芝麻菜的核型研究

报道了芝麻菜（Eruea Sativa Mill.）及其变种绵果芝麻菜（E.Sativa var.eriocarpa Boiss.）的核型研究结果。二者根液压泵分生细胞的二倍染色体数均为2n=22，花粉母细胞的单倍染色体数均为n=11，核型公式芝麻菜为2n=22=16m（2SAT） 6sm(2SAT)，绵果芝麻菜为2n=22=18m(2SAT) 4sm(2SAT)。     

Visualization of protein RecR in Escherichia coli by fluorescent labelling

RecR protein, a functional equivalent of Rad52 in eukaryotes, plays a critical role in the RecF pathway of homologous recombination in Escherichia coli. By constructing and expressing the recR-yfp hybrid gene, the distribution of the RecR-YFP fusion protein was visualized in E. coli by fluorescent microscopy. Our results showed that RecR proteins can be localized predominantly in the nucleoid region of E. coli. By measuring the UV resistance of a recR mutant carrying the recR-yfp gene in the plasmid, the expressed RecR-YFP was found to be functional in improving the UV resistance of the recR deficiency strain.     

rhBMP-6的表达和纯化

骨形态发生蛋白(bone　morphogenetic protein，BMP)—6属于转化生长因子(transforming growth fac-tor)—β超基因家族，在骨的形成中具有重要作用，并受雌激素选择性上调．本研究利用RT—PCR从人胎盘组织中扩增BMP—6成熟肽的DNA片段，克隆到pGEx—5x—1中，构建GST—BMP6融合蛋白表达载体pGEx—BMP—6，转化E.coli DH5a．克隆质粒转化的工程菌，经IPTG诱导4h后，高效表达GST—BMP6融合蛋白，在SDS—PAGE上出现一新蛋白带，分子量约为42kD，约占总蛋白的25％，表达产物以包涵体形式存在．菌体超声破碎，经0．3％N—十二烷基肌氨酸钠(SKL)溶解包涵体，离心后的上清液加入0．6％　Triton　x—100整合SKL，然后利用谷胱甘肽Sepharose—4B亲和层析纯化．结合GST—BMP6的介质经洗涤、xa因子酶切得到纯度达95％的rhBMP—6蛋白。

A distance regular graph of type E1 Ed

In this note, the distance regular graph of type E1 Ed is considered and some characterization of the type graph is given. The results generalize the characterization of tight distance regular graphs.     

含抗HIV广谱中和抗体2F5、4E10靶基因载体的构建及鉴定

目的:构建含HIV gp120,gp41序列中广谱中和抗体2F5,4E10作用靶基因的载体并进行鉴定,为后期重组载体表达产物诱导产生中和抗体及抗HIV亚单位疫苗的研究奠定基础.方法:根据NCBI中HIV gp120,gp41基因序列中可与2F5、4E10结合的区域设计引物并进行PCR反应,将PCR得到的目的片段插入到载体pET28a中,对重组载体进行PCR鉴定、酶切鉴定及DNA测序.结果:PCR鉴定、酶切鉴定及DNA测序结果证实重组载体构建成功.结论:成功构建了含HIV gp120,gp41序列中广谱中和抗体2F5,4E10作用靶基因的载体.

研制了可用于塑料薄膜表面电晕处理的高频高压Ｅ类逆变电器,逆变器的开关管为ＩＧＢＴ,最大输出电压峰值３０ｋＶ,频率３０ｋＨｚ最大电晕放电功率１ｋＷ,该电源已用工业生产,运行稳定,可靠。     

First clear case of carnivory in marine Copepoda Harpacticoida

Males and females of Ectinosoma carnivora sp. n. from Andros, Bahamas are described. The new species is closely related to E. melaniceps Boeck, 1865 and E. pectinatum Mielke, 1979. A specialized regular slit-shaped glandular pore is described and named the U-pore. Scanning electron microscopy revealed a net of filaments that may cover the whole body of E. carnivora sp. n. It consists of mucus emerging from U-pores. Video investigations show E. carnivora sp. n. and E. melaniceps to be highly mobile and to travel with great velocity in, on and outside the sediment. They exhibit a mode of feeding unreported so far for marine harpacticoid copepods. As observed in laboratory cultures these species are carnivorous and feed on fresh dead ostracods but also on fresh fish meat. When exposed to such food they change their linear movement to what is described here as a helical approach to the food source until contact is established and feeding begins. Carnivory and the ability to locate food sources quickly are believed to be more widespread within the Ectinosomatidae Sars, 1903 and probably are the reason for the great diversity of this family in many different environments.     

Description of rotational properties of the superheavy nucleus ^256,258,260Rf by projected shell model

Band structure of the Z = 104 nucleus 256Rf has been a recent research focus in nuclear physics. We performed projected shell model calculations for this and some other neighboring Rf isotopes. Specifically, we studied rotational properties of these nuclei and showed that variations in dynamic moment of inertia were sensitive to single-particle structures, which may be useful information for locating the anticipated island of stability. Electromagnetic transition properties were also calculated, and measurable quantities were predicted for further experimental test.
