Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods were successfully grown on porous silicon(PS) substrates by chemical bath deposition at a low temperature.X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and photoluminescence(PL)analyses were carried out to investigate the effect of growth duration(2 h to 8 h) on the optical and structural properties of the aligned ZnO nanorods. Strong and sharp ZnO(0 0 2) peaks of the ZnO nanorods proved that the aligned ZnO nanorods were preferentially fabricated along the c-axis of the hexagonal wurtzite structure. FESEM images demonstrated that the Zn O nanorod arrays were well aligned along the c-axis and perpendicular to the PS substrates regardless of the growth duration. The TEM image showed that the top surfaces of the ZnO nanorods were round with a smooth curvature. PL spectra demonstrated that the ZnO nanorods grown for 5 h exhibited the sharpest and most intense PL peaks within the ultraviolet range among all samples.  相似文献

An ultrasensitive and selective sandwich-type fluorescent immunosensor based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) and Au nanorods (AuNRs) was developed for the rapid detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV). Modified CdSe/ZnS QDs and AuNRs were bioconjugated with primary antibodies M and GP5, respectively. When the target antigen was present, a well-known sandwich-type form CdSe/ZnS QDs-M antibody-antigen-GP5 antibody-AuNRs was produced, and thus reducing the distance between the QDs and NRs. As a result, FRET occurred and the fluorescence intensity of CdSe/ZnS QDs decreased, and this decrease was used to determine the antigen concentration. Ultrasensitive detection of PRRSV at low concentrations in swine serum was achieved with a limit of detection of 0.55 TCID50/mL and a linear detection range of 101–3.5 ?× ?104 TCID50/mL. Therefore, the fluorescent immunosensor is selective and highly sensitive; specifically, it can detect PRRSV at low concentrations in swine serum over a large concentration range. This proposed detection method can facilitate the development of high-performance fluorescent immunosensors for the detection of PRRSV and other antigens.  相似文献

坑头金矿属于典型的含金石英脉型,其成因及矿体产出严格受构造控制。从显微乃至超微的尺度介绍了矿区岩矿中出现较多的显微构造现象,并结合区域构造背景分析它们的成因及指示意义。研究发现坑头金矿岩矿中显微破裂、粒间滑移、晶质塑性变形、扩散物质迁移现象、微型褶皱与断层等显微构造现象均有发育。综合分析表明该矿床石英脉的形成分为多个期次,并经历了以脆—韧性变形为主的复杂构造运动。  相似文献

采用金纳米棒(AuNRs)/多壁碳纳米管-壳聚糖(MWCNTs-Chit)复合膜促进肌红蛋白在电极上的直接电子转移,并用于构建H2O2生物传感器.首先将金纳米棒固定到玻碳电极表面,然后把MWCNTs-Chit分散溶液和肌红蛋白(Mb)固载到玻碳电极上,得到MWCNTs-Chit/Mb/AuNRs复合膜电极.通过循环伏安法对膜电极进行表征,在pH=7.0磷酸缓冲溶液中,Mb表现出一对峰形良好且可逆的氧化还原峰,其中氧化峰和还原峰电位分别为-0.291 V、-0.235 V,式电位(Eθ’)为-0.263 V.与此同时还探讨了修饰电极的电催化活性,结果表明其对H2O2具有良好的电催化还原作用,可作为检测H2O2的生物传感器.传感器对H2O2的米氏常数为0.0494 mM,线性范围为5.0×10-5~5.0×10-3M(R=0.986 7,n=10),检测限为3.2×10-6M(信噪比为3).  相似文献

Recently, nanopores have been used in an essential technique for detecting single molecule with high sensitivity. The initial application of nanopores to DNA and RNA sequencing has been expanded to sensing pro- teins and nanoparticles, including Bovine serum albumin, silica nanoparticles, polystyrene beads, and others. In our study, for the first time, a positively charged gold nanorod was investigated using a solid-state nanopore device. Various gold nanorods passed through the nanopore with different current blockages and duration times, providing a measurement of the nanorod diameter, length, and charge. Our findings indicate that nanopore sensing might be a new method for characterizing the size, shape, and charge of nanoparticles.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to investigate the structural,thermal and wetting properties of self-assembled monolayer(SAM) of alkane thiol on gold surface.The specific heat capacity of the gold SAM surface was found to linearly increase with the temperature in the range 100–300 K.It was found to drop down at 400 K and this decrease might be attributed to the disorder of the SAM chains.Hydration of gold SAM surface for two different terminal groups,namely methyl(hydrophobic),and hydroxy(hydrophilic) was studied at room temperature.The difference in their wetting behavior and the structure of their interfacial water were examined from the estimation of the z density profile,radial distribution function,hydrogen bonds and orientation of water dipoles in the interfacial region.The present simulation results suggest that the wetting behavior of the gold SAM surface can be modified by altering the terminal functional group of the SAM chains.  相似文献

对贵州老万场红土型金矿石漠化区的苔藓植物分析研究。结果表明,(1)该金矿石漠化区有6科15属28种(含变种)苔藓植物,丛藓科和真藓属占优势;(2)区系地理成分含世界分布(17.86%)、泛热带分布(3.57%)、热带亚洲分布(14.29%)、北温带分布(25.00%)、东亚和北美洲间断分布(3.57%)、温带亚洲分布(3.57%)、东亚分布(14.29%)和中国特有分布(17.86%)8个分布类型;(3)生活型仅含矮丛集型(92.86%)和交织型(7.14%)2个类型。苔藓植物在老万场金矿石漠化区中是优势的先锋植被,将来有必要对苔藓在金矿石漠生态系统中的生态作用和功能进一步探索。  相似文献

通过微波水热法,以葡萄糖水溶液为原料,制备了单分散的溶胶碳球,用自组装方法把金胶纳米粒子修饰在碳球表面合成了金胶/碳球纳米复合材料。通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱及循环伏安等技术对最终产物的形貌、组成和光学性质进行了表征。由于所得到的金胶/碳球复合材料具有很好的化学稳定性与无毒性,同时金胶纳米粒子具有生物相容性,该复合材料可作为载体材料应用于生物分析。  相似文献

基于金纳米棒(AuNRs)的纵向表面等离子吸收峰(LPAW)的蓝移量(λL)、横向等离子吸收峰(TPAW)的红移量(λT)与维生素C(Vc)的浓度(CVc)的线性关系,以及溶液明显的颜色变化,建立了AuNRs非聚集比色传感测定Vc的新方法.其中,CVc在0.110-110μM范围内与λL呈线性关系,在85.0-425μM范围内与λT呈线性关系.该方法灵敏(检出限为0.021μM Vc,λL和172μM,λT)、线性范围宽,选择性好,可用于测定实际样品中Vc的含量,结果与聚集传感器相吻合.同时,探讨了非聚集比色传感测定Vc的机理.  相似文献
