The Theory of Adaptation of the Nervous System

The explanation and simulation of the natural and artificial intelligence are the central goals of the studies of Neuroscience, Psychology, Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science. This paper first gives an introduction to the core topics and approaches in the study. Then, GAF--a general adaptive framework for neural system is proposed. Interdisciplinary discussions around the adaptation of the human nervous system are presented. Rules describing the theory of adaptation of the nervous system are provided.

基于公网通信和计算机的水库降雨量遥测系统

文中提出了一个水库降雨量水位数据遥测系统设计方案.该系统由以AT89S52单片机为核心设计的降雨量、水位数据采集终端和监测中心PC机组成,通过互联网和GPRS实现终端和PC机间的数据通信.试验结果表明系统的抗干扰能力强、工作稳定、采集的数据准确、实时性好、数据采集点便于扩展、监测中心选址灵活等特点;另外,还具有实时数据...     

重症监护病房环境参数无线监测系统的设计

以重症监护病房中环境参数(温度、湿度、压力)的实时测量为背景,设计了一种利用GPRS技术结合MSP430单片机的无线监测系统,详细介绍了系统的功能以及组态王与现场数据采集仪之间通信协议的设置方法,最后通过数据比对试验,证明了相关参数在传输、解码及存储过程中的准确性。从长期运行来看,系统功能完善、状态良好、具有一定的应用推广价值。     

赣江上游流域未来气温与降水的降尺度分析

大气环流模型预测气候变化情景,须经降尺度处理后才能满足气候变化对水资源水环境等影响进行评估的需要.本文为研究气候变化影响下的赣江上游流域未来气温与降水的变化情景,先利用SDSM建立大尺度气候要素和地面气温变量间的统计转换关系,确定模型应用的预报因子变量,然后用独立的观测资料验证模型的可靠性,最后把建立好的统计关系应用于英国Hadley中心海气耦合模式(HadCM3,SERSA2,B2)的输出,分别生成了赣江上游流域7个气象站点未来3个时段2020s,2050s和2080s的气温和降水变化情景.结果表明,赣江上游流域未来3个时段的未来日最高气温和日最低气温有明显的增加趋势,降水有微弱的增加趋势.研究结果为该流域水资源的综合管理及防洪减灾提供了决策支持.     

Careful with those scissors,Eugene! Against the observational indistinguishability of spacetimes

We discuss Manchak (2009a)'s result that there are locally (but not globally) isometric universes observationally indistinguishable from our own. This theorem makes the epistemic predicament of modern cosmology particularly problematic and the prospects of ever gaining knowledge of the global structure of the universe rather unlikely in the context of general relativity. We argue however that this conclusion is too quick; indeed, Manchak's theorem deploys spacetimes which are not physically reasonable, since they have features which are not the product of any physical process. This ultimately rests on the fact that local isometry between two spacetimes is not sufficient to guarantee that they are both physically reasonable. We propose an additional condition to properly define when a spacetime is physically reasonable, and we show that Manchak's spacetimes do not satisfy this further demand.
