与CMOS相容的嵌入式NVM技术

陇东南地区温泉气体地球化学特征

为了探究甘肃东南部温泉的成因,通过气体地球化学的方法研究对比了该区温泉、冷泉和地表水中溶解气的组分及其同位素特征。结果表明:陇东南地区出露的温(冷)泉和地表水具有相似的气体组分特征,均以氮气为主(介于70. 47%～78. 33%);温泉水的δD～δ~(18)O数据点沿着兰州大气降水线分布,没有明显漂移;δ~(13)C_(CO_2)特征和CO_2含量表明CO_2属于有机生物成因。可见陇东南地区温泉水与深部围岩的同位素交换作用不强,温泉水的来源属于大气降水补给。其形成可能是地表水在深循环过程中受热后,由于频发的地震产生有利于地下水和温泉气上升、运移的通道,使的泉水沿裂隙溢出而来。

Effect of Ce addition on hot corrosion behaviours of a cast γ′-strengthened Co–Al–W–Mo–Ta–B alloy at 800 ​°C

Hot corrosion behaviours of a novel Co–9Al-4.5W-4.5Mo–2Ta-0.02B alloy doped with 0.01, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 ?at% Ce exposed at 800 ?°C in a solution of 75%Na₂SO₄/25%NaCl were investigated. The alloys comprised a coherent γ-Co_SS/γ′-Co₃(Al, W) microstructure (0.01Ce and 0.05Ce alloys) and κ-Co₃(W, Mo) precipitates (0.1Ce and 0.2Ce alloys) at grain boundaries. Hot corrosion kinetics curves demonstrated the parabolic time dependency profile with two stages: the first parabolic stage is within the beginning ～50 ?h corrosion and follows by the second parabolic stage. With an increasing nominal Ce content the weight gain of the alloy significantly decreased from approximately 70.1 ?mg ?cm^?2 (0.01Ce) to 40.8 ?mg ?cm^?2 (0.2Ce) when exposed for 100 ?h. A two-layer corrosion scale formed, and the scale was composed of an outer layer of Co₃O₄ oxide with spinel compounds of CoAl₂O₄, CoWO₄and CoSO₄, and an inner γ/needle-like Co₃W/sulphide layer adhered to the substrate. Heavy spallation of the corrosion scale occurred in the 0.01Ce～0.1Ce alloys, however, spallation was slight in the 0.2Ce alloy. The excellent corrosion resistance of the 0.2Ce alloy could be attributed mainly to the formation of continuous Al₂O₃ lines in the corrosion scale, as well as the prolongation of the incubation period of the corrosion product spallation.
