The development of synapses is an important question in neurobiology. We employ patchclamp technique to record MEPCs and EPCs
of myoballs inXenopus cell culture. The rate of EPC/MEPC is related with synapses maturation. Accordingly, we define the mature synapses as those
whose rate of presynaptic membrane ’ s EPC to MEPC is more than 8. The process of maturation needs about 2–5 h after neuntes
contact with myoballs. We divide the development of synapses into three stages: young, developing and mature. The neurotransmitters
stack gradually and increase by hundreds of times along with young synapses growing into maturity. So the process of synapses
maturation should include presynaptic membrane specialization, postsynaptic membrane specialization and neurotransmitters

Histological and physiological studies indicated that most skeletal muscles can be divided into a series of relatively independent sub-volumes: "neuromuscular compartments" and the partitioning property of the muscle result in the localization of muscle reflex. In the present experiment we studied the recruitment properties of medial gastracnemius (MG) muscle motoneuron pool of decerebrate cat with two kinds of local mechanical stimulation: local stretch and acupuncture-like stimuli. The results indicate that: (ⅰ) there is an obvious property of localization of recruitment activity, only the MNs which innervate the stimulated compartment were recruited by weaker and shorter stimuli; (ⅱ) recruitment activity spread to those MNs which supply the adjacent and distal compartments during the strength of stimulation or duration of the stimulation was increased; and (ⅲ) the recruitment property of muscle activity elicited by the local mechanical stimulation is thought similar to that of "needle feeling" along the meridian pathway during stimulation of acupuncture point. 相似文献

The vibrational energy transfer from highly vibrationally excited CO to H2O molecules is studied by time-resolved Fourier transform infrared emission spectroscopy (TR FTIR). Following the 193 nm laser
photolysis of CHBr3 and O2 the secondary reactions generate CO(v). The infrared emission of CO(v → v−1) is detected by TR FTIR. The excitation of H2O molecules is not observed. By the method of the spectral simulation and the differential technique, 8 rate constants for
CO(v)/H2O system are obtained: (1.7 ±0.1), (3.4 ±0.2), (6.2 ±0.4), (8.0 ±1.0), (9.0 ±2.0), (12 ±3), (16 ±4) and (18 ±7) (1013cm3 · molecule-1· s-1). At least two reasons lead to the efficient energy transfer. One is the contributions of the rotational energy to the vibational
energy defect and the other is the result of the complex collision. With the SSH andab initio calculations, the quenching mechanism of CO(v) by H2O is suggested. 相似文献

vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine
deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence
analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide
