从高校仪器设备计划采购管理的模式出发,通过分析其功能需求,提出了基于Web技术的仪器设备计划采购管理系统的设计方法、总体结构以及基本功能的实现方法。     

1, 3-dioxolane pretreatment to improve the interracial characteristics of a lithium anode

1,3-dioxolane （DOL） was originally used to pretreat a lithium metal electrode to improve its interracial characteristics. Electrochemical impedance spectra （EIS） measurements revealed that, after the DOL pretreatment, the lithium electrode had better interfacial stability during immersion in electrolyte and as repeated charge/discharge cycles. It was proved by SEM that the pretreated one has smoother morphology and less dendrite after repeated charge/discharge cycles. Consequentially, benefiting from the better interface characteristics of the lithium electrode.     

三维离散导数Green函数的W2,1半范估计

对于一般的三维二阶椭圆边值问题，利用权函数思想研究了离散导数Green函数的估计，证明了这种函数的W^2,1半范具有D(h^-1)的精度．通过这个结果与第二型弱估计，也可以得到有限元梯度的最大模超逼近。     

Serum-induced stimulation of snRNA synthesis in mouse 3T3 fibroblasts

Summary Small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) from quiescent and serum-stimulated 3T3 cultures, labeled with [³H]uridine ([³H]U), were electrophoresed in polyacrylamide-urea slab gels and revealed by staining with ethidium bromide and by fluorography, Judged by labeling with [³H]U, synthesis of 7S and U1-U6 RNAs was very low or absent in quiescent cultures. The serum-induced transition of 3T3 cells from a resting to a growing state was accompanied by an early, apparently sequential stimulation of snRNA synthesis; stimulated synthesis of 7S, U1, U2, U3, U4 and U6 RNAs coincided in time with serum-induced stimulation of 45S pre-ribosomal RNA (pre-rRNA) and heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA) synthesis.

Chromosomal localization of a quail homeobox gene: Quox-1

Quox-1 is an Antp-like homeobox gene of quail embryo whose expression occurs throughout the developing central nervous system. 基于核酸适配体的荧光分析法定量检测MUC1粘蛋白

MUC1粘蛋白是一种高糖化、高分子量的糖蛋白,其在乳腺癌细胞中高度异常表达,其特异性高于组织多肽抗原,敏感性高于癌胚抗原,因此MUC1在乳腺癌诊断中具有很高的临床应用价值,而建立高灵敏的MUC1蛋白定量检测方法对临床诊断具有重要的意义.该研究建立了基于核酸适配体-滚环扩增（RCA）和氧化石墨烯-荧光共振能量转移（GO-FRET）技术的MUC1黏蛋白定量检测技术,实现了MUC1粘蛋白准确、灵敏的定量检测.结果表明,该方法定量检测线性范围为50~1 000 pg/mL,检测限为28.05 pg/mL,定量限为45.57 pg/mL,在人血样品中的回收率为96%~104%.     

2-维Ginzburg-Landau方程H~1-Galerkin有限元方法的高精度分析

采用非协调单元EQ~(rot)_1及零阶Raviart-Thomas元(EQ~(rot)_1+Q_(10)×Q_(01)),对2-维Ginzburg-Landau方程讨论了一种H~1-Galerkin混合有限元方法.在半离散和线性化Euler全离散格式下,分别有技巧地导出了原始变量u在H~1模意义下及流量■在H(div;Ω)模意义下的超逼近性质.最后,给出两个数值算例验证了理论结果.     

一类状态反馈脉冲控制下的营养-产毒浮游植物动力学模型分析

基于生态调水可以改善水环境的实践背景,构建了一类状态反馈脉冲控制下的营养-产毒浮游植物的数学模型.首先研究了无控制系统的有界性、边界平衡点与正平衡点的存在性和稳定性,指出系统可存在一个、两个、三个正平衡点,并证明了鞍结点的存在性.然后利用半连续动力系统理论的后继函数、Bendixson环域定理与压缩映射定理,讨论了系统阶1周期解存在性、唯一性和稳定性.最后,给出数值模拟验证了阶1周期解的存在性.
