化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层的耐蚀性研究

通过正交实验,以沉积速率和腐蚀速率为指标,获得了优化化学镀Ni-W-P镀液配方。采用扫描电镜、X 射线衍射、能谱分析了镀层的微观形貌、组成及结构,研究了镀层在10%H2SO4＋30%HCl的耐蚀性能。结果表明,化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层的耐蚀性能与镀层的非晶态结构、P和W的含量以及腐蚀介质的性质等因素有关,W对镀层获得非晶结构的作用要大于P的作用。     

Field corrosion characterization of soil corrosion of X70 pipeline steel in a red clay soil

The corrosion behavior of X70 pipeline steel buried in red soil environment has been studied. The surface morphology and elemental distribution were determined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The corrosion kinetics was evaluated by weight loss measurement. The results show that in red soil, the corrosion rate of X70 steel decreases with time, and follows the exponential decay law. General corrosion with non-uniform and localized pitting occurred on the steel surface. α-Fe OOH was the dominate products during corrosion in whole buried periods, and the corrosion products exhibited well protective properties. The potentiodynamic polarization tests revealed that icorrdecreased with time, indicating the improvement of corrosion resistance. The results of Electrochemical impendence spectroscopy(EIS) are consistent with potentiodynamic polarization tests.     

Research progress of voltage delay in magnesium battery

Research on magnesium battery has three pri- mary fields as follows： changing the metallurgical factors of the magnesium electrode material to improve discharge performance, identifying inhibitors to form a protective film to reduce self-corrosion of magnesium alloys, and improving the electrochemical properties of the electrolyte to improve discharge continuity. During the research and development of the magnesium battery, the voltage delay that occurs in the discharge process is a critical issue because it limits the application of Mg/MnO2 cells. This paper provides an overview of the relationship between the voltage delay of magnesium primary battery and magne- sium anode corrosion. Furthermore, the factors affecting the voltage delay were analyzed, and the existing problems in the study of the voltage delay of magnesium battery were identified.     

试论缝洞系岩溶及其地质意义

本文提出动压办—变容岩溶机理,以探讨碳酸盐岩缝洞系岩溶作用和特征。作者认为构造水平应力场主要拉制缝洞系岩溶强度和分布,缝洞系岩溶作用是造成天然气储层异常高压和天然气富集程度较分散子地质现象的重要因素之一。     

催化裂化装置的风险评估（RBI）与检验验证

通过对炼油厂催化裂化装置失效机理进行深入分析,采用挪威船级社开发的ORBIT ONSHORE软件对该装置进行定量RBI分析,通过风险分析结果对下次全面检验计划进行指导。并且根据全面检验整体情况与风险评估结果进行了对比验证,结果表明,RBI评估结果与检验结果基本吻合,而对应力腐蚀开裂的评估略显保守。所以该评估结果整体上能够反映装置风险水平。     

岭澳核电站二期给水管道流动加速腐蚀的控制与改进

在1986年瑟利（SURRY）电站发生了严重的管道泄漏导致人员伤亡的事故引起了广泛的关注之后,关于对汽机管道中流动加速腐蚀的研究得到了长足地进展。本文以参考了国内外对该现象进行研究的各方资料,介绍了核电站二回路给水管道系统中发生流动加速腐蚀的机理,以及在岭澳核电站二期工程建设过程中,为了控制管道的流动加速腐蚀,如何从就尽量减轻该现象所采取的相关措施。     

海洋结构用钢的临界腐蚀疲劳试验研究

本文对两种新的高强度低合金钢在不同介质,阴极保护点位和载荷频率下的亚临界腐蚀疲劳特性进行了实验研究。实验得出了上述各因素对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响结果,并对各因素影响裂纹扩展速率的原因进行了分析。     

肇州油田油井结垢及其机理研究

结垢是油田注水生产过程中普遍存在的问题,可以发生在地层和井筒的各个部位.结垢不仅对产层造成伤害、降低原油采收率,还导致原油成本上升.针对油井结垢严重这一问题,实验选择大庆肇州油田州40-38垢样及水样,对垢样进行成分分析,对水样进行离子组成分析,并根据分析结果,提出结垢机理.结果表明:该油井采油设备被严重腐蚀,所结垢的成分主要是由Si、Al化合物组成的矿物质垢和铁垢.     

钼酸钠与表面活性剂对碳钢的协同缓蚀作用

采用稳态极化法测定了碳钢在0.1mol/L氯化铵溶液中的极化曲线,研究了在体系中添加不同浓度钼酸钠的缓蚀作用,及其与表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠复配后的协同效应。结果表明:实验范围内,随着钼酸钠浓度的增大,缓蚀效率增加;体系中添加0.1g/L钼酸钠,缓蚀效率为51.45%,而当0.05g/L钼酸钠与0.06g/L十二烷基磺酸钠复配后,缓蚀效率可达69.78%。
