全球气候变暖对我国西南地区气候及旅游业的影响

全球气候变化带来的影响是全方位的,正受到越来越广泛的关注．目前关于全球气候变化对旅游业影响的研究还很少．本文概述我国西南地区在全球气候变化背景下气候变化趋势的研究成果,总结气候变化将给西南地区自然资源和经济产生的影响,在此基础上阐述气候变化将对未来西南地区旅游业的影响,并为未来西南地区旅游业适应气候变化、健康发展提出建议．

本讨论了一类非线性泛函积分一微分方程,通过若干积分、微分不等式,建立了非线性积分一微分方程的整体吸引子,获得了判定非线性积分一微分方程吸引域的方法。

旋量场背景下宇宙弦引力场

考虑静质量为零的中微子背景,探讨了背景场对整体宇宙弦核外引力场的影响,采用通常的静态柱对称度规,运用共动Ｃａｒｔａｎ标架场方法求解弯曲时空中旋量场的Ｄｉｒａｃ方程进而求出旋量场的能动张量,将其能动张量与宇宙弦（核外）的能动张量叠加,求出了中微子场背景下整体宇宙弦为源的Ｅｉｎｓｔｅｉｎ方程的线性近似解,其度规为通常的结果加上旋量场的贡献,即在通常对数排斥势的基础上获得了一项附加的对数引力势的修正,对     

The diurnal variations, semiannual and winter anomalies of the ionospheric TEC based on GPS data in China

With the spherical harmonic (SH) function model and the dual frequency GPS P code phase data from the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China (CMONOC) during the period from year 2000 to 2002, time series of total electron content (TEC) in the area of China is calculated. The diurnal variations, semiannual, and winter anomalies of the ionosphere in the area of China are analyzed and discussed, especially according to the results of year 2001.     

矢量正交算法在卫星完好性检测中的应用

基于最小二乘的接收机自主完好性检测(RAIM)在卫星数增多时对于单颗卫星不变的故障性能出现下降。文章首先对该问题进行了分析,然后应用矢量正交算法提出了一种新的故障敏感矢量算法,该算法避免RAIM在卫星数增多时故障检测量中故障信息恒定时故障检测性能出现下降的问题,而是性能有所增强,而且该算法同时完成故障的定位。     

CONVEXIFICATION AND CONCAVIFICATION METHODS FOR SOME GLOBAL OPTIMIZATION PROBLEMS

In this paper, firstly, we propose several convexification and concavification transformations to convert a strictly monotone function into a convex or concave function, then we propose several convexification and concavification transformations to convert a non-convex and non-concave objective function into a convex or concave function in the programming problems with convex or concave constraint functions, and propose several convexification and concavification transformations to convert a non-monotone objective function into a convex or concave function in some programming problems with strictly monotone constraint functions. Finally, we prove that the original programming problem can be converted into an equivalent concave minimization problem, or reverse convex programming problem or canonical D.C. programming problem. Then the global optimal solution of the original problem can be obtained by solving the converted concave minimization problem, or reverse convex programming problem or canonical D.C     

A NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT CONDITION FOR A POINT TO BE A GLOBAL MAXIMIZER OF A CONSTRAINED OPTIMIZATION

It is difficult to judge whether a given point is a global maximizer of an unconstrained optimization problem. This paper deals with this problem by considering global information via integral and gives a necessary and sufficient condition judging whether a given point is a global maximizer of an unconstrained optimization problem. An algorithm is offered under such a condition and finally two test problems are verified via the offered algorithm.
