成就动机的激发与维持在体育专业足球教学中的实验研究

运用麦克利兰的成就动机理论，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验对比法和数理统计的方法，在高等师范体育教育专业足球教学中进行激发与维持学生成就动机的实验研究．结果表明：实验班成绩优于对照班，且有显著性的差异．在足球教学中激发与维持学生的成就动机，可以有效地提高足球教学的效果和学生的足球成绩．     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system

The human adenovirus type 5 E1A, a tumor- suppressor gene[1], codes for two major related proteins of 243 amino acids (12S) and 289 amino acids (13S) by al-ternative splicing in two exons[2]. Studies have been shown that E1A can regulate expression of many genes and cell cycle[3]. H2表面处理形成Al/n型6H-SiC欧姆接触及其退化机制

作者通过氢气表面热处理，获得了具有较好特性的Al／n—6H—SiC欧姆接触．在这种H2处理后的SiC表面，可以直接通过蒸铝(Al)形成欧姆接触，而无须进行退火处理．该方法也适用于低掺杂外延层上的欧姆接触．XPS测试表明，这种欧姆接触是在400℃以上的退化时，由Al及6H—SiC中的Si元素互扩散所致．

Genetic Diversity in Populations of Sepiella maindroni Using 16S rRNA Gene Sequence Analysis

Part of the 16S rRNA gene is amplified with PCR and sequenced for 5 populations of common Chinese cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni:three from the South China Sea,one from East China Sea and one from Japan.The result shows that a total of 5 nucleotide positions are found to have gaps or insertions of base pairs among these individuals,and 13 positions are examined to be variable in all the sequences,which range from 494 to 509 base pairs.All of the individuals are grouped into 7 haplotypes (h1-h7).No marked genetic difference is osberved among those populations.All of the individuals from Nagasaki belong to h1 and the h3 haplotype is found only in the coastal waters of China.A→←G transition in Nucleotide 255 is suggested to be taken as a kind of genetic marker to identify the populations distributed in East-South China Sea and the Nagasaki waters of Japan.     

箭叶淫羊藿及近缘种的分类研究

对箭叶淫羊藿Epimediumsagittatum及近缘种进行了分类研究。将箭叶淫羊藿光叶变种E sagittatumvar glabratum、宽序变种E sagittatumvar pyramidale,毡毛淫羊藿龙头虎变种E coactumvar longtouhum并入天平山淫羊藿E myrianthum;描述了2个新变种,即贵州淫羊藿E sagittatumvar guizhouense和剑河淫羊藿E myrianthumvar jianheense;确认毡毛淫羊藿E coactum为一独立种。     

以[NEt4]3[Fe(CN)6]和[Mn(Ⅲ)(SB)S1S2]ClO4为单元的分子磁体的合成和表征

以[NEt4]3[Fe(CN)6]和[Mn(Ⅲ)(SB)S1S2]ClO4(SB,席夫碱＝5-CH3salophen (双水杨醛缩邻苯二胺)和5-CH3salen (双水杨醛缩乙二胺),S1和S2为H2O或CH3OH)为单元,室温下组装得到了新的化合物,并进行了相应的表征.结合元素分析、红外光谱分析、紫外-可见光谱分析和热分析结果,可以看出,席夫碱配体的空间位阻不同,化合物的结构也有很大变化.     

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.     

重组人截短型IL-6在大肠杆菌DH5α中的高效表达与纯化

为研究重组人截短型白细胞介素6(rhIL-6)工程菌高效表达的影响因素及纯化方法的优化.观察不同培养温度对重组人截短型IL-6工程菌生长密度和IL-6表达的影响;复性蛋白终浓度对复性效率的影响;细菌诱导培养后,经破菌-洗包-溶包初步纯化后,再经柱层析纯化IL-6.其结果为30℃培养后42℃诱导培养5h的IL-6表达效率最高,达32.8%;复性蛋白终浓度在0.5 g/L以下时,蛋白复性效率最佳,比活性为4.42×108 μmol/min*mg-1;进一步柱层析后,IL-6的纯度达96.5%,得率可达46.5%.最后得出培养和纯化工艺简便易行,可获得高纯度、高比活性的截短型rhIL-6的结论.     

铜离子在4-甲氧基-2,6-二(3,5-二甲基吡唑)-1,3,5-三嗪吸附型修饰电极上的电化学行为

用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究了铜离子在4 甲氧基 2,6 二(3,5 二甲基吡唑) 1,3,5 三嗪(简称MBDT)吸附型修饰电极上的电化学行为.通过吸附在玻碳表面的配体与铜离子的配位作用,对Cu(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅰ)进行了电分析,结果表明,Cu(Ⅰ)在修饰电极上表现出比Cu(Ⅱ)高得多的灵敏度.
