(n+1)维Klein-Gordon-Schr(o)dinger 方程组新的孤立波解

通过一种新的变换将(n+1)维Klein-Gordon-Schr(o)dinger方程组化为非线性常微分方程组,利用齐次平衡方法求出常微分方程组的有理函数解,得到(n+1)维Klein-Gordon-Schr(o)dinger方程组新的孤立波解.     

1-(3,5-二氯 4-异噻唑甲酰基)3-芳基脲及1-(3,5-二甲硫基 4-异噻唑甲酰基)3-芳基脲的合成

结构新颖的含异噻唑杂环脲类化合物被合成，其结构经元素分析，^1H NMR和IR所证实，异噻唑甲酰胺与芳基异氰酸酯的反应速率受芳基异氰酸酯的取代基影响，吸电子基使反应速度加快表明反应为亲核加成。     

拓扑指数mN与无机氢化物pKa1的关系

受Randic分子连接性拓扑指数的启发,构建了电负性拓扑指数mN。用其0,1阶指数0N和1N,与P区无机氢化物的pKa1值关联,拟合成2个回归方程,其相关系数与相关指数分别为0.9954和0.9954。结构选择性达到惟一性表征。预测取得了较好的结果。     

HPLC法测定2-对氯苯基-4-苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂-α-(丁二酰亚胺基)-β-内酰胺

建立了测定2-对氯苯基-4-苯基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂(艹卓)-α-(丁二酰亚胺基)-β-内酰胺的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析法.结果表明该法重现性好,灵敏度高,快速,准确,平均回收率为96.9％～103％.     

数值相对论简介(Ⅰ)--爱因斯坦方程

对数值相对论中涉及的一些典型的算法进行了简单的介绍.在广义相对论中,引力场是由一组极其复杂的、相互耦合的、非线性的双曲或椭圆偏微分方程决定的.由于大规模并行计算机的运行速度和存储容量的飞速发展,在爱因斯坦场方程写出80多年以后终于有可能对在天体物理中十分令人关注的现象如黑洞或中子星的碰撞问题等,进行广义相对论性的三维模拟,进而诞生了数值相对论.     

快速原型制造中的数控加工容许速度

对快速原型制造中的数控加工容许速度进行了研究,运用泛灰色不确定性系统理论,建立了加工容许速度与加工半径的不确定性系统优化模型USMO-1,给出了精度检验方法.编制了MATLAB程序,给出了处理实例,并与各种模型进行了比较.该模型不仅适合于等间距建模,也适合于非等间距建模,具有精度高、使用简便等特点,值得在快速原型制造中推广使用.     

猪苓母种培养基筛选研究

对猪苓[Grifola umbellata(Pets．ex Fr．)Pilat]进行了母种培养基筛选试验，结果表明，猪苓母种生长的最适培养基为：马铃薯100g，蔗糖10g，磷酸二氢钾1g，硫酸镁0．25g，维生素B15mg，琼脂9g．     

N-terminal of L protein of vesicular stomatitis virus contains a new signal sequence

The L protein (241kD) of vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) is the most important snbnnit of the replication complex. The existence of specific localization signal in the L protein was investigated by making recombinant constructs expressing truncated mutants of the L protein fused to green fluorescent protein (GFP) in transient transfection assays. The chimeric genes encoding varied N-terminal of L and GFP gene were put under the control of T7 promoter or CMV promoter. The fusion proteins were transiently expressed in BHK-21, COS-7, CHO or Hep G2 cells. When more than 120 residues were deleted or only 96 residues were kept on the N-terminal, the fusion proteins were shown to be distributed throughout the cells, cytoplasm and nucleus under the confocal microscope. However, other chimeric proteins with 120 or more amino acids were dotted and distributed in the perinuclear regions. And the fusion protein with 96—120 aa has the similar distribution. A thirteen-residue peptide QGYSFLHEVDKEA (108—120) was identified as localization signal, whose function would be absolutely distributed with the deficiency of D or V. Our results show that there is an independent localizing signal in N-terminal domain of L protein of VSV and this functional signal is conserved in different cell lines.     

Abnormal piezoresponse behavior of Pb（Mg1／3Nb2／3）O3-30% PbTiO3 single crystal studied by high vacuum scanning force microscopy

The piezoresponse behavior dependence of the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTi03 single crystal on the vacuum degree has been investigated by scanning force microscopy in the piezoresponse mode under high vacuum. Unusual piezoresponse behavior related to the screening charges compensation mechanism is observed on the (111) crystal face. The significant piezoresponse degradation behavior with low piezoresponse signal under high vacuum is attributed to the instability of the polarization state due to the insufficient compensation of the intrinsic screening charges for the polarization charges in PMN-30%PT single crystal. In contrast, the remarkable domain contrast of the sample at ambient pressure is owing to the dominant surface screening charges deriving from surface adsorption, which plays an important role in determining the stability of the domain behavior and in achieving the optimal properties.

在微波辐射条件下,由1 芳氧乙酰基 4 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰基]氨基硫脲(1a～1i)在醋酸汞存在下,快速环合合成了一系列5 芳氧亚甲基 2 [5′ (4″ 氯代苯基) 2′ 呋喃甲酰胺基] 1,3,4 二唑(2a～2i).
