This paper examines the exehange rate regime that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority adopts--the linked exchange rate system or the currency board system. The palter will make a brief introduction of the system, including its history of development and its operation process.     

On the Rebellion of Tess

Tess of the D'Urbervilles is a very influential work of Hardy.Beginning with a brief introduction to the novel,the thesis tries to analyze the different reasons for Tess's rebellion.Then,it concentrates on discussing Tess's rebellion in four aspects,thus,revealing that Tess is actually a character with the spirit of rebellion all through her life and further illustrating the injustice for female in Victorian England.     

政府在促进集群发展中的角色与作用——西班牙巴斯克地区集群策动案例解析

政府可否通过政策干预促进集群产生和发展？政府应该何时，以何种方式介入集群发展？欧洲各国为此做了大量政策试验，积累了不少经验与教训。我们在解答这些问题时，参考借鉴他们的做法和经验可以降低政策探索的成本。在西班牙巴斯克地区集群策动案例中，政府是集群策动的发起者，为集群策动提供资助，并通过提出要求和制度框架规范集群策动活动，但却不参与和干涉集群策动的具体决策与活动。政府是集群策动幕后的推动者、支持者和诱导者。     

Moral trust & scientific collaboration

Modern scientific knowledge is increasingly collaborative. Much analysis in social epistemology models scientists as self-interested agents motivated by external inducements and sanctions. However, less research exists on the epistemic import of scientists’ moral concern for their colleagues. I argue that scientists’ trust in their colleagues’ moral motivations is a key component of the rationality of collaboration. On the prevailing account, trust is a matter of mere reliance on the self-interest of one’s colleagues. That is, scientists merely rely on external compulsion to motivate self-interested colleagues to be trustworthy collaborators. I show that this self-interest account has significant limitations. First, it cannot fully account for trust by relatively powerless scientists. Second, reliance on self-interest can be self-defeating. For each limitation, I show that moral trust can bridge the gap—when members of the scientific community cannot rely on the self-interest of their colleagues, they rationally place trust in the moral motivations of their colleagues. Case studies of mid-twentieth-century industrial laboratories and exploitation of junior scientists show that such moral trust justifies collaboration when mere reliance on the self-interest of colleagues would be irrational. Thus, this paper provides a more complete and realistic account of the rationality of scientific collaboration.

采用文献资料等方法,对河南省六所《国家高水平体育后备人才基地》男子篮球运动员在运动选材、运动训练等方面进行了分析,发现存在男子篮球运动员选材年龄偏大等问题,并提出了相应对策.

《巨翅老人》老人身份解读

围绕加西亚·马尔克斯的短篇小说《巨翅老人》中老人身份的确定问题,结合马尔克斯关注拉美民族的立场,探讨老人身份背后的意义。老人身份的确定过程反映了西方宗教殖民统治对拉美人民的影响。在殖民宗教的浸染下,拉美人民变得愚昧无知,丧失了自身表达功能,内心变得麻木不仁,人与人之间缺乏基本的理解和温情,最终只能走向孤独。

以山西省和全国为参照系,运用偏离——份额分析模型(SSM)对山西省典型贫困地区忻州市2004—2009年三次产业结构进行分析,在此基础上针对性提出"因地制宜发展第一产业、深化推进第二产业、优化发展第三产业"的对策建议.     

基于DEA分析的国家高新区发展对策研究

国家高新区从创立至今,已成为带动地方经济发展的重要增长极。采用DEA方法分析国家高新区经济系统运行效率,发现目前多数高新区无论是技术还是规模都处于无效的状态,剖析了其内生发展模式存在的问题,并针对性的提出政策建议,对加快国家高新区的可持续发展具有深远的战略意义。
