混凝土碳化深度模糊预测

本文基于一般工业厂区环境特点及混凝土结构的腐蚀特点，建立了各种不同类型工作环境下，混凝土结构碳化深度的模糊预测方法。对决策混凝土结构的抗侵蚀性设计及在役结构的剩余安全使用时间的预测等具有重要的意义。     

原子吸收在缓蚀剂(PD)吸附特性研究中的应用

本文提出-种利用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)并结合电化学方法来研究孔蚀特征,通过分析腐蚀介质中FeCr、Mn、Ni的含量,研究不锈钢钝化膜破坏机理.方法的特征吸收0.01-1μg/mL/L     

连接件腐蚀疲劳寿命影响因素的研究

本在应力控制下分别研究了温度、pH值和预腐蚀时间对LY12CZ铝合金带有涂层的铆接连接件在3．5％Nacl溶液中腐蚀疲劳（CF）性能的影响规律。结果表明：提高温度,降低pH值和延长预腐蚀时间,均会缩短连接件的腐蚀疲劳寿命。     

油田注入水中不同离子对低碳钢腐蚀行为的影响

采用电化学方法测量了不同pH值的SO4^2-、Cl^-、Ca^2 、Mg^2 、HCO3^-等离子对低碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。根据极化曲线及实验电位－pH图分析,指出pH值对低碳钢腐蚀行为具有相当的影响,Ca^2 、Mg^2 、HCO3^-等离子对低碳钢腐蚀具有抑制作用,Cl^-使低碳钢腐蚀加重。     

SAF2205双相不锈钢焊接工艺及耐蚀性的研究

本试验以获得合理的奥氏体/铁素体两相比例为指导原则,采用6组焊接工艺参数对2205双相不锈钢板材进行对接。首先对各个焊接接头进行定量金相计算及分析,然后通过拉伸、弯曲试验选取力学性能优良的焊接接头进行腐蚀试验。焊缝的耐蚀性因其焊缝中奥氏体含量区别不大而无太大差异,腐蚀介质浓度较高时,在保护气中加入2%的氮气,试样耐蚀性较强,但3组试样的焊接接头焊缝的耐蚀性均小于母材。     

In-vitro assessments of micro arc oxidized ceramic films on AZ31 magnesium implant : Degradation and cell-surface response

In this research,phosphate and silicate based ceramic flms were synthesized via micro arc oxidation(MAO) method on the surface of the magnesium alloy.With the aim of orthopedic application of these coatings,corrosion behavior of them was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in simulated body fuid(SBF) environment.The results indicated better corrosion resistance of the phosphate flm compared to the silicate flm.Moreover,based on immersion tests,less pH and weight changes were obtained for the phosphate coating.Osteosarchoma(G292) Cell response of the coated specimens showed better cell morphology on the surface of the phosphate flm than silicate flm after 6 and 24 h of culture.This was related to the more surface roughness and less degradation rate of the phosphate flm compared with silicate coating.     

Roles of Co element in Fe-based bulk metallic glasses utilizing industrial FeB alloy as raw material

A series of Fe-based bulk metallic glasses were fabricated by a conventional copper mold casting method using a kind of Fe-B industrial raw alloy. It is found that Fe-B-Y-Nb bulk metallic glass with 3 at% of Co addition possesses the best glass forming ability, thermal stability, hardness, magnetic property and anti-corrosion property. The hardness test result indicates a synchronically trend with glass-forming ability parameters. The excellent glass-forming ability and a combination of good mechanical and functional properties suggest that the alloys in this work might be good candidates for commercial use.     

浅谈原油加工中含硫酸性物质对设备的腐蚀与防护

炼油厂进行原油加工,含硫酸性物质对于设备及管道的腐蚀不可避免。通过讨论硫腐蚀的腐蚀机理,以及其对设备腐蚀所造成的危害,提出了设备防腐的工艺和措施。     

化工环境下钢筋砼结构的腐蚀电位检测

根据化工环境下钢筋砼结构的腐蚀机理，对已有的常规半电池电位法进行了讨论，并根据实际在役结构的腐蚀电位检测，建议了改进的半电池电位法及其相应评定方法。     

糠醛换热器的腐蚀分析与研究

本文通过对炼油厂糠醛换热器装置的腐蚀分析与研究，概述了腐蚀产生的原因及腐蚀机理。提出了糠醛换热器的防腐措施。
