浅谈学生体育兴趣的培养

体育兴趣对学生认识和参加体育锻炼，对学生的学习、成长乃至一生的发展都具有重要意义。体育教学中应通过思想开导、创设情景、运用新颖多样的教学方法、利用运动竞争激励机制、创造良好的教师形象、重视因材施教等方式和措施，激发、培育、调动、提高、巩固学生的体育兴趣。培养学生的体育兴趣应面向全体，尊重个性。     

杜氏藻与大肠杆菌融合初探

杜氏藻(Dunaliella peircei Nicolai)系真核单胞绿藻,无纤维素细胞壁,细胞膜外由糖蛋白类物质组成柔软的包被,E.coli(Cm~r)内含带Cm~r基因的质粒。以对氯霉素(Cm)抗性的变化作为杜氏藻和大肠杆菌融合的选择标记,因而首先测定了它们在各自琼脂培养基上对Cm(原始浓度125g/1)的抗性水平(Tab.1)。     

维生素E对动物健康及营养影响的分析

就维生素E对动物营养及健康的影响进行了研究，结果表明，维生素E在动物体内具有能促进细胞内呼吸，作为抗氧化剂保护细胞、亚细胞结构免受氧化物破坏等多方面的生理生化功能，尤其是在免疫学方面具有强化免疫、抗毒、抗肿瘤、抗感染、消灭自由基等重要作用。     

Supraphysiological dosages of vitamins and their implications in man

Summary Some recent evidence on the benefits and hazards of elevated dosages of vitamins is summarized. Special emphasis is given on the safety of vitamins A, D, K₁ and B₆. Furthermore, the possibly beneficial effects of vitamins for athletic performance as well as the preventive potential of antioxidative vitamins and of carotenoids against cancer are discussed.     

SET domain proteins modulate chromatin domains in eu- and heterochromatin

The SET domain is a 130-amino acid, evolutionarily conserved sequence motif present in chromosomal proteins that function in modulating gene activities from yeast to mammals. Initially identified as members of the Polycomb- and trithorax-group (Pc-G and trx-G) gene families, which are required to maintain expression boundaries of homeotic selector (HOM-C) genes, SET domain proteins are also involved in position-effect-variegation (PEV), telomeric and centromeric gene silencing, and possibly in determining chromosome architecture. These observations implicate SET domain proteins as multifunctional chromatin regulators with activities in both eu- and heterochromatin – a role consistent with their modular structure, which combines the SET domain with additional sequence motifs of either a cysteine-rich region/zinc-finger type or the chromo domain. Multiple functions for chromatin regulators are not restricted to the SET protein family, since many trx-G (but only very few Pc-G) genes are also modifiers of PEV. Together, these data establish a model in which the modulation of chromatin domains is mechanistically linked with the regulation of key developmental loci (e.g. HOM-C).     

人血管生成抑制素基因在大肠杆菌中的融合表达

将人血管生成抑制素基因定向插入表达载体ｐＥＴ－１７ｂ的ＢａｍＨⅠ位点,构建重组质粒ｐＥＴＡ２,转化Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉＢＬ２１（ＤＥ３）．在ＩＰＴＧ诱导下,血管生成抑制素基因在重组转化株Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉＢＬ２１（ＤＥ３,ｐＥＴＡ２）中获得高效表达．表达产物以包涵体形式存在,表达量占菌体总蛋白的３７．２％．利用羊抗人纤溶酶原抗血清作为第一抗体,免疫印迹分析证明表达产物具有特异的免疫原性     

体育教师的专业发展与高校体育课程开发研究

在普通高校体育课程改革中,体育教师是关键.体育课程的实施,教学计划的执行,处处都要依靠教师.没有合格的教师,学制、课程改来改去都是枉然的.所以加强体育师资队伍建设是课程改革能见成效的保证.     

胞外ATP对VK2/E6E7细胞胞内pH的影响

 利用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜（Confocal microscope）采用pH依赖的荧光探针Snarf-4F测量细胞胞内pH(pHi)方法,发现胞外ATP能剂量依赖（10~1 000 μmol/L）地降低人阴道上皮细胞株VK2/E6E7细胞pHi。当胞外加入200 μmol/L ATP时,能快速地使VK2/E6E7细胞pHi降低,此降低的pHi在洗脱ATP后可迅速恢复。这些结果表明胞外ATP能引起VK2/E6E7细胞胞内酸化。     

后现代课程观对我国体育课程改革的启示

运用文献资料法,对后现代课程观的基本理论进行了阐述,联系我国体育课程改革的实际情况,提出在体育课程改革中要重新解读与构建体育课程与教学观、建立平等对话的师生关系、建立多元化的体育课评价标准、实现体育课程标准的开放性。
