费马大定理证明的历史评述

法国数学家费马于１６３７年提出了著名的费马猜想──费马大定理，已历时三百多年，有众多优秀的数学家为研究费马大定理倾注了大量的甚至是毕生的精力，但均未能最终证明费马大定理。文中就费马大定理证明的艰难历程作一历史性的评述。     

马克思主义史学对当代西方史学的重大影响

19世纪中叶马克思主义作为一种方法论与政治信仰由于各种原因而受到攻击与冷落。进入20世纪,随着传统史学弊病的日益暴露以及1929—1933年世界性经济危机对马克思正确判断的验证,特别是二战后,社会主义国家的纷纷建立引起人们对马克思主义理论的重视,马克思主义史学成为西方最大的史学流派之一。马克思主义史学对当代西方史学的影响表现在:一是马克思主义作为人类文化宝库中的遗产对西方史学界普遍产生了影响,马克思主义已成为他们思维方法的一部分;二是西方每一国家的史学界都形成了一支稳定的马克思主义史学队伍。     

Forms of presentism in the history of science. Rethinking the project of historical epistemology

Since the late 1980s, presentism has seen a resurgence among some historians of science. Most of them draw a line between a good form of presentism and typical anachronism, but where the line should be drawn remains an open question. The present article aims at resolving this problem. In the first part I define the four main distinct forms of presentism at work in the history of science and the different purposes they serve. Based on this typology, the second part reconsiders what counts as anachronism, Whiggism and positivist history. This clarification is used as a basis to rethink the research program of historical epistemology in the third section. Throughout this article, I examine the conceptual core of historical epistemology more than its actual history, from Bachelard to Foucault or others. Its project should be defined – as Canguilhem suggested – as an attempt to account for both the contingency and the rationality of science. As such, historical epistemology is based on a complex fifth form of presentism, which I call critical presentism. The critical relation at stake not only works from the present to the past, because of the acknowledged rationality of science, but also from the past to the present because of the contingency and historicity of scientific knowledge.

人的需要推动着人类社会向前发展。人的需要理论在马克思历史唯物主义理论中具有以下地位：人的需要是历史主体的内在属性；人的需要是生产力发展的内在动力；人的需要是阶级矛盾产生的原因；人的需要是推动人类自由解放的因素。     

Research on International Fair Play Committee

The International Fair Play Committee(CFIP) is committed to promote the social communication and development of the spirit of fair play and strive for the creation of a peaceful and beautiful word.This paper discusses the CIFP's disregard of Fair Starting so as to lay foundation for further understanding of CIFP and its nature of work by taking the historical motivation and legality of CIFP as the cut-in point from the critical perspective.It suggests that CIFP should tamp the ideal of fair play,re-establish the fair play value system,and conduct effective reform of organization and cause correspondingly instead of becoming agent of European centralism and American hegemonism.     

International Fair Play Committee and Olympic spirit

On the premise that the goal and nature of work remain the same,in order to desalt the regional culture of Europe,it took the internationalism road of pervasive value,thus the International Committee for the Organization of the Pierre de Coubertin Fair Play Awards was renamed as International Fair Play Committee.     

冰草属分类学研究之回顾

详细总结了国内外诸多学者的研究成果,分析了在冰草属分类地位以及属下等级的确立上所产生争议的原因。认为这主要是由客观和主观两方面因素造成的。从客观原因来看,冰草属具3种染色体倍性水平,而且地理分布高度重叠,生态适应相似,特别是一直被认为是稳定的形态性状,如花序、颍及稃也存在许多变异。从主观因素来看,首先是不同的学者有不同的分类标准,在如何对不同的性状进行选择与加权,以什么性状作为鉴别特征等方面在不同的学者之间产生了分歧;其次是不同的学者所采用的分类学方法差异较大,也是造成目前这种状况的重要原因。另外,还探讨了现代生物学技术在冰属分类研究中的价值,认为生化特性、核型特征、同工酶资料、解剖学以及花粉学特征的真正价值是对其种间关系的确立,而不是对其种的确立或种的分与合等问题的探讨。     

《进步日报》“史学周刊”与新中国成立之初的历史学

《进步日报》“史学周刊”是新中国成立之初史学成果刊布和活动交流的一个重要场域，“史学周刊”刊载的史学论文，都力图将马克思主义毛泽东思想的基本原理贯彻于历史学的研究实践之中，并且通过历史学研究来为现实服务。     

对我国民办高等教育的政策分析

我国民办高等教育立法相对滞后、办学秩序混乱、管理体制不健全和产权属性不清晰等问题制约着民办高等教育的发展。本文从民办教育存在和发展的理论依据、改革开放以来我国民办高等教育政策的历史演变、各阶段取得的成就和存在的问题几个角度进行了分析，并在深入分析的基础上提出促进我国民办高等教育发展的政策建议。
