高校大学生网络使用风险识别模糊综合评价及控制

近年来,随着网络技术的不断发展,网络生活已经成为大学生生活不可缺少的一部分。然而,越来越受大学生欢迎的网络技术却受到人们的质疑,日益发达的网络给大学生带来许多不同的风险问题。通过研究调查发现目前大学生使用网络时,主要存在三个风险问题即网络成瘾[1]、网络受骗、网络道德失范[2]。针对众多的风险问题,本文采用风险率、风险度、可恢复性、重现率、脆弱性这5个风险指标模糊综合评价出目前大学生使用网络时面临的主要风险问题风险值。基于本文对三个风险问题的模糊综合评价结果,本文讨论了风险问题出现的原因以及社会、学校应如何为当代大学生正常使用网络提供有利条件。

随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,体育教学也从经验教学时代走向科学时代;在体育教学中,运用现代教育技术辅助学生,使其进行科学地学习、训练已成为现代体育的标志,现代教育技术包括电视、录像、电教媒体、多媒体计算机及微格教学.     

A multiyear lags input-holding-output model on education with excluding idle capital

This paper develops a multi-year lag Input-Holding-Output (I-H-O) Model on education with exclusion of the idle capital to address the reasonable education structure in support of a sustainable development strategy in China. First, the model considers the multiyear lag of human capital because the lag time of human capital is even longer and more important than that of fixed capital. Second, it considers the idle capital resulting from the output decline in education, for example, student decrease in primary school. The new generalized Leonitief dynamic inverse is deduced to obtain a positive solution on education when output declines as well as expands. After compiling the 2000 I-H-O table on education, the authors adopt modifications-by-step method to treat nonlinear coefficients, and calculate education scale, the requirement of human capital, and education expenditure from 2005 to 2020. It is found that structural imbalance of human capital is a serious problem for Chinese economic development. 中美高等教育教学管理的比较及启示

中美两国高等教育经历了由简单到复杂、由单一到多样的发展过程，高等教育的功能也在发展过程中因为办学理念的调整和社会发展的需要而有所扩展和侧重，但教学始终是中关两国高等学校的核心学术活动。高校内部组织机构也都是围绕着人才培养和根据教学的需求出发组织构建起来的。高等教育的教学管理在中关两国的高等学校中都具有举足轻重的地位。本文通过比较中关高等教育的教学管理，以期从美国高等教育的教学管理中得到启示，借鉴其先进成功经验。

Learning Pet -- Intelligent Agents for WBE

An intelligent agent is any program that can be considered by the user to be acting as an assistant or helper, rather than as a tool in the manner of a conventional direct-manipulation interface. An agent should as well display some, but perhaps not all, of the characteristics that are associated with human intelligence: learning, inference, adaptability,independence, creativity, etc.. In order to make webbased education (WBE) more vividly and instructionally with learner's independence at the same time, the intelligent agent can act as a learning pet, which is affiliated with learner's score or grades and will grow up with learner's achievement. And during the course of study, the learning pet can provides any information required by the learner, gives hints if necessary when the learner doing his/her assignment, offers instructional guide for further study etc..
