Effect of Al on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-extruded Mg–1Mn alloy sheet

The effect of Al addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot extruded Mg–1 Mn alloy sheet was investigated. The results revealed that the dynamic recrystallization was promoted by increasing Al content. The ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increased with the increase of Al content. The Mg–9 Al–1 Mn alloy exhibited the highest strength, with tensile strength of 308 MPa, 307 MPa, 319 MPa, yield strength of 199 MPa, 207 MPa, 220 MPa and the elongation of 20.9%, 20.1%, 19.2% in 0°, 45°, 90°, respectively.The high strength was mainly attributed to the formation of fine dynamically recrystallized grains and large amounts of the second phase. The strengthening mechanism of the alloys was explained.     

一类矢量地图的无损压缩算法

充分考虑平面矢量地图文件的存储特性,对点,线,面类图层文件采用不同的几何压缩算法,有机结合“无附加码书”字典编码方法,可逆并显著地压缩了矢量地图,并得到了更有利于提高后续BWTBlock-Sorting文本压缩算法效果的预处理结果,从而实现了平面矢量地图的有效的无损压缩。采用实际的地图数据,经实验分析表明:本算法具有较高的压缩性能,较好的压缩和解压效率和简单实用性。     

高性能铍青铜材料用于压铸冲头的技术原理研究

本文根据冷室式压铸机整体压射室的特殊工况L,突出铍青铜材料的特殊性能,并对其成分和生产工艺等技术原理进行专项研究。通过专门研究其配方和工艺所生产的铍青铜压铸冲头其性能为：抗拉强度：70k/mm^2-80kg／mm^2、维氏硬度Hv（30kg）：21kg／mm^2-24kg／mm^2、导电率≥50％、高温软化温度ST：550℃、延伸率8≥12％（Be：〉0．5％）。其使用效果达到进口同类产品水平。     

Electric transmission behavior of self-assembled Cu–W nano multilayers

Metallic nano multilayers were usually prepared by dual targets alternating deposition method. In this paper, a series of self-assembled Cu–W nano multilayers with different modulation periods were deposited on single crystal silicon substrate by dual targets confocal magnetron sputtering technique. 基于小波变换的图象压缩

要在模拟和移动通讯中传输数字图象，首先必须对图象实行高比率的压缩，本文对讨论小波变换的特征机理，建立了以小波变换为基础图象压缩软件模拟系统，并同标准ＪＰＥＧ的图象压缩方法做了对比实验，结果证明：在高压缩比时，基于小波变换压缩的重建图象ＰＳＤＮ和重建图象质量都明显地成于传统的ＤＣＴ压缩方法。     

重组白细胞介素-13及其受体对小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞增殖及表型转化的影响

将常规培养的NIH3T3细胞分为实验组和对照组,实验组加入80μg/L IL-13,作用24h后进行以下实验:使用RT-PCR技术检测NIH3T3细胞中IL-13Rα1、IL-13Rα2及α-SMA基因的表达;使用MTT法检测NIH3T3细胞的增殖率.研究结果表明:实验组NIH3T3细胞,胞体呈梭型,突起生长迅速,相互交织成网状,与对照组相比形态发生了明显的改变;MTT法测定显示,实验组NIH3T3细胞的增殖率与对照组相比显著增加,差异显著(P0.01);RT-PCR检测IL-13Rα2及α-SMA基因的表达量均显著增加,而IL-13Rα1表达量变化不大.本研究表明IL-13Rα2在成纤维细胞上的表达与其增殖和转型具有直接的相关性,IL-13可直接作用于成纤维细胞并可能以IL-13Rα2为起点发挥致肺纤维化作用.
