PEN固相缩聚结晶动力学的研究

研究了结晶反应过程,根据密度法测定的结果,得到PEN切片结晶Avrami指数值为2.32,反应的最佳温度为70℃,并得到结晶动力学方程。     

Structural analysis of the promoter of tomato 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase 6 gene(Le-ACS6)

Ethylene plays an important role in the regulation of many growth and developmental processes of higher plants. In tomato,Le-ACS6,a member of the ACC synthase multigene family involved in system 1 ethylene biosynthesis during fruit ripening,is subject to negative feedback regulation by ethylene. To identify the cis-elements that are responsible for the negative feedback control,we established an in vitro transient assay system employing particle bombardment on mature-green tomato fruit pericarp to examine the expression of a luciferase(LUC) reporter gene driven by a 5′-serially deleted Le-ACS6 promoter. The results localized putative cis-elements required for negative ethylene-response between -347 and -266 upstream from the translational start site ATG. Several lines of stable transformation of the Le-ACS6 promoter and GUS reporter fusion gene containing internal deletion from -347 to -266 were generated. The expression pattern of the GUS reporter showed that removal of the nucleotides from -347 to -266 completely eliminated the response of the Le-ACS6 promoter to exogenous ethylene.     

热处理工艺对Mg-RE-Zn-Zr系合金显微组织及力学性能的影响

通过气体保护制备了Mg-RE-Zn-Zr[RE-Ce-40La（wt％）的富铈稀土]合金,并对合金进行了热处理,测试了不同状态下合金的硬度、抗拉强度及伸长率等力学性能,采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪及扫描电镜对合金显微组织、拉伸断口进行了分析。结果发现,采用T6热处理工艺后,合金的晶粒尺寸明显细化,硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率显著提高,分别提高了11％,24％,7．3％和102％。     

嵌入式IPv4/IPv6校园网机房远程监控系统设计与实现

为提高校园网络设备/机房的管理水平,开发基于以太网和嵌入式的IPv4/IPv6双栈远程监控和主动测量系统,对设备间供电与UPS电源、机房温湿度、设备温度、安全防盗情况、网络性能进行远程监控, 对影响网络性能的主要方面--延迟、抖动、丢报率进行测量. 介绍了该系统的组成与设计等. 实现了利用低戊醇嵌入式设备通过IPv4/IPv6网络对设备间环境状态和网络性能的智能监测,给校园网管理带来较大的方便.

IPv6为适应未来网络基础设施的数量和质量的需求设计,是新一代移动互联网的核心技术.在分析了IPv6在移动通信方面的技术优势的同时,详细讨论了IPv6给中国互联网带来的商业机遇.     

特低渗储层应力敏感性及对油井产量的影响

对长6某特低渗储层进行了系统的应力敏感性实验研究.研究表明:该特低渗储层岩石的应力敏感程度在26%~80%的范围,岩石的渗透率越低,应力敏感性越强;原始条件下地下渗透率明显小于地面渗透率,它们之间有较好的线性关系;储层岩石应力敏感伤害后,储层岩石的渗透率不能立即恢复,最终渗透率恢复率在68.6%~100.0%,岩石渗透率越高,渗透率恢复值越大;当岩石的渗透率小于0.5×10-3μm2时,储层岩石的应力敏感性明显增强.模型预测表明,当地层压力降低5MPa时,该储层岩石的应力敏感性对油井产量的影响在8.6%~35.7%,渗透率越低下降幅度越大.     

关于N(2,2,0)代数的稳定化子

进一步研究N(2,2,0)代数的稳定化子,利用稳定化子给出N(2,2,0)代数的一类同余分解,获得自然同态下一类逆像的代数结构和性质.     

胰岛素抵抗及高血糖对GFAT活性的影响

分别观察了胰岛素抵抗和高血糖水平对己糖胺途径限速酶GFAT活性的影响.在alloxan高血糖小鼠模型中,与正常对照组比较,血清果糖胺水平升高了15.9%,肾组织GFAT活性升高了32.8%;经胰岛素治疗后,血清果糖胺水平降低了9.7%,其肾组织GFAT活性也降低了l9.4%.在高糖高脂饲料诱导的胰岛素抵抗的IR小鼠中,与同批正常对照组比较,正糖钳实验中稳态时葡萄糖输注率G IR值降低了69.3%,胰岛素耐量实验中的AUC值升高了38.1%,其肾脏组织GFAT活性也增加了26.6%.在胰岛素诱导的具有胰岛素抵抗的IR-H IR c细胞模型中,与正常H IR c细胞比较,其10、25 nmol/L胰岛素诱导的葡萄糖摄取能力分别降低了25.3%、21.1%,而GFAT活性分别增加了29.7%、46.5%.可见,GFAT活性与一段时间的平均血糖水平和胰岛素抵抗状态密切正相关.     

A mobile accessible closed multi-part group communication scheme in IPv6 network

To solve the problems of current IP multicast which includes poor inter-domain many-to-many group support, security vulnerabilities and dependency to specific multicast infrastructure, a mobile accessible closed multi-part group （MACMPG） communication protocol in IPv6 network is proposed. By extending the single source multicast protocol, the communication channel for multi-part group communication across domains is established. Based on lPv6 CGA, the secure closed group communication scheme is designed. The access to the multicast traffic only confined to the authorized senders and receivers and only trusted routers are allowed to be the branch points of MACMPG tree. By tunneling mechanism, the MACMPG traffic can be transmitted across non-MACMPG routing area, and the mobile nodes can join the group remotely and roam freely between domains, which eliminates the dependency on specific IP multicast routing.     

CsLiB6O10晶体光参量振荡器的线宽分析

采用355nm脉冲激光作为泵浦源,对影响CsLiB_6O_(10)晶体光参量振荡器的信号光线宽的各种物理机制进行了数值模拟计算和分析.结果表明,泵浦光的发散角和偏轴方向对信号光线宽的影响较大。
