引入生态修复技术的太湖流域生态补偿方案

针对生物膜法、活性污泥法等适用于点源污染治理的技术无法有效解决面源污染的问题,引入生态修复技术,选取美人蕉作为修复植物,构建了太湖流域污染治理生态补偿模型。并以2005年太湖流域COD削减为例进行分析,结果显示:通过生态补偿方案激励太湖流域苏浙沪各地区合作治污可降低流域治理成本约5%,引入生态修复技术可进一步降低合作治污成本约12%;引入生态修复技术后,为促进苏浙沪各地区合作治污,提升整个流域的治理效率,应建立流域地区间生态补偿机制,太湖流域实证研究确定了地区之间的补偿标准:浙江省对江苏省、上海市的COD生态补偿价格为6648.30元/吨、8164.21元/吨。     

Microstructure and heat treatment for Ni3Al-based single crystal alloy with different crystal orientations

Ni₃Al-based single crystal alloy IC6SX with different crystal orientations were prepared by seed crystal method. The microstructure and heat treatment of the alloy were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of the alloy was in dendrite structure, and the crystal orientation had significant effect on the dendrite morphology of this alloy. The precipitated phases of (MoNi)₆C and NiMo appeared in the microstructure of the three alloys with different crystal orientations during solidification process. Compared with other two alloys, the volume fractions of precipitated phases of both (MoNi)₆C and NiMo was the most in the alloy with [111] orientation and the least in the alloy with [001] orientation. The solidus and liquidus temperatures of the alloy IC6SX tested by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were 1356 °C and 1387 °C, respectively. Meanwhile, the effect of different solution temperatures on the microstructure of the alloy with different orientations was studied. The results showed that the precipitated phases of (MoNi)₆C and NiMo were eliminated with the solid solution treatment under the condition of 1300 °C/10 h. However, the incipient melting of the alloys occurred due to the dissolution of low melting point phases. As the temperature dropped to 1280 °C, the area of incipient melting in the alloy with different orientations decreased gradually. However, there was no incipient melting appearing in the three alloys with different orientations when the solution treatment temperature dropped to 1260 °C.     

中国沿海和内陆强震前地表潜热通量异常特征

地表潜热通量(SLHF)是反映地表蒸发能量大小的大气参数。国外学者分析近年若干沿海地区的强震时发现,沿海强震震中附近在震前出现了潜热通量异常,而远离海域的内陆地震并未出现潜热通量异常。本文以近10年发生在中国的1次沿海强震和3次内陆强震为例,进行了震前SLHF异常的时空特征分析,发现震前3～10d,震中附近均出现了SLHF异常。该异常主要分布在震中及其周围地区,且与区域内的主要活动构造带走向一致。因此,SLHF异常可以成为一种有价值的大地构造活动性遥感监测指标,并为中国沿海和内陆地区强震提供有用的临震前兆信息。     

怀地黄试管苗脱毒技术研究

对怀地黄试管苗的脱毒技术进行了研究.结果发现:以MS为基本培养基并附加适宜浓度细胞分裂素(6-BA0.5 mg.L-1或KT0.5 mg.L-1)时,茎尖成苗率最高(75%),出愈率较低(20%);切离的茎尖大小为0.2~0.5 mm时,既能保证较高的脱毒率又可保证较高的成苗率;两次切离茎尖并与热处理相结合,试管苗的脱毒率最高(96%~100%),建立了一种有效的怀地黄脱毒方法和技术.     

Analysis of contact melting around a horizontal elliptical cylinder heat source

The process of AT-driven contact melting of the solid phase change material （PCM） around a horizontal elliptical cylinder heat source is analyzed. Aiming at the problem existed in the published literature, namely the thickness of boundary layer tends to be infinite at φ = 90°, and considering the difference of normal angle between the horizontal elliptical cylinder surface and the solid-liquid interface of PCM, a new mathematic model is proposed, and the fundamental equations for the melting process are derived with the film theory. The new pressure distribution inside the boundary layer, the variation law of normal angle of the solid-liquid interface, the thickness of the boundary layer and the relationship between the melting velocity and resultant force are obtained. The solutions of the fundamental equations under different elliptical compression coefficients are analyzed and discussed. It is found that the thickness of the boundary layer obtained by the new model is a finite value and accords with the experimental result at φ = 90°.     

The optimization model of the heat conduction structure

An optimization model considering a novel thermal performance index to be the objective function is proposed for minimizing the highest temperature in this paper. Firstly, the performance of the conventional heat conduction optimization model, with the dissipation of heat transport potential capacity as the objective function, is evaluated by a one-dimensional heat conduction problem in a planar plate exchanger. Then, a new thermal performance index, named the geometric average temperature, is introduced. The new heat conduction optimization model, with the geometric average temperature as the objective function, is developed and the corresponding finite element formula is presented. The results show that the geometric average temperature is an ideal thermal performance index and the solution of the new model is close to the theoretical optimal solution.     

羊肠毒血症的诊断与防治

对发生在通辽地区的一起山羊的疾病进行了流行病学调查、临床检查、病理剖检以及实验室检查,结果诊断为是由D型魏氏梭菌感染引起的羊肠毒血症．同时采取了防治措施．     

蒙中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍临床观察

目的：探讨蒙中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴性功能异常的疗效．方法：对50例慢性前列腺炎伴性功能异常患者的临床资料进行系统的分析、总结．结果：经过现代医学和传统医学方法诊断治疗的50例慢性前列腺炎伴性功能异常患者的临床症状明显好转或痊愈．结论：中蒙西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴性功能障碍是目前行之有效的治疗手段之一．

主要利用分析、概率和随机过程的方法,研究热核下界估计的条件和估计式.用γ-链条件作为中点性质的推广,得到了局部紧度量空间上热核下界估计更容易满足和验证的条件以及热核下界估计式.
