绵羊特异新基因OaN2片段的克隆及融合表达

为制备绵羊MHC区段1个新基因(OaN2)的特异性抗体及其表达模式和功能研究奠定基础,克隆OaN2的1个特殊片段(OaN2F,Genbank登录号:GQ244478)并做融合表达。以反转录得到的中国美利奴细毛羊的第一链cDNA为模板进行PCR扩增,并利用扩增产物构建重组质粒,转化感受态大肠杆菌DH5α后诱导表达得到OaN2F和GST(谷胱甘肽S转移酶)的融合蛋白GST-OaN2F,将其纯化后鉴定。结果表明,成功克隆到了OaN2F(111bp)片段,并得到了纯化的30kD的GST-OaN2F融合蛋白。     

半B-(E,F)-凸约束单目标规划的最优性条件

广义凸性和凸性在数学规划最优化理论以及最优化控制等很多数学领域中具有十分重要的作用,但凸性的局限性也是很显然的。可以说对于凸性和广义凸性的研究是数学规划的主要方向。基于B-凸性和半(E,F)-凸性,提出了一类新的广义凸性:半B-(E,F)-凸性,给出了半B-(E,F)-凸函数的概念,利用半B-(E,F)-凸函数的有关性质讨论了半B-(E,F)-凸函数单目标规划的最优性条件。

Establishment of widely expressed<Emphasis Type="Italic">hb1f</Emphasis> transgenic mouse lineage and its morphologic analysis

Human nuclear receptor hB1F is a novel member of the fushi tarazu factor Ⅰ subfamily of nuclear receptor superfamily. The studies about its homologous genes indicate that hB1F may play a key role in regulating the metabolic homeostasis of cholesterol. After obtaining the founder mice carrying the trausgeue of hblf by microiujectiou, each founder was mated to normal C57 mouse and the positive F1 by PCR identification of the same founder were iutercrossed within sisters and brothers to establish the trausgeuic mouse lineage. The results of F1, F2 and offspring of test cross identification showed that the widely expressed hb1f trausgeuic mouse lineage was established successfully in this study. The tissue morphology of the trausgeuic lineage was also analyzed preliminarily.     

An ontology-based representation architecture of unstructured information

Integrating with the respective advantages of XML Schema and Ontology, this paper puts forward a semantic information processing architecture-OBSA to solve the problem of heterogeneity of information sources and uncertainty of semantic. It introduces an F-I.ogic based semantic information presentation mechanism, presents a design of an ontology-based semantic representation language and a mapping algorithm converting Ontology to XML DTD/Sebema. and an adapter framework for accessing distributed and heterogeneous information.
