归因方式性别差异与日语语法学习效果研究

归因是影响语言学习成败的因素之一.文章以作者所在高校79名日语专业大二学生为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈的形式对归因方式的性别差异与日语语法学习效果的关系进行调查研究.结果表明,男女生的归因方式差异显著,与日语语法学习效果之间存在显著相关关系.鉴于此,教师对学生进行归因训练将扭转消极归因为积极归因.     

利用英语游戏激活英语教学——新视野英语教程中具体案例分析

本文通过列举在新视野英语教程（高职高专版）教学中使用的3个典型示例的设计和分析,来探讨英语游戏在激发英语学习热情方面的教学效果。旨在探索有效的英语教学方法。     

Aging and endothelin-1 induced vascular contractions

Summary Contractions produced by endothelin-1 (0.3–30 nM) have been investigated in aorta, renal arteries and mesenteric arteries from 2- and 24-month-old Sprague-Dawley rats. In senescent rats the EC₅₀ values of endothelin-1 for aorta and renal artery were significantly increased (aorta: from 6.2 to 12 nM; renal artery: from 5.2 to 7.8 nM). For mesenteric artery the EC₅₀ value (4.3 nM) was unchanged by aging, whereas the maximal contractile response to endothelin-1 was enhanced (from 8.3 to 11.7 mN). In contrast, there was no significant age-related difference in the maximal endothelin-1 response of aorta and renal artery. The present data demonstrate a reduced sensitivity for aorta and renal artery and an enhanced maximal response to endothelin-1 in the mesenteric artery in senescent rats.

脉冲电流作用下炮钢裂纹尖端的金相组织分析

利用材料的电热效应对炮钢进行裂纹止裂实验,并对裂纹尖端材料进行金相组织分析.结果表明:对带有裂纹试件进行脉冲放电裂纹止裂,裂纹尖端处瞬间形成微小焊口,尖端附近组织发生相变,不仅可以达到止裂的目的,还提高了材料的抗断裂能力.     

统计因子与平衡过程中熵变的估算

利用统计因子直接计算法讨论了反应过程中分子结构的变化对熵变的贡献及对多元酸平衡常数的影响。     

兰属4种植物DNA指纹图的初步研究

采用ＪＨ－１８·８寡核苷酸探针检测了兰属４植物基因组ＤＮＡ中的酶切片段，获得了由１０－１１条分子杂交谱带组成的ＤＮＡ指纹图谱，结果表明：在４．０－２４．０Ｋｂ范围内，大红朱砂（Ａ）的谱带数为１０条，红蝉（ＢＢ）为１０条，Ａ×Ｂ→Ｆ１２Ｎ＝４０（Ｃ）为１１条，Ａ×Ｂ→Ｆ１２Ｎ＝８０（Ｄ）为１１条，ＪＨ－１２·８探针能与兰属植物基因组ＤＮＡ小的简单重复序列形成杂交分子，表明兰属４植物基因组中存在同源的ＤＮＡ片段，为进一步在分子水平上进行兰扈植物的遗传多样性和近缘种群间的遗传差异分析提供了一种简便方法。     

Depressor effects of muscarinic and non-muscarinic mediation induced by lateral hypothalamic stimulation in the rat

Summary Transient sympathetically-mediated depressor effects were induced by stimulation of a small locus in the lateral hypothalamic peri-fornical region, medial to the fields of Forel. The ganglionic blocking agent, atropine methyl nitrate (ATMN), was used to show that muscarinic as well as non-muscarinic sympathetic ganglion receptor neurotransmission was involved. Evidence is presented that stimulation of this LH site co-activates a number of mechanisms and that depending on which of these are activated, the ganglionic blocking agent ATMN may either block, reverse or potentiate the depressor effect.
