介质对钻井液用改性淀粉流变性影响

在盐介质、不同p H环境下对高粘度复合改性淀粉(CM-St)糊液的剪切流变性能进行了研究,并对其在钻井液中的应用性能进行了评价。外加钠盐、钙盐后,CM-St糊液黏度下降明显,当剪切速率大于50 s~(-1)时,黏度基本保持稳定;p H大于3时,糊液表现出较强的非牛顿流体特征,通过线性拟合获得Ostwald-De waele流体的特征值,p H为11时CM-St糊液(w=1%)的流性指数n值最小,非牛顿特征最为明显;p H=7稠度系数k最大,CM-St在中性条件下增稠能力最强。在标准评价土浆中,CM-St的降失水性能、提高切力及动塑比值的效果好,随加量增大,动塑比的比值增大,剪切稀释能力越强,有利于喷射钻井和清洗井底,提高钻进速度。     

2013 年物价波动走势分析和2014 年趋势预测

2013年6月份以来,我国CPI呈现出缓慢上升的趋势,9月份CPI已达到3.1%,PPI也呈现出逐渐回升的态势。构建的物价合成指数和扩散指数显示,物价一致合成指数的谷底在2012年8月已经显现,其后震荡回升,但回升过程较为缓慢,先行合成指数的谷底出现在2012年6月,至今已连续上升20个月。物价先行合成指数相对于物价一致合成指数的峰平均先行期为8个月。预计未来我国物价水平仍将处于缓慢回升的过程,2013年CPI上涨2.7%,2014年为3.5%,PPI在2013年下降1.6%,2014年下降0.5%     

Novel approaches to produce Al2O3– TiC/TiCN– Fecomposite powders directly from ilmenite

Al2O3 –TiC/TiCN–Fe composite powders were successfully prepared directly from ilmenite at 1300–1400℃.The effects of Al/C ratio,sintering atmosphere,and reaction temperature and time on the reaction products were investigated.Results showed that the nitrogen atmosphere was bene cial to the reduction of ilmenite and the formation of Al2O3 –TiC/TiCN–Fe composite powders.When the reaction temperature was between 600 and 1100℃,the intermediate products,TiO2,Ti3O5 and Ti4O7 were found,which changed to TiC or TiCN at higher temperature.Al/C ratio was found to affect the reaction process and synthesis products.When Al addition was 0.5 mol,the Al2O3 phase did not appear.The content of carbon in TiCN rose when the reaction temperature was increased.     

Ti – Cu– Zr–Fe– Nb ultrafine structur e-dendrite composites with good mechanical properties and biocompat ibility

Ti-Cu-Zr-Fe-Nb ultrafine structure-dendrite composites were designed by inducing Nb and more Ti to a Ti-Cu-Zr-Fe glass-forming alloy composition and prepared by copper mold casting.The composite alloys consist of β-Ti dendrites and ultrafine-structured CuTi₂ and CuTi phases as well as a trace amount of glassy phase.The volume fraction of β-Ti dendrites increases with the increase in content of Nb which acted as the β-Ti phase stabilizer in the alloys.The composites exhibit high compressive yield strength exceeding1200 MPa,maximum strength around 1800 MPa and low Young’s modulus around 48 GPa.The plasticity of the alloys is strongly influenced by the volume fraction and morphology of the dendritic β-Ti phase,and the compressive plastic strain was enlarged from 5.9%for the 4 at%Nb alloy to 9.2%for the 8 at%Nb alloy.The preliminary cell culture experiment indicated good biocompatibility of the composite alloys free from highly toxic elements Ni and Be.These Ti-based composite alloys are promising to have potential structural and biomedical applications due to the combination of good mechanical properties and biocompatibility.     

二氧化硅／银复合材料研究

载银复合颗粒作为一种重要的功能材料具有广泛的应用前景。本文以二氧化硅颗粒为载体,利用超声波化学镀银方法,制备出银／二氧化硅复合颗粒,并对产品进行了银含量分析和XRD、SEM表征,重点研究了复合颗粒的抗菌性能。通过实验知道载银二氧化硅复合材料对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.2g／L－0.3g／L,从实验数据看出,银含量低的对抗菌性能有更好的效果。     

循环载荷作用下组合楼板的试验研究

采用拟静力试验方法对组合楼板在循环载荷作用下的受力性能进行了试验研究,并由此得到组合楼板的滞回曲线、骨架曲线及载荷和挠度的特征值.试验结果表明,采用可靠构造措施的压型钢板和混凝土组合作用效应明显,两类材料在载荷作用下皆能发挥出自身的优势.在不失较高承载力的同时,组合楼板仍具有良好的抗震性能.同时还对试验板件进行了非线性有限元分析,计算结果与试验数据吻合良好.此试验方法和计算手段可供类似的工程应用参考.     

爆炸荷载下FRP加固双向板动力响应数值模拟

为了研究外贴FRP加固钢筋混凝土双向板的抗爆性能,采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对其在爆炸荷载下的动力响应进行模拟,比较分析了不同CFRP粘贴层数、粘贴密度和不同FRP材料对其抗爆性能的影响.结果表明,相同爆炸荷载下,随着CFRP粘贴层数和粘贴密度的增加,加固板抗爆性能不断增强,但考虑经济性和延性,CFRP粘...     

一组常温纤维素分解菌稳定复合系的创建及其功能

从自然降解、腐烂的天然纤维素材料中分离、筛选获得生长速度快、透明圈较大、性状稳定的纤维素单菌23株。经纤维素分解力测定、回筛,获得一组由14株高效稳定纤维素分解菌组成的常温纤维素分解菌稳定复合系。该复合系常温下96 h内对麦秆粉的总分解力高达40.7%。

In-situ reduced graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite coatings as protective layers on magnesium substrates

A simple and feasible method was developed to fabricate in-situ reduced graphene oxide-polyvinyl alcohol composite(GO-PVA) coatings as protective layers on magnesium substrates.Polyvinyl alcohol was used as an in-situ reductant to transform GO into reduced GO.Contiguous and uniform GO-PVA coatings were prepared on magnesium substrates by dip-coating method,and were further thermally treated at 120 ℃ under ambient condition to obtain in-situ reduced GO-PVA coatings.Owing to the reducing effect of PVA.thermal treatment at low temperature led to effective in-situ reduction of GO as confirmed by XRD,Raman,FTIR and XPS tests.The corrosion current density of magnesium substrates in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution could be lowered to its 1/25 when using in-situ reduced GO-PVA coatings as protective layers.
