An Analysis of an SIRS Epidemic Model with General Direct Immunization in Networks北大核心CSCD

We consider an SIRS epidemic model with a general direct immunization rate on networks. By constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, we find that the dynamical behvaior of the model is completely determined by the epidemic threshold λc. When λ≤λc, the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable; when λ>λc, the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable. In addition, we propose a uniform direct immunization and a targeted direct immunization. The results show that under the same average immunization rate s there exists a critical immunization-lost rate δc so that the epidemic threshold of the targeted direct immunization is smaller (larger) than that of the uniform direct immunization if δ<δc(δ>δc). © 2017, The Journal of Agency of Complex Systems and Complexity Science. Making the abstract concrete: The role of norms and values in experimental modeling

Experimental modeling is the construction of theoretical models hand in hand with experimental activity. As explained in Section 1, experimental modeling starts with claims about phenomena that use abstract concepts, concepts whose conditions of realization are not yet specified; and it ends with a concrete model of the phenomenon, a model that can be tested against data. This paper argues that this process from abstract concepts to concrete models involves judgments of relevance, which are irreducibly normative. In Section 2, we show, on the basis of several case studies, how these judgments contribute to the determination of the conditions of realization of the abstract concepts and, at the same time, of the quantities that characterize the phenomenon under study. Then, in Section 3, we compare this view on modeling with other approaches that also have acknowledged the role of relevance judgments in science. To conclude, in Section 4, we discuss the possibility of a plurality of relevance judgments and introduce a distinction between locally and generally relevant factors.     

喀斯特地区生态环境空间数据组织研究

我国西南喀斯特山区是典型的生态环境脆弱区,与其相关的生态环境数据也具有一定的地域特征,因此,在共享数据的组织过程中应当根据其特点进行有效的组织和管理。本文从用户的角度出发,对空间数据进行了分类;以元数据组织、管理为基础,按行政单元、数据精度和数据时相等层次结构对数据进行了有效组织和存储,提高了数据检索和查询效率,促进了空间数据共享工作的进展。     

科学饲料管理系统的研究与实现

本文论述了“清真畜产品规范生产与质量认证系统”中“科学饲料管理系统”的设计过程以及研发成果。该系统针对奶牛、肉牛和肉羊等特色动物养殖中饲料合理化和科学化的要求，对异构数据集成整合，即在客户端将各种异构数据转换成XML格式文件，通过Internet网络上传至服务器指定文件夹，并进行字段映射和数据整理，最后将经过整理的数据导入服务器数据库的相关表中，从而建立了宁夏地区特色动物饲料原料成分及配比数据库（知识库），实现了全区共享的饲料配方服务管理平台、事务处理平台等。“科学饲料管理系统”的应用有助于改进奶牛等动物饲料配方的科学性，提高饲料的利用率，达到节本增效的目标，为提高养殖业管理水平与畜产品生产效率提供信息化技术支撑。     

河北农业电子政务中的数据共建共享问题研究

本文结合实际总结了河北农业电子政务中的数据共建共享的现状,深入分析了影响数据共建共享的信息供需矛盾、标准化程度低、农业行业缺陷等问题,提出了实施农业电子政务数据共建共享的对策建议。     

基于异质性公平偏好的行为博弈模型与模拟——对蜈蚣博弈实验结果的解释

针对蜈蚣博弈实验结果与传统博弈论预测的纳什均衡结果存在系统性偏离的现象,本文从行为博弈的角度,假设人是有限理性的,用人的公平偏好特征来解释这种系统性的偏离.通过运用Fehr和Schmidt(1999)模型来刻画博弈参与者的公平偏好,考虑不公平厌恶系数的异质性,构建行为博弈模型来模拟蜈蚣博弈的实验过程.模拟结果显示,本文建立的模型不仅能够解释蜈蚣博弈实验结果的所有定性特征,而且估计出了不公平厌恶系数的均值范围.根据极大似然准则,本文的模型有很好的拟合效果.
