建设项目动态联盟风险识别及预警

建设项目动态联盟的成败在很大程度上取决于决策者对于联盟面临风险的识别和预警.本文针对建设项目动态联盟面临的风险进行了风险识别设计,首先依据风险的来源划分了项目动态联盟可能面临的风险的种类,其次明确了动态联盟风险识别程序;在此基础上,构建了包含六元素(目标、文化、方法、组织、信息、过程)的建设项目动态联盟风险预警模式,六个元素构成了风险预警的有机整体,运用管理熵理论对动态联盟风险预警度量进行了量化处理,以熵权从内外两个来源确定动态联盟的风险度量,并以传递熵概念来明确预警信号指标的准确性,给出了一个较为完整和准确的量化预警模型,以期利于建设项目动态联盟决策者的风险防范应对策略制定.     

δ13Ccarb and Ceanom excursions in the post-glacial Neoproterozoic and Early Cambrian interval in Guizhou,South China

Secular δ 13Ccarb and Ceanom profiles in the post-glacial Neoproterozoic and Early Cambrian interval are reported from Guizhou on the southeasten border of the Yangtze platform, South China. Overall, the δ 13Ccarb profile drifts to negative values in the post-glacial Nantuo and lower to middle Doushantuo Formations, and then to positive values in the upper Doushantuo and Dengying Formations of Neoproterozoic, followed by negative values in the Lower Cambrian Gezhongwu and Niutitang Formations. A detailed investigation of the relationship between the δ 13Ccarb and Ceanom profiles reveals that the main anoxic and oxic episodes are coupled with negative and positive δ 13Ccarb values, respectively. This may suggest a control of alternation between ocean stratification and mixing on variations in 13C abundance in the ancient ocean of the investigated areas.     

杂交早稻米质性状遗传的初步研究

测定武昌夏季和广西秋季栽培的杂交早稻新组成威伐242F1、F2，汕优242F、F2，威20B，珍汕97B和湖大242的糙米率、精率、米粒长、米粒宽、粒形（长／宽）、垩白等级和碱消值。分析以上性状的F2变异，估算垩白等级和碱消值的广义遗传力分别为52．26％和80．40％。同时研究了异地不同季别栽培条件对米质性状的影响。     

辽西金羊盆地北票组烃源岩分布及有机质丰度

为了更好地评价金羊盆地石油地质条件，采取综合分析的方法，通过资料收集、野外实测剖面以及具有代表性岩样的采集和分析。得出如下结论。金羊盆地北票组分布广泛，是盆地主要烃源岩，为盆地油气生成提供了物质基础；北票组烃源岩属差—中等烃源岩，其有机质丰度虽然不高，但具有一定的生烃能力：金羊盆地发育的凹陷中，章吉营于—巴图营子凹陷面积最大，北票组沉积厚度大，保存条件相对较好，是找油气的最有利地带。     

The “dynamics” of Leibnizian relationism: Reference frames and force in Leibniz's plenum

This paper explores various metaphysical aspects of Leibniz's concepts of space, motion, and matter, with the intention of demonstrating how the distinctive role of force in Leibnizian physics can be used to develop a theory of relational motion using privileged reference frames. Although numerous problems will remain for a consistent Leibnizian relationist account, the version developed within our investigation will advance the work of previous commentators by more accurately reflecting the specific details of Leibniz's own natural philosophy, especially his handling of the dynamical interactions of plenum bodies.     

Tingia unita sp. nov. （Noeggerathiales） with strobilus from the Lower Permian of Wuda, Inner Mongolia, China

A number of specimens recently collected from the Early Permian Shanxi Formation of Wuda, Inner Mongolia demonstrate that the leafy shoot and strobilus of Tingia unita sp. nov. are both sprouting from a common stem, and consequently improve our understanding of the whole plant mor- phology of this enigmatic taxon of the Cathaysian flora. The strobili are cylinder-like, 1.7-2.5 cm in diameter and over 20 cm in length, with a basal stalk 7―8 mm in width and about 7 cm long. Sporophylls are verticillate, with approximately 8-10 in a whorl. On the adaxial side of each sporophyll a sporangium is attached. The strobilus is heterosporous and the microspores are of the Punctatisporites type. Large leaves vary from linear to oblong with entire lateral margins but are slightly lobed at the apex. Small leaves are generally the same as the large leaves but much narrower. The whole plant is probably a small arborescent tree with leafy shoots and strobili forming a crown, rather than a water plant with larger leaves floating on the surface of the water as previously understood. Features of the new species are in favor of the close affinity between Tingia Halle and Noeg- gerathiales, and accordingly the affinity of Noeg- gerathiales to Progymnospermophyta.

根据贵阳乌当地区高院断层两侧早奥陶世地层的沉积相分析，首次提出了高院断层的最初形成时代为早奥陶世时期在后期的构造运动中该古断裂发生了两次显示的复活。     

西汉前期抑商政策原因新探

从西汉前期几位主要思想家的抑商主张可以看出,当时西汉政府采取抑商政策的实质并不是要完全地抑制商业,而是对一些僭越礼制、进行政治投机或与一些不老实的诸侯勾结、或进行行贿危害官僚系统纯洁性、或与中央争夺经济优势特权的一些不仁、不义、不安分的私商大贾进行严厉的压制。可以说,西汉前期政府采取抑商政策的根本目的在于巩固中央集权的统治。     

下肢运动方式对COPD有创机械通气患者肌力的影响

为了比较运动方式对COPD有创机械通气患者肌力的影响，对入住ICU的112例COPD有创机械通气患者进行分组对照实验.按预设的早期运动方案，两组患者下肢运动方式不一样，干预组采用床上脚踏车进行下肢运动，对照组采用手动下肢运动.结果表明，脱离ICU监护时下肢主、客观肌力指标、ICU活动水平和Barthel指数评分以及出院时Barthel指数评分，两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)， 脱离ICU监护时上肢主、客观肌力指标和出院6个月Barthel指数，两组患者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，说明COPD有创机械通气患者实施床上脚踏车运动安全可行，且可以改善下肢肌力和运动水平，促进日常生活功能的恢复.

本文对刘秉忠及其词进行探索,认为刘秉忠想出人头地,但未必是想以为蒙古统治者服务达到出人头地的目的,他为蒙古统治者服务有出于不得已的一面。刘秉忠为蒙古统治者服务与那些投降蒙古统治者的南宋官员不同,他祖籍为汉族人,他出生地为蒙古统治者占领地。刘秉忠随忽必烈征战云南、鄂州等地,保护了南宋许多臣民。刘秉忠向蒙古统治者建言,保存了汉族儒家的许多文化传统。刘秉忠的词内容丰富,他被《元名儒草堂诗余》编辑者作为此书的第一人,这似乎反映此书编辑者以蒙古高官和颂扬蒙古王朝的词掩盖追悼宋王朝的主旨。
