聚2,3,5,6-四甲氧基对苯乙炔的合成新方法

报道了以1，2，4，5—四甲氧基苯和1，2—二溴乙烷为单体，经过A1C13催化的烷基化聚合反应和四氯苯醌脱氢反应，合成聚2，3，5，6—四甲氧基对苯乙炔(PTMPV)的方法；考察了催化剂用量、烷基化反应时间、溶剂等因素对聚2，3，5，6—四甲氧基对苯乙烯(PTMPE)收率及分子量的影响。实验研究结果表明四氯苯醌脱氢反应是PTMPE脱氢合成PTMPV的适宜方法。采用IR和^1H—NMR等分析方法对PTMPV的结构进行了表征，结果表明PTMPV具有链状π—共轭结构特征。     

5-氟脲嘧啶治疗异位妊娠的适应证和疗效观察

为观察5—Fu静脉给药治疗异位妊娠疗效及安全性，并探讨其应用适应证和监测指标。用5—Fu28～30mg／(kg．d^-1)静脉给药，注药后记录患者自觉症状，定时进行血β—HCG水平监测和“β”超检查直至正常，结果51例患者42例成功，提示在严密观察下本法可适用于过去认为不宜5—Fu治疗的异位妊娠者，血β—HCG水平及动态变化可作为重复用药和剖腹探查的指标。     

Atomistic simulation of rare earth-transition intermetallic compounds derived from CaCu5 type

The rare earth(R)-transition metal(M) compounds are important subjects of new functional materials. In this paper, first we review the transformation relations between R-M compounds (Rn-mM5n+2m) derived from CaCu5 type structure, and discuss their validity and limitations. Then we calculate the lattice parameters and crystal structures of five binary compounds, SmFe5, Sm2Fe17(H), Sm2Fe17(R), SmFe12(t), and Sm3Fe29 by energy minimization. With above results, we get the vector transformation matrix in reciprocal space in comparison with the traditional transformation matrix and analyze the reason for their similarity and difference. Finally, we discuss the stable effect of the third elements Cr, Ti to Sm3Fe29. The third elements also change the lattice parameters and the materials' X-rays diffraction pattern. The tradition matrix cannot reflect these differences.     

G蛋白偶联受体激酶5在大肠杆菌中的表达纯化

通过RT-PCR扩增得到了人G蛋白偶联受体激酶5(GProtein-coupledreceptorki-nase,GPK5)的基因,将其克隆到表达载体pET-28a中,并将该质粒转入大肠杆菌BL21(DE3),在10μmol/L异丙基硫代-β-D-半乳糖苷(IPIG)诱导培养下表达,通过分离纯化,得到部分纯化的GRK5蛋白。体外活性测定表明,纯化后的GPK5能够特异性地磷酸化视紫红质。动力学常数Km=4.3μmol/L,Vmax=25nmol/(mg·min),与文献报道的从真核表达系统中纯化得到的GRK5相近。

Identification and biological significance of 4-methyl-3Z,5-hexadienoic acid produced by males of the gall-forming tephritidsUrophora cardui (L.) andUrophora stylata (Fab.) (Diptera: Tephritidae)

Summary A new natural substance has been identified in the rectal ampullae of gall-forming fruit flies. The substance was found to be the only volatile compound in the rectal ampulla of maleUrophora cardui andUrophora stylata. GC-MS methods were used to characterize its structure as 4-methyl-3Z,5-hexadienoic acid. Physiological parameters such as the amount of the acid at different ages and under different conditions were investigated. The biological significance of the new volatile as an arresting pheromone was tested in several bioassays. The arrestant function could not be established, but the results gave hints of a territorial function between conspecific males. The results are discussed with respect to gland morphology and predictions of communication models among fruit flies.

Chemical defence in the larvae of the leaf beetleGonioctena viminalis L. (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)

Summary The leaf beetle larva ofGonioctena (Phytodecta) viminalis L. has been shown to produce five volatile constituents within its paired abdominal defensive gland reservoirs. It is the first time that these compounds have been reported to occur in coleopteran defensive glands (linalool, phenylethanol) and Chrysomelidae larvae (6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol, 2-hexenal). In addition to the gross morphology of theGonioctena gland and its discharge behavior, the natural products found are discussed in terms of chemotaxonomy.     

MPEG-2多节目的系统复用分析

本文主要研究了MPEG - 2多节目系统复用的问题。对多路节目的复用 ,在图像通信领域 ,可采用两种编码方式 :独立编码和联合编码。在独立编码中介绍了帧平移算法和基于宏块条的互相关算法 ;对于联合编码 ,本文介绍了一种利用超帧概念的基于率失真理论的联合码率控制策略 ,同时阐述TM 5码率控制原理。最后得出结论 ,独立编码中重建图像存在显著差异 ,联合码率控制可以改善此缺陷 ,可节省频带资源 ,但仍需要进一步研究。
